本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种虫草黑麦荔枝露的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种虫草黑麦荔枝露,由以下重量份原料组成:莲藕70-80、黑麦50-60、荸荠30-40、荔枝40-50、豆浆280-300、菊花汁20-30、橘子汁100-120、冬虫夏草5-6、甜菊叶5-6、薄荷5-6、枸杞5-6、珍珠粉5-6、灵芝孢子粉4-5、红花4-5、罗汉果4-5、玉竹4-5、何首乌5-6、柠檬片10-12、冰糖粉50-60、食品添加剂10-12、水适量:
食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料组成:茶油10-12、乳酸钙粉6-8、韭菜籽粉5-7、红豆15-20、玉米淀粉10-13、桂花粉6-8、柠檬汁10-15;
食品添加的制备方法如下,将红豆放入锅中,煮熟后,捞出,做成豆泥,与剩余物料合并,混匀即可。
一种虫草黑麦荔枝露的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将莲藕、黑麦洗净后,放入锅中,加入豆浆、食品添加剂,将莲藕、黑麦煮熟后,将锅中所有物料打成浆汁,过滤,得到滤液备用;
(2)将荸荠、荔枝洗净,取其肉,做成粒状物备用;
(3)将冬虫夏草、甜菊叶、薄荷、枸杞、珍珠粉、灵芝孢子粉、红花、罗汉果、玉竹、柠檬片用5-10倍量的水提取,将提取液浓缩,得到中药浓缩液;
(4)将菊花汁、橘子汁、步骤1中的滤液、步骤2中的粒状物、中药浓缩液、冰糖粉合并,充分搅拌,混匀后,灌装即可。
