人们日常生活,离不开食品及其辅料,人们对其口味和营养的要求也在逐渐升高,市场上的食品及辅料,已经不能够满足人们的日常需求,高营养且具有一定的养生的食物越来越受到消费者的青睐。

本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种枸杞明目蒸肉米粉的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种枸杞明目蒸肉米粉,由以下重量份原料组成:香米250-260、糯米40-50、豇豆30-40、香蕉50-60、菠萝80-90、南瓜粉30-40、绿豆汁60-80、蜂蜜50-60、楮实子5-6、菊花5-6、枸杞6-7、密蒙花4-5、人参果5-6、白茅花3-4、白微2-3、食品添加剂6-8、水适量:
食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料组成:可可粉20-30、鸡蛋黄30-40、洋葱20-30、沙棘果汁60-70、大麦秸8-10、刺龙芽4-5、乌梢蛇4-5、水适量。
食品添加剂的制备方法:
(1)将大麦秸、刺龙芽、乌梢蛇用6-8倍量的水提取,将提取物喷雾干燥,得到粉末备用;
(2)将洋葱洗净,切碎后与鸡蛋黄一起放入锅中,加入沙棘果汁,加热焖煮30-40分钟,将所有物料打成浆汁,将浆汁喷雾干燥,得到粉末备用;
(3)将可可粉、步骤1中粉末、步骤2中粉末合并,混匀即可。
一种枸杞明目蒸肉米粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将香米、糯米、豇豆洗净,晒干后置于锅中,加热炒熟后碾成米粉备用;

(4)将米粉、步骤2中的粉、中药粉、南瓜粉合并,充分混匀后包装即可。

所述食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料制成:可可粉20-30、鸡蛋黄30-40、洋葱20-30、沙棘果汁60-70、大麦秸8-10、刺龙芽4-5、乌梢蛇4-5、水适量;
所述食品添加剂的制备方法:
(1)将大麦秸、刺龙芽、乌梢蛇用6-8倍量的水提取,将提取物喷雾干燥,得到粉末备用;
