本发明公开了一种水果减肥饮料及其制备方法,所述水果减肥饮料的原料成分的重量配比为:柠檬10~20份、柚子5~10份、海藻2~4份、蓝莓4~6份、苹果10~20份、香蕉5~10份、黑糖5~10份、木糖醇5~10份、苯甲酸1~3份、山梨酸2~5份、水200~400份。其生产工艺流程为:选料→蒸煮→烘干→炒熟→磨粉→混合→包装→杀菌。本发明不仅味道可口,而且还可以滋润皮肤、帮助消化,饮料中的丰富水溶性纤维,能有效吸收脂肪和胆固醇,具有美容养颜、促进消化、减肥的功效,对人体的健康很有帮助,且制备工艺简单,原料易得,成本低,适合工业化生产。

本发明属于饮料领域,涉及一种水果减肥饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前市场上的饮料都是采用色素、食用香精、调味剂、糖兑纯净水制得,属于高糖、高热量食品,且不含任何营养成分,不仅不能减肥,喝多了还会导致肥胖。一种适宜肥胖人群食用的减肥饮料的开发很有必要。水果不仅营养丰富,含有人体所需的各种维生素、矿物质和丰富的水溶性纤维等,还不会导致人体发胖。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足,提供一种水果减肥饮料及其制备方法,不仅味道可口,而且还可以滋润皮肤、帮助消化,饮料中的丰富水溶性纤维,能有效吸收脂肪和胆固醇,具有美容养颜、促进消化、减肥的功效,对人体的健康很有帮助,且制备工艺简单,原料易得,成本低,适合工业化生产。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种水果减肥饮料,原料成分的重量配比如下:柠檬10~20份、柚子5~10份、海藻2~4份、蓝莓4~6份、苹果10~20份、香蕉5~10份、黑糖5~10份、木糖醇5~10份、苯甲酸1~3份、山梨酸2~5份、水200~400份。
进一步,所述水果减肥饮料,按照质量份数包括如下配方成分:柠檬10份、柚子5份、海藻2份、蓝莓4份、苹果10份、香蕉5份、黑糖5份、木糖醇5份、苯甲酸1份、山梨酸2份、水200份。
进一步,所述水果减肥饮料,按照质量份数包括如下配方成分:柠檬20份、柚子10份、海藻4份、蓝莓6份、苹果20份、香蕉10份、黑糖10份、木糖醇10份、苯甲酸3份、山梨酸5份、水400份。
进一步,所述水果减肥饮料,按照质量份数包括如下配方成分:柠檬15份、柚子7份、海藻3份、蓝莓5份、苹果15份、香蕉7份、黑糖7份、木糖醇7份、苯甲酸2份、山梨酸4份、水300份。
本发明还提供水果减肥饮料的制备方法:制备方法步骤如下
(1)将海藻洗净,烘干磨制成粉,过50~60目筛,加入水,在80~90度温度下,煮制50~60分钟,冷却至室温,静置1~2小时,取上清液,得到提取液;
(2)将柠檬、柚子洗净除去杂质,放入榨汁机,榨取果汁,在用离心机离心,取上清液,与(1)所述的提取液混合,得混合汁液;
(3)将蓝莓、苹果、香蕉去皮去核,切丁,将(2)所述混合汁液烧热至沸腾,加入蓝莓、苹果、香蕉,在90~100度温度下,煮制20~30分钟,搅拌均匀,得到半成品;
(4)将(3)所述半成品,加入木糖醇、苯甲酸、山梨酸,搅拌均匀,冷却至室温,再真空包装,用巴氏消毒,即得所述水果减肥饮料。
本发明有益效果:
(1)具有美容养颜、促进消化、减肥的功效;
(2)制备工艺简单,原料易得,成本低,适合工业化生产。

一种水果减肥饮料,按照质量份数包括如下配方成分:
柠檬10份、柚子5份、海藻2份、蓝莓4份、苹果10份、香蕉5份、黑糖5份、木糖醇5份、苯甲酸1份、山梨酸2份、水200份;
或按照质量份数包括如下配方成分:柠檬20份、柚子10份、海藻4份、蓝莓6份、苹果20份、香蕉10份、黑糖10份、木糖醇10份、苯甲酸3份、山梨酸5份、水400份;
或按照质量份数包括如下配方成分:柠檬15份、柚子7份、海藻3份、蓝莓5份、苹果15份、香蕉7份、黑糖7份、木糖醇7份、苯甲酸2份、山梨酸4份、水300份。
实施例三:
一种水果减肥饮料,原料成分的重量配比如下:柠檬10~20份、柚子5~10份、海藻2~4份、蓝莓4~6份、苹果10~20份、香蕉5~10份、黑糖5~10份、木糖醇5~10份、苯甲酸1~3份、山梨酸2~5份、水200~400份。
其制备方法步骤为:
(1)将海藻洗净,烘干磨制成粉,过50~60目筛,加入水,在80~90度温度下,煮制50~60分钟,冷却至室温,静置1~2小时,取上清液,得到提取液;
(2)将柠檬、柚子洗净除去杂质,放入榨汁机,榨取果汁,在用离心机离心,取上清液,与(1)所述的提取液混合,得混合汁液;
(3)将蓝莓、苹果、香蕉去皮去核,切丁,将(2)所述混合汁液烧热至沸腾,加入蓝莓、苹果、香蕉,在90~100度温度下,煮制20~30分钟,搅拌均匀,得到半成品;
(4)将(3)所述半成品,加入木糖醇、苯甲酸、山梨酸,搅拌均匀,冷却至室温,再真空包装,用巴氏消毒,即得所述水果减肥饮料。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水果减肥饮料,其特征在于:所述水果减肥饮料的原料成分的重量配比为:柠檬10份、柚子5份、海藻2份、蓝莓4份、苹果10份、香蕉5份、黑糖5份、木糖醇5份、苯甲酸1份、山梨酸2份、水200份。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种水果减肥饮料,其特征在于:所述水果减肥饮料的原料成分的重量配比为:柠檬15份、柚子7份、海藻3份、蓝莓5份、苹果15份、香蕉7份、黑糖7份、木糖醇7份、苯甲酸2份、山梨酸4份、水300份。
5.一种制备权利要求1所述的水果减肥饮料的方法,其特征在于:制备方法如下:
(1)将海藻洗净,烘干磨制成粉,过50~60目筛,加入水,在80~90度温度下,煮制50~60分钟,冷却至室温,静置1~2小时,取上清液,得到提取液;
