本发明公开了一种针对急性酒精中毒的饮料及其制作方法,主要原料有灵芝、青刺果、葛花等,按照科学有效的配比方案,进行充分配比,通过科学的加工手段制作出本发明饮料,本发明无毒无菌,药性发挥充分,极易于人体吸收,使用者无需再次冲服,相比固态药丸药片类解酒产品,更广泛的适用于体弱人群,更易于使用者定量服用,解酒效果明显,同时具有极佳的护肝效果,长期服用,可有效增强服用者体质。

技术领域
本发明涉及饮料加工领域,特别是一种针对急性酒精中毒的饮料及其制作方法。
背景技术
目前市场上拥有众多的针对酒后解酒的产品,但很少有专门针对饮酒造成的急性酒精中毒,同时具有较好的护肝及解酒功效的产品。
我们通过研究发现,在液态状态下,解酒的成份最易被人体吸收。但是目前市场上多是固体或高浓缩解酒类产品,或者是通过饮水服用,或者服用后需要适量饮水,增强吸收。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种极易于人体吸收的,解酒效果明显的,同时具有极佳的护肝效果的,能增强服用者体质的,针对急性酒精中毒的饮料及其制作方法。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种针对急性酒精中毒的饮料,其中:所述的饮料主要由以下重量百分比的原料组成:
灵芝:60%-90%;
青刺果:5%-20%;
葛花:5%-20%。
所述的针对急性酒精中毒的饮料的制作方法包括以下步骤:
1)将上述材料以200KG为一份,水2000KG为一份,两份一起加入到蒸汽炉内,煮沸10分钟,冷却;待冷却到25℃后,再次煮沸10分钟;再冷却到25℃,再次煮沸10分钟。
2)将炉内汁液导出,然后采用细密滤网过滤;再采用超声振震动,使汁液中的细微残渣沉到容器底部,去渣,将净化后的汁液在25℃中存储;
3)将分装的金属罐,采用116℃-124℃杀菌,通过流水线机器无菌作业进行灌装,封口,即得成品饮料。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用一些常规解酒、护肝、解毒的中药材,以液态形式展现,按照有效的配比方案,进行充分配比,高温蒸煮,无毒无菌,药性发挥充分。使用者无需再次冲服,食用方便快捷简单;相比固态药丸药片类解酒产品,液态产品里面的成分极易于人体吸收,更广泛的适用于体弱人群,更易于使用者定量服用,解酒效果明显,同时具有极佳的护肝效果,长期服用,可有效增强服用者体质,也解决了普通家庭服用灵芝等贵重药材,药性萃取率低,药材的大量浪费情况,使得灵芝的药效获得充分的应用。

下面结合实施例, 对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步的详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明, 但不用来限制本发明的范围。
一种针对急性酒精中毒的饮料,其中:所述的饮料主要由以下重量百分比的原料组成:
灵芝:75%;
青刺果:15%;
葛花:10%.
所述的针对急性酒精中毒的饮料的制作方法包括以下步骤:
1)将上述材料以200KG为一份,水2000KG为一份,两份一起加入到蒸汽炉内,煮沸10分钟,冷却;待冷却到25℃后,再次煮沸10分钟;再冷却到25℃,再次煮沸10分钟。
2)将炉内汁液导出,然后采用细密滤网过滤;再采用超声振震动,使汁液中的细微残渣沉到容器底部,去渣,将净化后的汁液在25℃中存储;
3)将分装的金属罐,采用116℃-124℃杀菌,通过流水线机器无菌作业进行灌装,封口,即得成品饮料。
此种工艺得出来的解酒饮料,可直开罐引用,高效快速解急性酒精中毒的功能,同时具有较好的护肝与解宿解效果;而且制造成本合理,适合饮用人群广泛。
本发明的药性机理:
灵芝:为多孔菌科真菌灵芝的子实体。具有补气安神、止咳平喘的功效,用于眩晕不眠、心悸气短、虚劳咳喘。主含氨基酸、多肽、蛋白质、真菌溶菌酶(fungal lysozyme),以及糖类(还原糖和多糖)、麦角甾醇、三萜类、香豆精甙、挥发油、硬脂酸、苯甲酸、生物碱、维生素B2及C等;孢子还含甘露醇、海藻糖(trehalose)。灵芝对多种理化及生物因素引起的肝损伤有保护作用。无论在肝脏损害发生前还是发生后,服用灵芝都可保护肝脏,减轻肝损伤。灵芝能促进肝脏对药物、毒物的代谢,对于中毒性肝炎有确切的疗效。尤其是慢性肝炎,灵芝可明显消除头晕、乏力、恶心、肝区不适等症状,并可有效地改善肝功能,使各项指标趋于正常。所以,灵芝可用于治疗慢性中毒、各类慢性肝炎、肝硬化、肝功能障碍。
青刺果:据《滇南本草》记载,“青刺尖味苦,性寒。主攻一切痛疽毒疮,有浓者出头,无浓者立消,散结核。” 青刺果中富含人体必需的油酸、亚油酸和多种脂溶性维生素,非常容易被人体吸收,因此长期食用青刺果油对调节血脂、降低胆固醇,防止心血管疾病均有辅助作用,并可增强人体抗缺氧、抗辐射的能力。
葛花:解酒醒脾。用于饮酒过度,头痛,头昏,烦渴,胸膈饱胀,呕吐酸水等伤及胃气之症。
通过实验证明:按上述配方比例进行配比,各种药材药性都可以得到最大的发挥,相辅作用,不会发生相克或药性相抵现象。

灵芝:60%-90%;
青刺果:5%-20%;
葛花:5%-20%。
