本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种红椒鸭梨汁,由以下重量份原料制成:鸭梨100-120、水蜜桃50-60、红椒50-60、生姜10-15、甘蔗汁100-120、红薯50-60、香菇10-15、苹果醋80-100、绿茶8-10、石斛6-8、木香5-6、山楂6-8、沙棘5-7、菊花5-7、连翘4-5、黄秋葵花2-3、漏芦根2-3、食品添加剂8-10、冰糖粉60-70、水适量:
食品添加剂由以下重量份原料制成:红薯50-60、玉米40-50、大白菜40-50、三文鱼肉20-30、榛子仁15-20、番茄汁50-60、心胆草5-6、人参6-7、小茴香籽4-5、水适量;
食品添加剂的制备方法:(1)将红薯洗净去皮后,切成块,与洗净的玉米、大白菜一起放入锅中,加适量水,煮熟后打成浆汁备用;
(2)将三文鱼肉、榛子仁洗净,放入锅中,加番茄汁,煮熟,将锅中所有物料打成浆汁备用;
(3)将心胆草、人参、小茴香籽用5-8倍量的水提取,得提取液备用;
(4)将步骤1、步骤2中的浆汁、提取液合并,混匀即可。
一种红椒鸭梨汁的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将鸭梨、水蜜桃洗净,取其果肉,与洗净切碎的红椒、生姜一起放入锅中,加甘蔗汁、适量水,加热炖煮60-70分钟,过滤,得到鸭梨红椒汁备用;
(2)将红薯洗净去皮,切成块后,与洗净的香菇一起放入锅中,加苹果醋、冰糖粉,加热焖煮至汤浓,过滤,得到滤液备用;

(4)将鸭梨红椒汁、步骤2中滤液、提取液、食品添加剂混合,搅拌均匀后灌装即可。
