技术领域
本发明涉及一种集成化混合动力总成机体及应用其的汽车。
背景技术
混合动力总成是以发动机1及变速器2为基础,同时整合电机3,这里的变速器2可以为双离合自动变速器。如图1所示,现有技术中的电机输出轴通过一电机减速器4连接至变速器倒档轴上,扭矩传递通过齿轮及花键完成,传动效率高且传扭可靠。变速器前箱体与发动机1相连,电机3的电机壳体通过电机托架5连接在变速器后箱体上,电机减速器4连接在电机壳体与变速器后箱体上。混合动力总成还包括:起动电机,用来启动发动机,一般安装在发动机上。
起动电机、变速器2、电机3、电机减速器4和电机托架5等部件存在直接或间接的装配关系,混合动力总成的集成化程度不高,因为各个部件在生产制造时会存在一定的制造公差,在装配完毕后也会产生各个部件之间的装配公差,如此,多个零部件之间的配合会产生寿命磨损及振动噪声,使得整车的NVH特性难以保证。注:汽车的噪声(Noise)、振动(Vibration)、声振粗糙度(Harshness)统称为汽车的NVH特性,是衡量汽车设计及制造质量的一个重要因素。

本发明提供了一种集成化混合动力总成机体及应用其的汽车,将变速器后箱体和驱动电机本体制成一体,以及驱动电机盖体和驱动电机减速器本体制成一体后,装配关系变成了驱动电机盖体固定连接驱动电机本体,和驱动电机减速器本体固定连接在变速器后箱体上,减少了变速器、驱动电机和驱动电机减速器之间的装配关系,解决了制造和装配中产生的公差使得汽车NVH特性下降的技术问题,减少了现有技术的电机托架,并且将起动电机固定在变速器上,提高了混合动力总成的集成化程度。

在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。

下面结合附图及实施例对本发明做进一步描述。
如图1至图10所示,本发明提供了一种混合动力总成,包括:
变速器100,所述变速器100包括变速器后箱体110;
驱动电机200,所述驱动电机包括驱动电机本体210和驱动电机盖体220,所述变速器后箱体110和驱动电机本体210制成一体;
驱动电机减速器300,所述驱动电机减速器300包括驱动电机减速器本体310,所述驱动电机盖体220和驱动电机减速器本体310制成一体,所述驱动电机盖体220固定连接驱动电机本体210,所述驱动电机减速器本体310固定连接变速器后箱体110;
起动电机400,所述起动电机400固定连接变速器100。
将变速器后箱体110和驱动电机本体210制成一体,以及驱动电机盖体220和驱动电机减速器本体310制成一体后,装配关系变成了驱动电机盖体220固定连接驱动电机本体210,和驱动电机减速器本体310固定连接在变速器后箱体110上,减少了变速器100、驱动电机200和驱动电机减速器300之间的装配关系,解决了制造和装配中产生的公差使得汽车NVH特性下降的技术问题,减少了现有技术的电机托架,并且将起动电机400固定在变速器100上,提高了混合动力总成的集成化程度。
具体的,所述变速箱后箱体110上设有驻车机构安装部510,所述驻车机构安装部510位于驱动电机200和变速箱后箱体110的连接处的第一侧,所述混合动力总成还包括:驻车机构盖体500,所述驻车机构盖体500固定在驻车机构安装部510上。驻车机构盖体500安装在变速箱后箱体110上后,其作用等于驱动电机200和变速箱后箱体110连接处的加强筋,不但加强了驱动电机200和变速箱后箱体110的连接强度,并且将驻车机构盖体500固定连接在变速箱后箱体110上,提高了混合动力总成的集成化程度。以驱动电机200和变速箱后箱体110的连接处为界,分为第一侧和第二侧,所述第二侧位于连接处的远离第一侧的位置。
具体的,这里的变速器100可以为双离合自动变速器。
具体的,所述变速器后箱体110上端固定有驱动电机本体210,所述驱动电机本体210开口朝向驱动电机减速器300所在的一侧,所述驱动电机盖体220密封连接驱动电机本体210开口。
具体的,所述变速器后箱体110和驱动电机本体210制成一体的方式有以下几种:1、变速器后箱体110和驱动电机本体210之间通过实体连接制成一体,可以通过两者之间焊接或其他方式固定连接,或者通过铸造一体成型,比如选择铝合金压铸等方法,如果是铸铁,则采用金属模砂芯铸造等方法;2、变速器后箱体110和驱动电机本体210之间通过结构筋制成一体,可以通过两者之间焊接或其他方式固定连接,或者通过铸造一体成型,比如选择铝合金压铸等方法,如果是铸铁,则采用金属模砂芯铸造等方法。
更具体的,所述变速器后箱体110上端与驱动电机本体210的下端通过结构筋制成一体,结构筋能够节约材料用量,减轻重量,降低成本,便于整体散热,便于整体结构的布置,例如安装定位孔等的布位。所述结构筋包括至少一个横向筋410和/或纵向筋420。如附图所示,这里的横向是指大致垂直于变速器100和驱动电机200的连线方向,纵向是指大致平行于变速器100和驱动电机200的连线方向,当然这里的垂直或平行不是绝对意义上的垂直或平行,而是走势上大体接近的意思,并且结构筋可以呈弧面或曲面等形状。优选的,本发明实施例所述结构筋包括至少一个纵向筋420,因为纵向筋420能够更好的起到支撑的作用,优选的,从驱动电机200重心所在处向两侧延伸,所述纵向筋420由密到疏排布,这样的设计更加科学合理,纵向筋420能够更好的支撑驱动电机200。优选的,所述纵形筋420位于结构筋的最外侧。所述纵向筋420包括至少一个直形筋421和/或弧形筋422,更优选的,所述直形筋421平行于驱动电机200的重心线,有利于直形筋421更好地支撑驱动电机200。重心线指通过重心点所引的垂直线。本发明实施例中,位于驱动电机本体210和变速箱后箱体110的连接处的第一侧的纵向筋为直形筋421,位于驱动电机本体210和变速箱后箱体110的连接处的第二侧的纵向筋为弧形筋422,且弧形筋422设置为弧面朝向结构筋内部弯曲,且形成有起动电机容置部,所述弧形筋422的形状与起动电机400的外轮廓相配合,可以最大程度集成起动电机400和变速箱后箱体110。本发明实施例提供的弧形筋422位于结构筋的最外侧,具体弧形筋422位于纵向筋420的一侧,因为变速器后箱体110和驱动电机200的振动频率不一致,所以弧形筋422能够更好的起到缓冲支撑和减震降噪的用途。所述弧形筋422按照余留的空间设计其形状,优选的,所述弧形筋422两端与连接面呈倒角面,大致呈弧形,可以更好的起到缓冲支撑的作用。
具体的,所述驱动电机盖体220和驱动电机减速器本体310制成一体,可以通过铸造一体成型,比如选择铝合金压铸等方法,如果是铸铁,则采用金属模砂芯铸造等方法。更具体的,所述驱动电机盖体220背面与驱动电机减速器本体310背面相向设置,驱动电机盖体220背面是指背离驱动电机200内部的面,驱动电机减速器本体310背面是指背离驱动电机减速器300内部的面。本发明实施例中,驱动电机减速器本体310上端固定有驱动电机盖体220。驱动电机盖体220和驱动电机减速器本体310制成一体后,分别连接到驱动电机本体210和变速器后箱体110上,加强了驱动电机本体210与变速器后箱体110之间的连接。
更具体的,所述驱动电机盖体220通过螺栓固定连接驱动电机本体210,所述驱动电机减速器本体310通过螺栓固定连接变速器后箱体110,这样后期检修时方便拆卸驱动电机减速器本体310。所述驱动电机盖体220周边均布有电机第一螺栓孔221,在驱动电机本体210上相应设有电机第二螺栓孔212,电机第一螺栓孔221配合电机第二螺栓孔212,以固定连接驱动电机本体210和驱动电机盖体220。所述电机第一螺栓孔221有可能布置在驱动电机盖体220与驱动电机减速器本体310重叠的区域,本发明实施例就有这样的情况,重叠区域的电机第一螺栓孔221可以更好的固定连接驱动电机盖体220与驱动电机减速器本体310。这里提到的均布是指以电机输出轴为轴心,周向均布的意思。
更具体的,所述驱动电机减速器本体310内部布有变速器第一螺栓孔314,以固定连接变速器后箱体110,具体的,驱动电机减速器本体310上依次排列有第一齿轮轴孔311、中间齿轮轴孔312和第三齿轮轴孔313,第一齿轮轴孔311、中间齿轮轴孔312和第三齿轮轴孔313统称为减速器齿轮组,所述变速器后箱体110上设有倒档轴孔111,所述第三齿轮轴孔313配合倒档轴孔111,在所述第三齿轮轴孔313周边均布有变速器第一螺栓孔314,在倒档轴孔111上相应均布有变速器第二螺栓孔1111,变速器第一螺栓孔314配合变速器第二螺栓孔1111,以固定连接驱动电机减速器本体310和变速器后箱体110。这里提到的均布是指以第三齿轮轴孔313中的轴为轴心,周向均布的意思。
本发明实施例提供的一种混合动力总成,所述驱动电机减速器300还包括:
驱动电机减速器盖体320,所述驱动电机减速器盖体320固定连接驱动电机减速器本体310。
具体的,所述驱动电机减速器盖体320密封连接驱动电机减速器本体310。所述驱动电机减速器盖体320周边均布有减速器第一螺栓孔321,在驱动电机减速器本体310相应设有减速器第二螺栓孔315,减速器第一螺栓孔321配合减速器第二螺栓孔315,以固定连接驱动电机减速器本体310和驱动电机减速器盖体320。驱动电机减速器盖体320通过螺栓固定连接在驱动电机减速器本体310上,方便后期检修时拆卸驱动电机减速器盖体320,而且可以加强驱动电机减速器300固定在变速器后箱体110上的稳定性。
具体的,起动电机400,用于起动发动机,所述变速器100还包括变速器前箱体120,所述变速器前箱体120固定连接变速器后箱体110,所述起动电机400固定连接变速器前箱体120。所述起动电机400位于驱动电机200和变速箱后箱体110的连接处的第二侧外侧。更具体的,所述变速器前箱体120上设有起动电机安装部121,所述起动电机400安装在所述起动电机安装部121上。驱动电机200和变速器后箱体110之间的连接处的第二侧外侧设有起动电机容置部,所述起动电机400容置在所述起动电机容置部内,具体的,弧形筋422的形状与起动电机400的外轮廓相配合,所述弧形筋422向结构筋内侧弯曲,在弧形筋422外侧形成凹陷,使得驱动电机200和变速器后箱体110之间的连接处形成凹陷部,该凹陷部即起动电机容置部。起动电机容置部与变速箱前箱体110相应处设有起动电机安装部121,所述起动电机安装部121上有通孔1211,起动电机400的齿轮穿过该通孔1211后与发动机连接。
如图5所示,所述变速器100还包括:变速器控制模块130和变速器齿轮组140,变速器控制模块130用于控制变速器100的工作状态。所述变速器控制模块130固定连接变速器后箱体110。所述变速器后箱体110上设有变速器控制模块安装部,所述变速器控制模块安装部位于驱动电机200和变速箱后箱体110的连接处的第二侧,即:所述变速器控制模块安装部位于起动电机400安装于变速器后箱体110的同一侧,位于起动电机400下方。所述变速器齿轮组140位于变速器控制模块130右侧。
如图10所示,从变速器后箱体110往变速器前箱体120方向看去,集成化混合动力总成整体呈三角形结构,驱动电机200在上方,变速器控制模块130在左下方,变速器齿轮组140在右下方。从空间关系上讲,起动机400大致布置在驱动电机200和变速器控制模块130之间,驻车机构盖体500大致布置在驱动电机200和变速器齿轮组140之间。这种三角形结构,保证了整体结构的稳定性。
驱动电机200上设有电机输出轴,第一齿轮轴孔311上固定有第一齿轮,中间齿轮轴孔312上固定有中间齿轮,第三齿轮轴孔313上固定有第三齿轮,第一齿轮、中间齿轮和第三齿轮依次啮合,所述倒档轴孔111上固定设有变速器倒档轴,所述变速器倒档轴上固定设有倒档轴齿轮,所述电机输出轴与第一齿轮同轴设置,通过电机输出轴将扭矩传送至第一齿轮,经过中间齿轮传输至第三齿轮,第三齿轮与变速器倒档轴同轴设置,所述倒档轴齿轮与差速器啮合,最后由差速器输出扭矩给整车提供动力。为保证结构的稳定,将倒档齿轮布置在变速器齿轮组140右上方,减小与驱动电机300之间的距离,最大程度上保证变速器齿轮组140零部件的工作寿命。
本发明实施例还提供了一种汽车,应用到以上提及的集成化混合动力总成,将变速器后箱体110和驱动电机本体210制成一体,以及驱动电机盖体220和驱动电机减速器本体310制成一体后,装配关系变成了驱动电机盖体220固定连接驱动电机本体210,和驱动电机减速器本体310固定连接在变速器后箱体110上,减少了变速器100、驱动电机200和驱动电机减速器300之间的装配关系,解决了制造和装配中产生的公差使得汽车NVH特性下降的技术问题,减少了现有技术的电机托架,并且将起动电机400固定在变速器100上,提高了混合动力总成的集成化程度。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (29)
1.一种集成化混合动力总成机体,其特征在于,包括:
变速器(100),所述变速器(100)包括变速器后箱体(110);
驱动电机(200),所述驱动电机包括驱动电机本体(210)和驱动电机盖体(220),所述变速器后箱体(110)和驱动电机本体(210)制成一体;
驱动电机减速器(300),所述驱动电机减速器(300)包括驱动电机减速器本体(310),所述驱动电机盖体(220)和驱动电机减速器本体(310)制成一体,所述驱动电机盖体(220)固定连接驱动电机本体(210),所述驱动电机减速器本体(310)固定连接变速器后箱体(110);和
起动电机(400),所述起动电机(400)固定连接变速器(100)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种混合动力总成机体,其特征在于,所述变速箱后箱体(110)上设有驻车机构安装部(510),所述驻车机构安装部(510)位于驱动电机(200)和变速箱后箱体(110)的连接处的第一侧。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种混合动力总成机体,其特征在于,所述混合动力总成还包括:
驻车机构盖体(500),所述驻车机构盖体(500)固定在驻车机构安装部(510)上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种混合动力总成机体,其特征在于,所述起动电机(400)位于驱动电机(200)和变速箱后箱体(110)的连接处的第二侧外侧。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种集成化混合动力总成机体,其特征在于,变速器(100)为双离合自动变速器。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种集成化混合动力总成机体,其特征在于,变速器后箱体(110)和驱动电机本体(210)之间通过实体连接制成一体。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种集成化混合动力总成机体,其特征在于,变速器后箱体(110)和驱动电机本体(210)之间通过结构筋制成一体。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种集成化混合动力总成机体,其特征在于,所述结构筋包括至少一个横向筋(410)和/或纵向筋(420)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种集成化混合动力总成机体,其特征在于,从驱动电机(200)的重心所在处向两侧延伸,所述纵向筋(420)由密到疏排布。
10.根据权利要求8所述的一种集成化混合动力总成机体,其特征在于,所述纵向筋(420)包括至少一个直形筋(421)和/或弧形筋(422)。
11.根据权利要求10所述的一种集成化混合动力总成机体,其特征在于,所述直形筋(421)平行于驱动电机(200)的重心线。
12.根据权利要求10所述的一种集成化混合动力总成机体,其特征在于,所述弧形筋(422)位于结构筋的最外侧。
13.根据权利要求10所述的一种集成化混合动力总成机体,其特征在于,所述弧形筋(422)设置为弧面朝向结构筋内部弯曲。
14.根据权利要求10所述的一种集成化混合动力总成机体,其特征在于,所述弧形筋(422)位于驱动电机本体(210)和变速箱后箱体(110)的连接处的第二侧。
15.根据权利要求10所述的一种集成化混合动力总成机体,其特征在于,所述弧形筋(422)的形状与起动电机(400)的外轮廓相配合。
16.根据权利要求10所述的一种集成化混合动力总成机体,其特征在于,所述弧形筋(422)两端分别与驱动电机(200)和变速箱后箱体(110)的连接面呈倒角面。
17.根据权利要求1所述的一种集成化混合动力总成机体,其特征在于,所述驱动电机盖体(220)和驱动电机减速器本体(310)通过铸造制成一体。
18.根据权利要求1所述的一种集成化混合动力总成机体,其特征在于,所述驱动电机盖体(220)背面与驱动电机减速器本体(310)背面相向设置。
19.根据权利要求1所述的一种集成化混合动力总成机体,其特征在于,所述驱动电机盖体(220)通过螺栓固定连接驱动电机本体(210),所述驱动电机减速器本体(310)通过螺栓固定连接变速器后箱体(110)。
20.根据权利要求19所述的一种集成化混合动力总成机体,其特征在于,所述驱动电机盖体(220)周边均布有电机第一螺栓孔(221),在驱动电机本体(210)上相应设有电机第二螺栓孔(212),电机第一螺栓孔(221)配合电机第二螺栓孔(212),以固定连接驱动电机本体(210)和驱动电机盖体(220)。
21.根据权利要求19所述的一种集成化混合动力总成机体,其特征在于,驱动电机减速器本体(310)上设有第三齿轮轴孔(313),所述变速器后箱体(110)上设有倒档轴孔(111),在所述第三齿轮轴孔(313)周边均布有变速器第一螺栓孔(314),在倒档轴孔(111)上相应设有变速器第二螺栓孔(1111),变速器第一螺栓孔(314)配合变速器第二螺栓孔(1111),以固定连接驱动电机减速器本体(310)和变速器后箱体(110)。
22.根据权利要求1所述的一种集成化混合动力总成机体,其特征在于,所述驱动电机减速器(300)还包括:
驱动电机减速器盖体(320),所述驱动电机减速器盖体(320)固定连接驱动电机减速器本体(310)。
23.根据权利要求22所述的一种集成化混合动力总成机体,其特征在于,所述驱动电机减速器盖体(320)周边均布有减速器第一螺栓孔(321),在驱动电机减速器本体(310)相应设有减速器第二螺栓孔(315),减速器第一螺栓孔(321)配合减速器第二螺栓孔(315),以固定连接驱动电机减速器本体(310)和驱动电机减速器盖体(320)。
24.根据权利要求1所述的一种集成化混合动力总成机体,其特征在于,所述变速器(100)还包括:
变速器前箱体(120),所述变速器前箱体(120)固定连接变速器后箱体(110),所述起动电机(400)固定连接变速器前箱体(120)。
25.根据权利要求24所述的一种集成化混合动力总成机体,其特征在于,所述变速器前箱体(120)上设有起动电机安装部(121),所述起动电机(400)安装在所述起动电机安装部(121)上。
26.根据权利要求25所述的一种集成化混合动力总成机体,其特征在于,驱动电机(200)和变速器后箱体(110)之间的连接处的第二侧外侧设有起动电机容置部,所述起动电机(400)设置在所述起动电机容置部内,起动电机容置部与变速箱前箱体(110)相应处设有起动电机安装部(121)。
27.根据权利要求1所述的一种集成化混合动力总成机体,其特征在于,所述变速器(100)还包括:变速器控制模块(130),所述变速器控制模块(130)固定连接变速器后箱体(110)。
28.根据权利要求27所述的一种集成化混合动力总成机体,其特征在于,所述变速器后箱体(110)上设有变速器控制模块安装部,所述变速器控制模块安装部位于起动电机(400)安装于变速器后箱体(110)的同一侧。
29.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-28任意一项所述的集成化混合动力总成机体。
