背景技术
果蔬汁颜色鲜艳、口味香甜,深受儿童和女性的喜爱。目前,市售的果蔬汁多含有香精和多种添加剂,果汁和蔬菜含量少,营养不全面,没有保健功效,针对上述弊端,本发明选择多种水果和蔬菜作为原料,研制出一种健脾养胃果蔬汁。
发明内容
本发明提出一种健脾养胃果蔬汁及其制备方法,该健脾养胃果蔬汁不含香精和添加剂,口味清香,营养丰富,健脾养胃。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种健脾养胃果蔬汁,按照重量份数计算,包括如下原料:水160-180份、木瓜5-7份、甜橙20-30份、山楂2-4份、荔枝5-7份、山药6-8份、菠菜8-12份、茯苓0.5-0.8份、黄芪0.5-0.8份、甘草0.5-0.8份、蜂蜜5-8份。
进一步,按照重量份数计算,包括如下原料:水160份、木瓜5份、甜橙20份、山楂2份、荔枝5份、山药6份、菠菜8份、茯苓0.5份、黄芪0.5份、甘草0.5份、蜂蜜5份。
进一步,按照重量份数计算,包括如下原料:水180份、木瓜6份、甜橙26份、山楂3份、荔枝6份、山药7份、菠菜10份、茯苓0.7份、黄芪0.6份、甘草0.6份、蜂蜜6份。
进一步,按照重量份数计算,包括如下原料:水200份、木瓜7份、甜橙30份、山楂4份、荔枝7份、山药8份、菠菜12份、茯苓0.8份、黄芪0.8份、甘草0.8份、蜂蜜8份。
另,本发明还提供一种如上所述健脾养胃果蔬汁的制备方法,该制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将茯苓、黄芪、甘草磨成100目的粉末,放入锅中,加入荔枝、山药、水,熬制50分钟;
(2)将步骤(1)的物料过滤,留取滤液;
(3)将木瓜、甜橙、山楂、菠菜榨汁,与步骤(2)的滤液混合,再加入蜂蜜,搅拌均匀,杀菌后灌装,即得所述一种健脾养胃果蔬汁。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1、口味清香,营养丰富。
2、健脾养胃,特别适合脾胃虚弱者饮用。

上述实施例一至四采用的制备方法包括如下步骤:

5.一种如权利要求1-4任一所述健脾养胃果蔬汁的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将茯苓、黄芪、甘草磨成100目的粉末,放入锅中,加入荔枝、山药、水,熬制50分钟;
(2)将步骤(1)的物料过滤,留取滤液;
