一种香辣玉米粉及其制备方法,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:玉米粒500-550、牛蒡根3-4、生地黄4-5、荷叶1-2、郁李仁3-4、谷精草1-2、井边草3-4、川明参1-2、蓝莓8-9、胡萝卜3-4、大蒜3-4、白酒20-22、辣椒10-11、杨梅5-6、银耳4-5、营养添加剂7-8。本发明酒香浓郁,甜辣适中,可增进食欲,由于本发明在加工过程中添加了多种果蔬,使得本发明含有丰富的维生素,此外,本发明还含有多种中草药成分,具有健脾滑肠、疏散风热、明目退翳、养阴清肺的功效。

本发明属于食品加工技术领域,涉及一种玉米粉,尤其涉及一种香辣玉米粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
玉米粉营养丰富,广受消费者喜爱。目前,市场上销售的玉米粉口味单一,且多不具有保健功能,已不能满足于消费者的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种香辣玉米粉及其制备方法,本发明具有香郁可口,营养健康的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种香辣玉米粉,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
玉米粒500-550、牛蒡根3-4、生地黄4-5、荷叶1-2、郁李仁3-4、谷精草1-2、井边草3-4、川明参1-2、蓝莓8-9、胡萝卜3-4、大蒜3-4、白酒20-22、辣椒10-11、杨梅5-6、银耳4-5、营养添加剂7-8;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:佛手花1-1.2、肉苁蓉1-2、梅花0.8-1、山药12-15、酸梅1-2、芒果2-3、柚子皮1-2、大米30-35;
制备方法为:(1)将佛手花、肉苁蓉、梅花加4-5倍的水文火煎煮25-30分钟,过滤除渣,收集滤液;将山药去皮,送入蒸锅大火蒸20-30分钟后取出,捣成泥,加入滤液拌匀,烘干后研成粉末;
(2)取酸梅、芒果果肉,与柚子皮混合,加一倍的水打浆,所得浆液与大米混合入锅,小火炒至锅底干燥后出料,研成粉末,然后与步骤(1)所得物料混合拌匀,即得。
所述的香辣玉米粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将牛蒡根、生地黄、荷叶、郁李仁、谷精草、井边草、川明参加5-6倍的水文火煎煮40-50分钟,过滤除渣,得药液;
(2)将蓝莓、胡萝卜、大蒜加药液打浆,过滤除渣,所得滤液经喷雾干燥制成粉末,得保健果蔬粉;
(3)将辣椒置于白酒中浸泡3-4小时后捞出,烘干后粉碎,得酒味辣椒粉;
(4)将杨梅、银耳加5-6倍的水大火煮沸,过滤除渣,收集滤液;将玉米粒、滤液混合拌匀,送入蒸锅大火蒸熟,然后将玉米粒取出,送入烘箱,烘干后进行粉碎,然后与保健果蔬粉、酒味辣椒粉、剩余物料混合拌匀,即得。
本发明中的井边草为凤尾蕨科植物,川明参为伞形科植物。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明酒香浓郁,甜辣适中,可增进食欲,由于本发明在加工过程中添加了多种果蔬,使得本发明含有丰富的维生素,此外,本发明还含有多种中草药成分,具有健脾滑肠、疏散风热、明目退翳、养阴清肺的功效。
具体实施方式
一种香辣玉米粉,其特征在于由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制成:
玉米粒550、牛蒡根4、生地黄5、荷叶1、郁李仁3、谷精草2、井边草4、川明参1、蓝莓8、胡萝卜4、大蒜4、白酒20、辣椒11、杨梅5、银耳5、营养添加剂8;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份(公斤)原料制成:佛手花1.2、肉苁蓉2、梅花0.8、山药15、酸梅2、芒果2、柚子皮2、大米35;
制备方法为:(1)将佛手花、肉苁蓉、梅花加4-5倍的水文火煎煮25-30分钟,过滤除渣,收集滤液;将山药去皮,送入蒸锅大火蒸20-30分钟后取出,捣成泥,加入滤液拌匀,烘干后研成粉末;
