(1)将大黄、番泻叶、何首乌磨成100目的粉末,放入锅中,加入红薯、胡萝卜、水,熬制50分钟;
(2)将步骤(1)的物料过滤,留取滤液;
(3)将香蕉、柚子、山楂、芹菜榨汁,与步骤(2)的滤液混合,搅拌均匀,杀菌后灌装,即得所述一种润肠通便果蔬汁。
