本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种润肠蒸肉米粉的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种润肠蒸肉米粉,由以下重量份原料组成:粳米160-180、黑米100-120、燕麦80-90、麸皮10-15、芦笋汁70-80、冬瓜30-40、绿豆30-40、黑芝麻20-30、芦荟汁20-30、香菇20-30、洋葱20-30、决明子5-6、百合6-7、泽泻3-5、火麻仁3-5、肉苁蓉4-5、郁李仁4-5、仙人掌4-6、桑花2-3、食品添加剂8-10、水适量:
食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料组成:可可粉20-30、鸡蛋黄30-40、洋葱20-30、沙棘果汁60-70、大麦秸8-10、刺龙芽4-5、乌梢蛇4-5、水适量。
食品添加剂的制备方法:
(1)将大麦秸、刺龙芽、乌梢蛇用6-8倍量的水提取,将提取物喷雾干燥,得到粉末备用;
(2)将洋葱洗净,切碎后与鸡蛋黄一起放入锅中,加入沙棘果汁,加热焖煮30-40分钟,将所有物料打成浆汁,将浆汁喷雾干燥,得到粉末备用;
(3)将可可粉、步骤1中粉末、步骤2中粉末合并,混匀即可。
