本发明涉及食品及其制备方法领域,具体而言涉及一种润肠通便果蔬汁及其制备方法。
背景技术
果蔬汁颜色鲜艳、口味香甜,深受儿童和女性的喜爱。目前,市售的果蔬汁多含有香精和多种添加剂,果汁和蔬菜含量少,营养不全面,没有保健功效,针对上述弊端,本发明选择多种水果和蔬菜作为原料,研制出一种润肠通便果蔬汁。
发明内容
本发明提出一种润肠通便果蔬汁及其制备方法,该润肠通便果蔬汁不含香精和添加剂,口味清香,营养丰富,润肠通便。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种润肠通便果蔬汁,按照重量份数计算,包括如下原料:水160-180份、香蕉5-7份、柚子20-30份、山楂2-4份、红薯5-7份、胡萝卜6-8份、芹菜8-12份、大黄0.5-0.8份、番泻叶0.5-0.8份、何首乌0.5-0.8份。
进一步,按照重量份数计算,包括如下原料:水160份、香蕉5份、柚子20份、山楂2份、红薯5份、胡萝卜6份、芹菜8份、大黄0.5份、番泻叶0.5份、何首乌0.5份。
进一步,按照重量份数计算,包括如下原料:水180份、香蕉6份、柚子26份、山楂3份、红薯6份、胡萝卜7份、芹菜10份、大黄0.7份、番泻叶0.6份、何首乌0.6份。
进一步,按照重量份数计算,包括如下原料:水200份、香蕉7份、柚子30份、山楂4份、红薯7份、胡萝卜8份、芹菜12份、大黄0.8份、番泻叶0.8份、何首乌0.8份。
另,本发明还提供一种如上所述润肠通便果蔬汁的制备方法,该制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将大黄、番泻叶、何首乌磨成100目的粉末,放入锅中,加入红薯、胡萝卜、水,熬制50分钟;
(2)将步骤(1)的物料过滤,留取滤液;
(3)将香蕉、柚子、山楂、芹菜榨汁,与步骤(2)的滤液混合,搅拌均匀,杀菌后灌装,即得所述一种润肠通便果蔬汁。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1、口味清香,营养丰富。
2、润肠通便,特别适合女性饮用。

上述实施例一至四采用的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将大黄、番泻叶、何首乌磨成100目的粉末,放入锅中,加入红薯、胡萝卜、水,熬制50分钟;
(2)将步骤(1)的物料过滤,留取滤液;
(3)将香蕉、柚子、山楂、芹菜榨汁,与步骤(2)的滤液混合,搅拌均匀,杀菌后灌装,即得所述一种润肠通便果蔬汁。

5.一种如权利要求1-4任一所述润肠通便果蔬汁的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将大黄、番泻叶、何首乌磨成100目的粉末,放入锅中,加入红薯、胡萝卜、水,熬制50分钟;
(2)将步骤(1)的物料过滤,留取滤液;
(3)将香蕉、柚子、山楂、芹菜榨汁,与步骤(2)的滤液混合,搅拌均匀,杀菌后灌装,即得所述一种润肠通便果蔬汁。
