本发明主要涉及食品领域,尤其涉及一种降血压蔬菜泡菜。
背景技术
是指为了利于长时间存放而经过发酵的蔬菜。一般来说,只要是纤维丰富的蔬菜或水果,都可以被制成泡菜。泡菜含有丰富的维生素和钙、磷等无机物,既能为人体提供充足的营养,又能预防动脉硬化等疾病。

本发明目的就是提供一种降血压蔬菜泡菜。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种降血压蔬菜泡菜,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
芹菜40-50、茼蒿10-15、茄子10-15、胡萝卜6-10、枳实2-3、葛根3-5、黄精1-2、丹参1-2、白芷2-3、虾皮1-2、红薯叶1-2、布渣叶1-2、荷叶2-3、葡萄叶1-2、葛花2-3、七叶莲1-2、猫须草1-2、调味剂2-3、盐、醋适量;
所述的调味剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
西红柿4-6、山楂2-3、橙皮2-3、石榴皮1-2、葫芦茶1-2、花椒1-2;
将上述山楂、橙皮、石榴皮与西红柿混合,绞碎,晒干,与剩余各原料混合,用单层纱布包裹,用线系住。
一种降血压蔬菜泡菜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将上述枳实、葛根、黄精、丹参、白芷、虾皮、红薯叶、布渣叶、荷叶、葡萄叶、葛花、七叶莲、猫须草混合水提2-3次,合并滤液;
(2)将芹菜、茼蒿、茄子、胡萝卜切段后加入到上述滤液中,所述滤液的重量为芹菜、茼蒿、茄子、胡萝卜重量的15-20倍,然后加入滤液重量1-2%的黄酒,加热煮沸,加入上述调味剂,保持沸腾3-5分钟,取出调味剂,过滤除去滤液,装坛,加入盐、醋腌制,装袋,即得所述降血压蔬菜泡菜。
本发明的优点是:

一种降血压蔬菜泡菜,它是由下述重量份(公斤)的原料组成的:
芹菜50、茼蒿15、茄子15、胡萝卜10、枳实3、葛根5、黄精1、丹参1、白芷2、虾皮1、红薯叶2、布渣叶1、荷叶3、葡萄叶1、葛花2、七叶莲2、猫须草1、调味剂2、盐、醋适量;
七叶莲功效:舒筋活络,行气祛湿,散寒祛风,祛湿止泻。
猫须草,原名:肾茶,学名:Clerodendranthus spicatus (Thunb.)C. Y. Wu,又名猫须公、牙努秒。属管状花目,唇形科多年生草本。
所述的调味剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
西红柿6、山楂2、橙皮3、石榴皮2、葫芦茶1、花椒1;
将上述山楂、橙皮、石榴皮与西红柿混合,绞碎,晒干,与剩余各原料混合,用单层纱布包裹,用线系住。
一种降血压蔬菜泡菜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
