Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种更换气井油管阀门装置。解决了现有气井在更换油管阀门时作业放喷压井浪费能源、污染地层的问题。其特征在于:在上下油嘴套(1,10)之间置有带凸台的连接体(8),气嘴(9)置于下油嘴套(10)与连接体(8)之间,上油嘴套(1)连接体(8)上端依次置有带钢球(6)的球座(7)、撞击杆(5)、带卡簧(3)的卡簧套(4)及活塞(2)。该装置可使气井在更换油管阀门时具有不用压井作业、可带压更换气井井口油管阀门和生产阀门的特点,可节约能源、防止地层污染。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及油田开发领域所用的井下工具,属于更换气井油管阀门装置。
背景技术:
气井在生产中,由于井口长期暴露在野外,受冷暖交替、长期服役等因素影响,井口套管阀门会出现漏气的问题,给气井的安全生产带来隐患,如不及时更换,会使气井无法正常工作,影响生产的顺利进行;在更换油管阀门时,由于井下压力大,又没有装置进行封堵,造成作业时放喷,发生地层污染,致使能源浪费,使生产受到损失。
实用新型内容:
为了克服现有气井在更换油管阀门时作业放喷压井浪费能源、污染地层的不足,本实用新型提供一种更换气井油管阀门装置,该装置可使气井在更换油管阀门时具有不用压井作业、可带压更换气井井口油管阀门和生产阀门的特点,作业不放喷可节约能源、防止地层污染。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种更换气井油管阀门装置包括上下油嘴套及气嘴,在上下油嘴套之间置有带凸台的连接体,气嘴置于下油嘴套与连接体之间,上油嘴套内连接体上端依次置有带钢球的球座、撞击杆5、带卡簧的卡簧套及活塞。
本实用新型具有的有益效果是:该装置由于置有带钢球的球座、撞击杆、带卡簧的卡簧套及活塞,在需要更换阀门时可以封堵住该装置以下空间,放掉该装置以上余压,可带压更换气井井口油管阀门和生产阀门,打捞时,先使该装置实现平衡泄压,再使用打捞器捞出,因此由于更换阀门时,没有作业放喷压井,可达到节省能源,防止发生地层污染的目的。该装置操作简单,安全性好,密封性能好,更换阀门成功率高。

下面结合附图将对本实用新型作进一步说明:
由图1所示,更换气井套管阀门装置包括上下油嘴套(1,10)及气嘴9,在上下油嘴套(1,10)之间置有带凸台的连接体8,气嘴9置于下油嘴套10与连接体8之间,上油嘴套1连接体8上端依次置有带钢球6的球座7、撞击杆5、带卡簧3的卡簧套4及活塞2,在撞击杆5上置有卡簧3,卡簧3置于卡簧套4之内,卡簧3可在卡簧套4内上下移动,撞击杆5推动钢球6离开球座7,实现油管通道的平衡泄压作用。
该更换气井油管阀门装置主要是在气井节流降压器内置有一套泄压机构,当需要更换气井油管阀门时,将该装置下入井内后,测试钢丝瞬间上提,卡瓦11锚定在油管内壁上,实现该装置的坐封;钢丝上提后,在弹簧15弹力的作用下,胶筒支撑13上行,胶筒12在胶筒支撑13锥面的作用下,涨到油管内壁上,实现该装置的密封;在下面气流的作用下,钢球6堵住泄压孔14,封堵油管通道,此时可以进行气井油管阀门的更换,不需要压井也不会产生放喷现象,即可完成更换过程;需要泄压时,使用撞击器撞击该装置的泄压机构,活塞2向下运动,活塞2可推动卡簧3向下运动,同时推动撞击杆5使钢球6离开钢球座7向下运动,打开平衡泄压孔14,打开油管通道,卡簧3卡到球座7的台阶处,使得该装置上、下连通,实现平衡泄压,再使用打捞工具将该装置安全捞出。
因此由于使用该阀门装置,不需要压井也不会产生放喷现象,可达到节省能源,防止发生地层污染的目的,该装置操作简单,安全性好,密封性能好,更换阀门成功率高。

1、一种更换气井油管阀门装置,包括上下油嘴套(1,10)及气嘴(9),其特征在于:在上下油嘴套(1,10)之间置有带凸台的连接体(8),气嘴(9)置于下油嘴套(10)上卡台与连接体(8)之间,上油嘴套(1)内连接体(8)上端依次置有带钢球(6)的球座(7)、撞击杆(5)、带卡簧(3)的卡簧套(4)及活塞(2)。
