本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种富含膳食纤维的蒸肉米粉的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种富含膳食纤维的蒸肉米粉,由以下重量份原料组成:糯米200-230、糙米40-50、玉米60-70、大豆20-25、黑木耳30-40、芹菜汁50-60、香蕉汁60-70、杏仁30-35、乌梅30-40、山楂20-30、花椒粉10-15、蒲公英5-6、车前子5-6、紫花地丁4-6、大麦秸3-4、麦饭石3-4、绞股蓝3-4、茜草2-3、食品添加剂8-10、水适量:
食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料组成:可可粉20-30、鸡蛋黄30-40、洋葱20-30、沙棘果汁60-70、大麦秸8-10、刺龙芽4-5、乌梢蛇4-5、水适量。
食品添加剂的制备方法:
(1)将大麦秸、刺龙芽、乌梢蛇用6-8倍量的水提取,将提取物喷雾干燥,得到粉末备用;
(2)将洋葱洗净,切碎后与鸡蛋黄一起放入锅中,加入沙棘果汁,加热焖煮30-40分钟,将所有物料打成浆汁,将浆汁喷雾干燥,得到粉末备用;
(3)将可可粉、步骤1中粉末、步骤2中粉末合并,混匀即可。

(1)将糯米、糙米洗净,晒干后,置于锅中,加热炒熟后碾成米粉备用;

所述食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料制成:可可粉20-30、鸡蛋黄30-40、洋葱20-30、沙棘果汁60-70、大麦秸8-10、刺龙芽4-5、乌梢蛇4-5、水适量;
所述食品添加剂的制备方法:
