一个实施例预期提供一种用于具有后轮驱动构造和四轮驱动构造的混合动力车辆的动力传动系统,该动力传动系统包含:具有可操作地安装到变速器输出端安装凸缘和变速箱输出端安装凸缘的驱动单元输入端安装凸缘的电动驱动单元,可与变速器输出端联轴器和变速箱输出端联轴器可操作地相啮合的输入端联轴器,以及包括传动轴支座的后端。
一个实施例的优点在于,具有同一输出端安装凸缘和输出轴的同一变速器,可被用于两轮驱动和四轮驱动的混合动力驱动车辆构造。这降低了与制造该变速器相关的成本和复杂性。而且,不论车辆是两轮驱动或四轮驱动式,具有同一输入端和输出端安装构造的同一电动驱动单元也可被使用。因此,实现了对用于支持两轮驱动和四轮驱动式车辆的各种组件的数量的缩减。
一个实施例的优点在于,前部动力传动系统支承横梁在两轮驱动车辆构造中可以支承电动驱动单元,而且,同一横梁在四轮驱动构造中可以用于支承变速箱。因此,在四轮驱动构造中将仅需使用一个额外的横梁来支承电动驱动单元。
一个实施例的优点在于,电动驱动单元可以直接安装到变速器(在两轮驱动构造中)和变速箱(在四轮驱动构造中),从而减少了电动驱动单元干扰或导致与其他车辆系统,例如排气和燃料系统的安装问题的风险。因此,任何从常规车辆构造向混合动力车辆构造的车身底盘的重新设计和安装都可被最小化。

具体实施方式
图1-4说明了具有车架12的后轮(两轮)驱动车辆10的各部分。车架12可以包括总体上沿前-后方向延伸的车架纵梁14和车架横梁16、18。车架12还包括前部动力传动系统支承横梁20。所示车辆10的其他系统包括:总体上以22表示的包括燃料箱24的部分燃油系统;总体上以26表示的包括消音器28的排气系统;以及动力传动系统30。
动力传动系统30包括具有向变速器32提供驱动输入扭矩的输出端(未图示)的内燃机(未图示)。该内燃机可以是例如常规的汽油或柴油发动机,或者是一些其他类型的发动机,如果有此需要的话。动力传动系统30还包括:连接到变速器32输出端的电动驱动单元34,连接到电动驱动单元34输出端的两轮驱动传动轴36,连接到传动轴36下游端的差速器38,以及接收来自差速器38的扭矩并驱动后轮/胎(未图示)的后桥总成40。
优选地,变速器32为具有与常规的自动排档变速器相似的齿轮组的类型。可选择地,该变速器可以是不同的类型,例如,手动变档变速器或无级变速器。变速器32具有主壳体42,其具有环绕扭矩传送装置、例如扭矩变换器或离合器(未图示)的输入端的前部安装凸缘44。该变速器32还具有包括用于与其他组件相配合的紧固件孔图(hole pattern)48的后部安装凸缘46。该后部安装凸缘46环绕输出轴(未图示)。该输出轴连接到电动驱动单元34的输入端联轴器50。
电动驱动单元34包括环绕输入端联轴器50的前部(输入端)安装凸缘52。该前部安装凸缘52包括密封面54和紧固件孔图56。该密封面54与变速器的后部安装凸缘46相配合以在两个组件之间密封。紧固件孔图56与变速器32的紧固件孔图48呈镜像关系,从而使得它们得以对准,一套紧固件58穿过每个相应的紧固件孔延伸,通过两个安装凸缘46、52将电动驱动单元34固定到变速器32上。前部安装构件70安装于电动驱动单元34和前部动力传动系统支承横梁20之间,将电动驱动单元34支承在横梁20上。传动轴支座60从电动驱动单元34的后端62伸出并连接到两轮驱动传动轴36的U形接头64上。
传动轴36具有从更前部的U形接头64延伸到后部U形接头68的主体66,该后部U形接头68将主体66旋转耦接到差速器38的输入端。然后,差速器38连接到后桥总成40,以向后轮/胎(未图示)传送扭矩。
图5-8说明了具有车架112的四轮驱动车辆110的各部分。对于该四轮驱动式车辆110,与两轮驱动式相同的元件将具有相同的元件编号,而做出了变化的元件将具有相似的元件编号,但为100系列的编号。
车架112可以包括车架纵梁14和车架横梁16、18。车架112还包括前部动力传动系统支承横梁20和后部动力传动系统支承横梁21。车辆110的其它系统可以保持相同,包括燃料系统22和排气系统26。
动力传动系统130现在设置为用于提供四轮驱动。动力传动系统130仍包括内燃机(未图示)、变速器32、电动驱动单元34、差速器38和后桥总成40。动力传动系统130现还包括变速箱74,以及连接到电动驱动单元34输出端的四轮驱动传动轴136。
变速器32具有与两轮驱动构造相同的主壳体42,具有相同的后部安装凸缘46和紧固件孔图48。后部安装凸缘46环绕变速器输出轴(未图示),其现在连接到变速箱74的输入端联轴器(未图示)。变速箱74的输入端联轴器以与两轮驱动构造中的电动驱动单元输入端联轴器相同的方式与变速器输出端相配合。
变速箱74包括环绕输入端联轴器的前部(输入端)安装凸缘76。该前部安装凸缘76包括密封面78和前部紧固件孔图80。密封面78与变速器的后部安装凸缘46相配合以在两个组件之间密封。前部紧固件孔图80与变速器32的紧固件孔图48呈镜像关系,从而使得它们得以对准,一套紧固件58穿过每个相应的紧固件孔延伸,将变速箱74固定到变速器32上。因此,变速箱74的前部安装凸缘76复制了电动驱动单元34的前部安装凸缘52。前部安装构件170安装在变速箱74和前部动力传动系统支承横梁20之间,将变速箱74支承于横梁20上。侧部支座88与前部传动轴(未图示)耦接,用于向前轮(未图示)提供扭矩。
变速箱74还包括后部(输出端)安装凸缘82,其包括用于与电动驱动单元34(在下文说明)相配合的后部紧固件孔图84。该后部安装凸缘82环绕输出端联轴器86。该输出端联轴器86连接到电动驱动单元34的输入端联轴器50(在图4中表示)。因此,变速箱74的后部安装凸缘复制了变速器32的后部安装凸缘46。
电动驱动单元34包括相同的环绕输入端联轴器50的前部(输入端)安装凸缘52。该前部安装凸缘52包括密封面54(在图4中表示)和紧固件孔图56。密封面54与变速箱74的后部安装凸缘82相配合以在两个组件之间密封。紧固件孔图56与变速箱74的后部紧固件孔图84呈镜像关系,使得它们得以对准,一套紧固件90穿过每个相应的紧固件孔延伸,通过两个安装凸缘86、52将电动驱动单元34安装到变速箱74。后部安装构件92安装在电动驱动单元34和后部动力传动系统支承横梁21之间,将电动驱动单元34支承到横梁21上。传动轴支座60从电动驱动单元34的后端62伸出,连接到四轮驱动传动轴136的U形接头64上。
四轮驱动传动轴136具有比两轮驱动传动轴36短的主体166,以适应将变速箱74插入动力传动系统130。
这里所用到的术语“复制了”和“复制”是指在尺寸和几何形状上的匹配,其允许第一组件被第二组件替代用于安装到第三组件。也就是说,第二组件从第一组件复制的部分将具有相似的元件,例如,安装所需的具有相同间距和几何学特征的安装孔、与密封和支承两个组件连接所需的第三组件相配合的壳体凸缘(安装面)、通用的垫圈、以及/或者通用的硬件。更具体地,电动驱动单元34的输入侧(前部)安装凸缘52和输入端联轴器50优选复制变速箱74的输入(前部)侧安装凸缘76和输入端联轴器(未图示,但与电动驱动单元的输入端联轴器50的几何形状相匹配)。变速箱74的输出(后部)侧安装凸缘82和输出端联轴器86优选复制变速器32的输出(后部)侧安装凸缘46和输出轴(未图示,但与变速箱74的输出端联轴器86的几何形状相匹配)。因此,电动驱动单元34直接安装于用于两轮驱动构造的变速器32的输出端并安装到用于四轮驱动构造的变速箱74的输出端。这样,大家会注意到,分别用于混合动力车辆10、110的两(后)轮驱动和四轮驱动构造的变速器32和电动驱动单元34可以是相同的。
虽然本发明的某些实施例已经被详细说明,本发明所属技术领域的技术人员仍将会认识到用于实施如权利要求书所限定的本发明的各种替换的设计和实施方式。
Claims (20)
1.用于具有后轮驱动构造和四轮驱动构造的混合动力车辆的动力传动系统,其特征在于,该动力传动系统包含:
具有输出端安装凸缘的变速器;
具有可操作地安装到变速器输出端安装凸缘的变速箱输入端安装凸缘和变速箱输出端安装凸缘的变速箱;以及
具有可操作地安装到变速箱输出端安装凸缘、且复制了变速箱输入端安装凸缘的驱动单元输入端安装凸缘的电动驱动单元。
2.根据权利要求1所述的动力传动系统,其特征在于,该变速箱输入端安装凸缘包括密封面,该驱动单元输入端安装凸缘包括复制了变速箱输入端安装凸缘密封面的密封面。
3.根据权利要求2所述的动力传动系统,其特征在于,该变速箱输入端安装凸缘包括紧固件孔图,该驱动单元输入端安装凸缘包括复制了变速箱输入端安装凸缘紧固件孔图的紧固件孔图。
4.根据权利要求1所述的动力传动系统,其特征在于,该变速箱输入端安装凸缘包括紧固件孔图,该驱动单元输入端安装凸缘包括复制了变速箱输入端安装凸缘紧固件孔图的紧固件孔图。
5.根据权利要求1所述的动力传动系统,其特征在于,该变速箱输出端安装凸缘复制了该变速器输出端安装凸缘。
6.根据权利要求1所述的动力传动系统,其特征在于,该电动驱动单元具有复制了变速箱输入端联轴器的输入端联轴器。
7.根据权利要求1所述的动力传动系统,其特征在于,该变速箱具有复制了变速器输出端联轴器的输出端联轴器。
8.根据权利要求1所述的动力传动系统,其特征在于,该电动驱动单元具有包括传动轴支座的后端,其中该动力传动系统包括与传动轴支座可操作地啮合的传动轴。
9.根据权利要求1所述的动力传动系统,其特征在于,包括安装于电动驱动单元之下且可安装到动力传动系统支承横梁上的安装构件。
10.根据权利要求9所述的动力传动系统,其特征在于,包括安装于变速箱之下且可安装到第二动力传动系统支承横梁上的第二安装构件。
11.用于具有后轮驱动构造和四轮驱动构造的混合动力车辆的动力传动系统,其特征在于,该动力传动系统包含:
具有输出端安装凸缘的变速器;
具有操作地可安装到变速器输出端安装凸缘的变速箱输入端安装凸缘和复制了变速器输出端安装凸缘的变速箱输出端安装凸缘的变速箱;以及
具有可操作地安装到变速箱输出端安装凸缘的驱动单元输入端安装凸缘的电动驱动单元。
12.根据权利要求11所述的动力传动系统,其特征在于,该变速器输出端安装凸缘具有紧固件孔图,该变速箱输出端安装凸缘具有复制了变速器输出端安装凸缘紧固件孔图的紧固件孔图。
13.根据权利要求11所述的动力传动系统,其特征在于,该变速器输出端安装凸缘具有密封面,该变速箱输出端安装凸缘具有复制了变速器输出端安装凸缘密封面的密封面。
14.根据权利要求11所述的动力传动系统,其特征在于,该变速箱具有复制了变速器输出端联轴器的输出端联轴器。
15.根据权利要求11所述的动力传动系统,其特征在于,该电动驱动单元具有包括传动轴支座的后端,其中该动力传动系统包括与传动轴支座可操作地啮合的传动轴。
16.根据权利要求11所述的动力传动系统,其特征在于,包括安装于电动驱动单元之下且可安装到动力传动系统支承横梁上的安装构件。
17.根据权利要求16所述的动力传动系统,其特征在于,包括安装于变速箱之下且可安装到第二动力传动系统支承横梁上的第二安装构件。
18.用于具有后轮驱动构造和四轮驱动构造的混合动力车辆的动力传动系统,其特征在于,该动力传动系统包含:具有可操作地安装到变速器输出端安装凸缘和变速箱输出端安装凸缘的驱动单元输入端安装凸缘的电动驱动单元,可与变速器输出端联轴器和变速箱输出端联轴器可操作地相啮合的输入端联轴器,以及包括传动轴支座的后端。
19.根据权利要求18所述的动力传动系统,其特征在于,包括与传动轴支座可操作地啮合的传动轴。
20.根据权利要求18所述的动力传动系统,其特征在于,包括安装于电动驱动单元之下且可安装到动力传动系统支承横梁上的安装构件。
