本发明涉及一种解酒护肝保健饮品的配方及加工工艺,具体为一种灵芝、金针菇、葛根配方的保健饮料的配方及加工工艺,属于食品饮料加工领域。选用优质的紫灵芝、金针菇和野葛为原料,经科学加工提取灵芝多糖、金针菇多糖和葛根黄酮,制成一种具有保肝、护肝、解酒、调节免疫力的保健饮品,适合长期饮酒人士和需保肝护肝人士长期使用,而无毒副作用。

一、技术领域
本发明涉及一种解酒护肝保健饮品的配方及加工工艺,具体为一种灵芝、金针菇、葛根配方的保健饮料的配方及加工工艺,属于食品饮料加工领域。
二、背景技术
现代社会工作压力大,应酬多,许多人不同程度的长期过量饮酒造成肝脏的损害,甚至引起酒精肝。长期的过度饮酒,通过乙醇本身和它的衍生物乙醛可使肝细胞反复发生脂肪变性、坏死和再生,而导致酒精性肝病。在中国,随着生活条件的改善,饮酒及酗酒有增多趋势,尽管酒精性肝病的发生率尚无精确的统计,但并不少见。
正常人24小时体内可代谢酒精120g。长期饮酒超过机体的代谢能力,可引起酒精性肝病。摄入的酒精主要在肝细胞的乙醇脱氢酶作用下变成乙醛。酒精性肝病的发生主要是乙醇和乙醛的毒性作用所致。肝脏好比人体化工厂,人体各种营养物质的转化合成都由肝脏完成,各种各样的毒素亦要经过肝脏来排解。少量喝酒,经过肝脏解毒代谢后,变成无毒的物质排出体外;若长期大量饮酒,酒精的代谢产物乙醛对肝细胞的毒性作用就非常大。
灵芝,灵芝作为拥有数千年药用历史的中国传统珍贵药材,具备很高的药用价值,经过科研机构数十年的现代药理学研究证实,灵芝多糖对于增强人体免疫力,调肝护肝,促进睡眠等方面均具有显著疗效,尤其对于肝细胞的保护。
金针菇,其多糖能促进蛋白质、核酸的合成,提高机体生物免疫力,主要为药用,金针菇多糖有消炎、护肝、养心和抗老作用,同时能有效地阻止肿瘤生长之功效,是癌症病人化疗最好的辅助药物。
葛根,为豆科植物野葛,分为野葛根与粉葛根,两者都含有葛根黄酮,具有较强的解酒保肝作用。
本专利采用科学工艺提取灵芝多糖、金针菇多糖和葛根黄酮精制成方便饮用的饮料,全面提供肝功能的保护,为饮酒人士的良好伴侣饮料。
三、发明内容
选用优质的紫灵芝、金针菇和野葛为原料,经科学加工提取灵芝多糖、金针菇多糖和葛根黄酮,制成一种具有保肝、护肝、解酒、调节免疫力的保健饮品,适合长期饮酒人士和需保肝护肝人士长期使用,而无毒副作用。
四、具体实施方式
1.灵芝多糖液的提取选取优质紫灵芝,粉碎30目后,加入蒸馏水,加热煮沸2小时,浸泡24小时,得到灵芝多糖浸泡液。在浸泡液中加入乙醇使乙醇终浓度为70%,4~25℃静置沉淀,200目过滤,得到过滤液。将过滤液沉淀烘干,粉碎300目后得到红褐色的灵芝多糖粉末。将上述粉末1∶100加入蒸馏水溶解,取上清液。
2.金针多糖液的提取选取优质金针菇子实体,加入蒸馏水,加热煮沸2小时,浸泡24小时,得到金针菇多糖浸泡液。在浸泡液中加入乙醇使乙醇终浓度为70%,4~25℃静置沉淀,100目过滤,得到过滤液。将过滤液沉淀烘干,粉碎300目后得到红褐色的金针菇多糖粉末。将上述粉末1∶100加入蒸馏水溶解,取上清液。
3.葛根黄酮液的制备选取2年生以上的葛根,去除虫咬及坏死地方。采用清水清洗葛根表面的污物及坏死物。将葛根黄酮含量高的葛根皮取下,切成2cm大小的片,并称重。将取得的切片,加5倍蒸馏水浸泡6-10小时;然后,加热100℃(翻动煮、捣烂)1-2小时;浸泡2小时后。将浸泡液和物,先用60目过滤的初过滤液和过滤渣,将初过滤液再100目过滤得过滤液。过滤渣再用,然后将浸泡液100目过滤,得过滤液。将过滤液,再次使用0.22μm滤器过滤,取滤过液得葛根饮料精滤液。
4.饮料混合溶液配比上述灵芝多糖液∶金针多糖液∶葛根黄酮液比例分别为=1∶1∶2。
5.根据(步骤4)混合液添加Vc、低聚果糖和山梨酸钾等,添加量分别为:0.03%、1%、0.02%。
6.将上述添加口味调节剂后的饮料,经杀菌处理后,灌注成不同规格的饮料成品。

1.一种解酒护肝保健饮品的配方及加工工艺,其特征在于:选用优质的紫灵芝、金针菇和野葛为原料,经科学加工提取灵芝多糖、金针菇多糖和葛根黄酮,制成一种具有保肝、护肝、解酒、调节免疫力的保健饮品。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的方法,其特征在于:所述的灵芝多糖液的提取是指:选取优质紫灵芝,粉碎30目后,加入蒸馏水,加热煮沸2小时,浸泡24小时,得到灵芝多糖浸泡液。在浸泡液中加入乙醇使乙醇终浓度为70%,4~25℃静置沉淀,200目过滤,得到过滤液。将过滤液沉淀烘干,粉碎300目后得到红褐色的灵芝多糖粉末。将上述粉末1∶100加入蒸馏水溶解,取上清液。

6.根据权利要求书1、5所述的方法,其特征在于:所述的饮品混合溶液是指5所得的溶液添加Vc、低聚果糖和山梨酸钾等,添加量分别为:0.03%、1%、0.02%。
