Abstract

背景技术
例如使用在完井和二氧化碳封存工业上的管系统通常使用锚定装置来将一个管件定位地固定到另一管件上。尽管现有的锚定系统能实现所期望达到的功能,但是,该工业一直乐于接受一些用于锚定管件的新系统和方法。
发明内容
在此公开的是一种管用锚固系统,其具有第一截锥部件。卡瓦与第一截锥部件可操作地相联,并响应于相对于第一截锥部件的截锥表面的纵向运动而径向膨胀成与一结构锚固接合。套环与第一截锥部件可操作地相联,并响应于相对于一第二截锥部件的纵向运动而径向膨胀成与所述结构密封接合。支座与第一截锥部件可操作地相联,所述支座具有被构造成能够密封地接合插塞的表面,插塞能够朝该表面运行,所述支座相对于套环被构造和定位成克服插塞插入时在支座两侧形成的压差而帮助套环保持径向膨胀构造。
此外还公开了一种用于管件处理系统的支座。所述支座包括单块本体,所述本体具有中心部分和从中心部分沿着第一方向纵向延伸的截锥表面,所述截锥表面构造成使迫压在其上的卡瓦径向膨胀。支座还包括从中心部分沿着第二方向纵向延伸的套环,所述套环构造成响应于截锥构件对该套环的迫压而径向膨胀成与一结构密封接合。一密封表面能够与朝其运行的插塞密封地接合,该密封表面沿着所述第一方向与所述套环纵向偏离。

具体实施方式
下面将参照附图详细描述所公开的装置和方法的一个或多个实施例,下面的详细描述仅是阐释性而非限制性的。
参照图1和2,示出了文中所公开的管用锚定系统10。除了其他方面以外,系统10包括截锥构件14、套筒18(在此示出其是具有表面22的卡瓦环)、具有表面30的密封件26以及支座34。该系统被构造成:截锥构件14相对于套筒18和密封件26的纵向运动将引起套筒18的表面22和密封件26的表面30分别径向变化。另外,在该实施例中,所述径向变化发生在径向朝外的方向上,但是,在可供选择的实施例中,所述径向变化可以发生在其他方向(如,径向朝内的方向)上。支座34与截锥构件14连接,使得支座34的运动也引起截锥构件14运动。支座34具有可密封地接合插塞38的台阶36,在此示出插塞38是球体(仅在图2中示出),可朝台阶36运行。如果插塞38应用于烃回收,一旦插塞38密封地接合支座34,压力将形成在支座34上游,从而,可执行诸如压裂地层或致动井下工具这样的作业,例如在应用于烃采收作业中时。
在该实施例中,套筒18的表面22包括凸起42(可称之为齿),所述凸起被构造成:当表面22处于径向变化(即,膨胀)构型时,凸起42咬合结构50(系统10可使用在其内)的壁46。这种咬合用于将系统10锚定到结构50上,以防止两者相对运动。尽管该实施例中所公开的结构50是管件(如,井筒中的衬管或套管),但是该结构例如也可以是地层中的裸井。
在图1和2所示的实施例中,套筒18包括多个狭槽54,所述狭槽完全贯穿套筒的壁58,所述狭槽绕套筒18周向分布,并沿套筒18纵向布置。在该实施例中,狭槽54被构造成,使每个狭槽54的纵向尺寸大于垂直于该纵向尺寸的尺寸。壁58上的连接部62在纵向相邻的成对狭槽54之间延伸。上述结构则允许借助于截锥构件14而使套筒18发生径向变化,与不存在狭槽54的情况相比,使套筒18发生径向变化所需的作用力要更小。连接部62可被构造成在套筒18发生径向变化的期间破裂,以进一步促进这种径向变化。
套筒18还具有形成在壁58上的凹部66,所述凹部可容纳指状部件74上的肩部70,所述指状部件连接到所述支座34上。一旦支座34相对于套筒18进行充分移动而使得肩部70接合在凹部66中,就可防止支座34相对于套筒18在相反方向上移动,从而可保持截锥构件14与套筒18纵向地重叠。这种重叠可确保:即使将截锥构件14推动到套筒18中的作用力取消之后,套筒18保持径向膨胀。可构思其他实施例来实现下述目的:一旦截锥构件14和套筒18纵向重叠(例如包括,截锥构件14和套筒18摩擦地接合;以及,截锥构件14和套筒18之一或两者上的搭接件与另一构件的表面接合),可保持截锥构件14和套筒18之间的相对位置。
安装工具78(仅在图1中示出)可产生引起截锥构件14相对于套筒18运动所需的载荷。该安装工具78可具有芯轴82,芯轴上的止动件86通过力减弱构件94连接到一端90上,在此示出该力减弱构件是多个剪切螺钉。通过未示出的构件可引导板98在朝向止动件86的方向上沿芯轴82移动,从而所述板98能朝套筒18纵向地推动截锥构件14。可调整使力减弱构件94停止作用的载荷,使该载荷仅在套筒18通过截锥构件14已经发生一定程度的径向改变之后出现。力减弱构件94停止作用之后,止动件86可与芯轴82分离,从而例如可允许将芯轴82和板98撤回到地面。
截锥构件14相对于套筒18的运动可引起密封件26被纵向压缩,在该实施例中,可被纵向压缩在可与截锥构件14一起移动的套环103上的肩部102和支座34上的肩部106之间。可通过使套环103上的另一肩部104接触截锥构件14的端部105来引起这种压缩。这种纵向压缩会使密封件26的径向厚度增加。相对于密封件26而言位于径向内侧的截锥构件14可防止密封件26的尺寸径向地减小。因此,密封件26的表面30一定径向地增大。可调整这种增大量以让表面30接触结构50的壁46(仅图2中示出),从而使所述表面与所述壁密封地接合。对于套筒18与壁46的锚定而言,通过让指状部件74的肩部70与套筒18上的凹部66接合,从而可保持密封件26密封地接合壁46。
管用锚定系统10被构造成:在密封件26密封地接合结构50之前,使套筒18锚定到(定位地固定到)结构50上。直到套筒18的大部分已经在截锥构件14的表面上径向膨胀而与结构50接合,才使密封件26纵向压缩在套筒18的端部105和肩部102之间,这样就能控制上述锚定。在密封件26与所述结构50接合之前将管用锚定系统10定位地锚定到所述结构上,这样所达到的好处是,可防止密封件26和结构50在密封件26已经径向膨胀之后发生相对运动。如果密封件26已经径向膨胀之后相对于结构50运动,将会损害密封件26。上述布置次序可防止这种损害。在该实施例中,支座34的台阶36纵向地定位在套筒18的上游(相对于朝支座34推动插塞38的流体流而言)位置上。另外,在该实施例中,台阶36纵向地定位在密封件26的上游位置上。作用在坐靠台阶36的插塞38上的压力会产生反作用力,这种相对定位可让上述反作用力进一步压缩密封件28使其密封地接合结构50。
在管用锚定系统10安装在结构50内时,系统10的最大径向尺寸为径向尺寸109。管用锚定系统10还被构造成使通孔107具有最小径向尺寸108,该最小径向尺寸108与径向尺寸109的比例是较大的。实际上,最小径向尺寸108大致不少于径向尺寸109的70%。这种较大的尺寸比例可让锚定系统10作为处理塞或压裂塞布置在井下。在这种应用场合中,在支撑于台阶26处的插塞38上所形成的压力可用于压裂地层(所述结构位于该地层内)。随后,通过解体或泵送操作的方式移除插塞38,之后开始在通孔107内进行压裂操作,而不需要钻制或磨削管限定锚定系统10的任何部件。
参照图3和4,示出了所公开的管用锚定系统的替换实施例,该系统用标记110表示。类似于系统10,系统110包括截锥构件114、具有表面122的套筒118、具有表面130的密封件126、以及支座134。系统10和系统110的主要差别在于,控制表面22和30径向变化程度的方式。在系统10中,表面22的径向变化程度由截锥构件14上的截锥表面140的径向尺寸而定。而表面30的径向变化程度由密封件26承受的纵向压缩量而定。
相比较而言,截锥构件114被推动到套筒118中的程度控制套筒118的表面122的径向变化量。截锥构件114上的截锥表面144可楔入地接合套筒118上的截锥表面148。同样地,截锥构件114相对于套筒118移动的程度越大,套筒118的径向变化就越大。类似地,密封件126相对于截锥表面144径向地定位,相对于套筒118被纵向固定,从而,截锥构件114相对于套筒118和密封件126运动的程度越大,密封件126和表面130的径向变化就越大。前述结构可让操作者确定表面122、130在系统110定位在结构150内之后的径向变化量。
可选择地,系统110包括径向地定位在密封件126和截锥构件114之间的套环154,从而,响应于密封件和截锥构件的相对运动,可通过截锥构件114改变套环154的径向尺寸。套环154可具有与截锥表面144互补的截锥表面158,这样,截锥构件114一运动,套环154的基本上整个纵向范围就径向地变化。套环154可由能发生塑性变形的材料制成,这样,即使截锥表面144移动而之后脱离与截锥表面158的接合,也能保持密封构件126的径向尺寸变化,从而可保持密封件126密封地接合结构150的壁162。
系统110的其他方面类似于系统10,包括:支座126上的可密封地接合插塞38的台阶36;套筒118的壁58上的狭槽54和连接部62;套筒118上的凹部66,其能容纳指状部件74上的肩部70。另外,系统110通过安装工具78安装的方式类似于系统10通过安装工具78安装的方式。
参照图5,示出了在此公开的管用锚定系统的替换实施例,该系统用标记210表示。系统210包括截锥构件214,该截锥构件具有第一截锥部分216和第二截锥部分220,它们在纵向相反的方向上渐缩。卡瓦224响应于其朝第一截锥部分216的纵向移动而可径向膨胀。类似地,密封件228响应于其朝第二截锥部分220的纵向移动而可径向膨胀。使卡瓦224和密封件228分别相对于截锥部分216、220运动的一种方式是,通过类似于安装工具78的安装工具(在此未示出)纵向压缩整个组件。系统210还包括具有表面236的支座232,在该实施例中表面236也是渐缩的,可容纳密封地接合该表面236的插塞(未示出)。
管用锚定系统210被构造成密封到结构240(如,衬管、套管或地层中的裸井)上,例如,该系统210可应用于烃回收和二氧化碳封存。将锚定系统密封并锚定到结构240上,可朝被支撑的插塞产生压力,从而例如可在压裂和酸化过程中处理地层。另外,支座232布置在系统210中,使得朝支撑在支座232上的插塞施加的压力促使支座232朝卡瓦224移动,从而,增强了密封件228与结构240的密封接合程度以及卡瓦224与结构240的锚定接合程度。
管用锚定系统210可被构造成,在密封件228密封地接合结构240之前,使卡瓦224锚定(定位地固定)到结构240上;或者,在卡瓦224锚定到结构240之前,使密封件228密封地接合结构240。通过将安装密封件228过程中涉及的部件之间的材料属性关系或尺寸关系与安装卡瓦224过程中涉及的部件之间的材料属性关系或尺寸关系进行比较,可控制密封件228和卡瓦224二者中的哪个部件先与结构接合。是卡瓦224还是密封件228先与结构240接合,可根据安装管用锚定系统210的安装工具的一部分的方位而定。在密封件228接合结构240之后,通过减小或消除密封件228与结构50之间的相对运动,可将对密封件228造成的危害降到最小。在该实施例中,在卡瓦224接合结构240之前,让密封件228接合结构240,可达到上述目的。相反地,在上述锚定系统10的实施例中,在密封件26接合结构之前,让套筒18与结构50接合,也可达到上述目的。
在该实施例中,支座232的台阶236纵向地布置在卡瓦224的上游(相对于朝支座232推动插塞的流体流而言)位置上。另外,在该实施例中,台阶236纵向地布置在密封件228的上游位置上。作用在坐靠台阶236的插塞上的压力会产生反作用力,这种相对定位布置可让上述反作用力进一步促使密封件228密封地接合结构240。
在该所示的实施例中,系统210中的支座232还包括套环224,套环244定位在密封件228和第二截锥部分220之间。所示的套环244具有壁248,由于壁248上的面向径向内侧的截锥表面252的原因,壁248的厚度逐渐变小。由于壁248的厚度是变化的,因此,较薄的部分将比较厚的部分更易变形。至少有两个理由可证明这是有益的。首先,当套环244相对于第二截锥部分220运动时,较薄的壁部分249需要变形,从而可让密封件228径向膨胀至与结构240密封地接合。第二,例如,在处理操作过程中,作用在坐靠支座232的插塞上的压力升高时会在插塞两侧产生压差,从而,较厚的壁部分250需要抵抗变形。可选择截锥表面252的锥角而使其与第二截锥部分220的锥角匹配,从而,可让第二截锥部分220径向地支撑套环244,至少在两者相互接触的区域中径向地支撑所述套环。
无论上述锥角是否匹配,套环244的变形部分与第二截锥部分220充分适配以被径向地支撑。锥角可在14度至20度范围内,从而,可便于套环244径向膨胀,且在去除引起套环244和第二截锥部分220相对运动的纵向作用力之后,可让套环和第二截锥部分之间的摩擦力保持两者之间的位置关系。(第一截锥部分216的锥角也可以是在14度至20度范围内,其理由与第二截锥部分220相同)。截锥表面252和第二截锥部分220中的任一个或两者可包括一个以上的锥角,如第二锥角部分220上的锥角所示,鼻部256的锥角要大于表面220上远离鼻部256的部分的锥角。配置多个锥角可让操作者更大程度地控制套环244在该套环244与截锥构件214之间的单位轴向运动量下的径向膨胀量(随后可控制密封件228的径向膨胀量)。锥角以及其他变量也可另外控制使套环244相对于截锥构件214运动所需的纵向力。通过这种控制,系统210可使套环244和密封件228最优地膨胀,从而可在膨胀和安置好卡瓦224之前安置好密封件228。这种顺序是合适的,因为,在安装密封件228之前安装卡瓦224将要求密封件228在接合所述结构240之后沿该结构运动,这样将会出现密封件228受损的状况。
参照图6,示出了所公开的管用锚定系统的另一替换实施例,该系统用标记310表示。系统310包括第一截锥构件314、卡瓦318。卡瓦318被布置和构造成:响应于朝第一截锥构件314的截锥表面330推动卡瓦318,可使卡瓦318径向膨胀至与结构322接合,在此示出所述结构为地层326中的井筒。相对于第二截锥构件338纵向推动套环334,则使得套环334径向膨胀至与结构322密封地接合。具有表面346的支座342可密封地容纳朝表面346运行的插塞350(用虚线示出)。支座342可在套环334的下游方向(在图6中为朝右方向)上移动,该下游方向是相对于朝支座342推动插塞350的流体流而言的。支座342在被插塞350堵塞时其两侧的压差会对套环334产生径向力,表面346相对于套环334的这种布置结构和位置关系可将该径向力降到最小,从而有助于套环334在已经径向膨胀之后保持这种径向膨胀的结构。
为清楚表达上述效果,我们假定,如果表面346布置在套环334的纵向延伸的一部分的上游方向上(实际上不是这样),那么,坐靠表面346的插塞350两侧形成的压力将在套环334的位于表面346下游方向上的部分两侧产生径向压差。作用在套环334上的径向朝外的压力大于作用于套环334上的径向朝内的压力,上述两压力之差将决定这种压差,从而,产生径向朝内的作用力作用在套环334上。这些径向朝内的作用力如果十分大,会引起套环334径向朝内变形,那么,将会潜在地危害到套环334和结构322在该过程中的密封完整性。在本发明中,通过相对于套环334这样定位表面346,将能避免这种情况发生。
可选择地,管用锚定系统310包括布置在套环334的径向上的密封件354,该密封件被构造成,当套环334径向膨胀时,通过将密封件354径向地压缩在套环334和结构322之间,可便于所述套环密封到所述结构上。密封件354可由聚合物制成,以提高密封件354密封到套环334和结构322上的密封性。

Claims (7)
1.一种管用锚固系统,其具有:
第一截锥部件;
卡瓦,所述卡瓦与第一截锥部件可操作地相联,并响应于相对于第一截锥部件的截锥表面的纵向运动而径向膨胀成与一结构锚固接合;
套环,其与第一截锥部件可操作地相联,并响应于相对于第二截锥部件的纵向运动而径向膨胀成与所述结构密封接合;所述第二截锥部件能够在套环进行膨胀后且在该套环保持为径向膨胀成与所述结构密封结合的同时收回;以及
支座,其与第一截锥部件可操作地相联,所述支座具有被构造成能够密封地接合插塞的表面,插塞能够朝该表面运行,所述支座相对于套环被构造和定位成克服插塞插入时在支座两侧形成的压差而帮助套环保持径向膨胀构造。
2.如权利要求1所述的管用锚固系统,其中,所述支座和第一截锥部件为一体的。
3.如权利要求1所述的管用锚固系统,还包括与套环可操作地相联的密封件,所述密封件构造成在被径向压缩在套环与所述结构之间时将所述套环密封到所述结构上。
