本发明公开了一种增强体质复合保健杂粮及其制备方法,是由大麦、裸燕麦、荞麦、薏苡仁、赤小豆、淮山药、红薯、高粱、豌豆、海带、黑芝麻、串铃草等原料组成。本发明有益效果为:本杂粮全营养食品配方营养搭配科学,能达到合理调整人们饮食结构的目的,从而在补充营养物质的同时提高了人体的免疫力。

本发明涉及食品加工领域,更确切地说是涉及一种复合杂粮及其制备方法。
背景技术
现代人的工作繁忙,饮食无规律,且常吃快捷食品,对自身的身体造成很大伤害,尤其是对消化系统的损伤,工作压力大,强度高,导致机体免疫力下降,易疲惫、抗病能力差。中医理论认为,人们日常使用的五谷杂粮各具药用价值,在人们的日常生活中合理地调配饮食,可以达到祛病延年、保健强身的效果。特别是针对一些疾病,无需用药,通过将一些普通食物按一定的比例搭配,并按一定的方法进行加工,使患者长期服用,即可将这些疾病治愈。杂粮是公认的无公害天然绿色食品,具有特殊的食疗食补作用,在现代安全保健食品中具有地位。杂粮中的蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、维生素、矿物质、纤维素等营养成分符合人体摄入的最合理比例,具有丰富的营养价值。然而,由于杂粮口感粗糙,且不易消化,如果采用常规方法制作食用,很难引起人们的食欲。因此,为了提高人们对杂粮食品的利用率,通过深加工提高杂粮的口感和消化吸收率,显得尤为。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于提供一种增强体质复合保健杂粮及其制备方法。
为解决这一问题,本发明所采取的技术方案为:增强体质复合保健杂粮由以下重量份的原料组成:大麦100-105、裸燕麦140-142、荞麦75-78、薏苡仁40-42、赤小豆55-56、淮山药20-22、红薯20-22、高粱44-46、豌豆44-46、海带13-14、黑芝麻10-12、串铃草2-3、保健营养添加剂4-5、水适量。其中营养保健添加剂由以下重量份的原料组成:绿茶粉30-34、大麦苗粉1-2、黑木耳冻干粉2-3、玫瑰花粉2-3、向日葵花盘1-2、黄连1-2、绞股蓝1-2、光刺兔唇花1-2、丹参3-4、薏仁油1-2、糙米汤10-12、水适量。
本发明的增强体质复合保健杂粮制备过程按以下步骤进行:
(1)串铃草用4-5倍量的水煎煮2-3小时,提取浸液;
(2)海带泡发洗净,加水打磨成浆;
(3)大麦、裸燕麦、荞麦、高粱洗净晾干,磨粉过50目筛,倒入海带浆液、串铃草提取液,加适量水揉制成面团,然后轧制成0.1cm-0.2cm的薄片,置于焙烤箱中,调节温度140℃-150℃,烤制15min-20min后,经挤压成大小不等的颗粒状,得料a;
(4)薏苡仁、赤小豆、豌豆、黑芝麻洗净晾干,去除杂质,送入粉碎机粉碎后过20目筛,得料b;
(5)淮山药、红薯洗净去皮切片,厚度为0.5cm-0.6cm,置于烘干箱中干燥至重量无变化,粉碎处理后过30目筛,得料c;
(6)将料a、料b、料c与剩余成分混合均匀,去除杂质后真空包装。
    另外,营养保健添加剂的制作方法为:将向日葵花盘、黄连、绞股蓝、光刺兔唇花、丹参加适量水煎煮1-2小时,过滤得煎煮液;将其它剩余成分与所得的煎煮液混合,继续小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
本发明的有益效果:本杂粮全营养食品配方营养搭配科学,能达到合理调整人们饮食结构的目的,从而在补充营养物质的同时提高了人体的免疫力。
具体实施方式
增强体质复合保健杂粮,由以下重量份(kg)的原料组成:
大麦100、裸燕麦140、荞麦78、薏苡仁42、赤小豆56、淮山药20、红薯22、高粱44、豌豆46、海带13-14、黑芝麻10-12、串铃草2、保健营养添加剂5、水适量。
其中营养保健添加剂由以下重量份(kg)的原料组成:绿茶粉30、大麦苗粉2、黑木耳冻干粉3、玫瑰花粉2、向日葵花盘2、黄连1、绞股蓝1、光刺兔唇花2、丹参3、薏仁油2、糙米汤10、水适量。
制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)串铃草用5倍量的水煎煮2小时,提取浸液;
(2)海带泡发洗净,加水打磨成浆;
(3)大麦、裸燕麦、荞麦、高粱洗净晾干,磨粉过50目筛,倒入海带浆液、串铃草提取液,加适量水揉制成面团,然后轧制成0.2cm的薄片,置于焙烤箱中,调节温度150℃,烤制20min后,经挤压成大小不等的颗粒状,得料a;
(4)薏苡仁、赤小豆、豌豆、黑芝麻洗净晾干,去除杂质,送入粉碎机粉碎后过20目筛,得料b;
(5)淮山药、红薯洗净去皮切片,厚度为0.5cm,置于烘干箱中干燥至重量无变化,粉碎处理后过30目筛,得料c;
(6)将料a、料b、料c与剩余成分混合均匀,去除杂质后真空包装。
另外,营养保健添加剂的制作方法为:将向日葵花盘、黄连、绞股蓝、光刺兔唇花、丹参加适量水煎煮2小时,过滤得煎煮液;将其它剩余成分与所得的煎煮液混合,继续小火煮沸、搅拌30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。

1.一种增强体质复合保健杂粮,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:大麦100-105、裸燕麦140-142、荞麦75-78、薏苡仁40-42、赤小豆55-56、淮山药20-22、红薯20-22、高粱44-46、豌豆44-46、海带13-14、黑芝麻10-12、串铃草2-3、保健营养添加剂4-5、水适量。
2.根据权利要求l所述的增强体质复合保健杂粮的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)串铃草用4-5倍量的水煎煮2-3小时,提取浸液;
(2)海带泡发洗净,加水打磨成浆;
(3)大麦、裸燕麦、荞麦、高粱洗净晾干,磨粉过50目筛,倒入海带浆液、串铃草提取液,加适量水揉制成面团,然后轧制成0.1cm-0.2cm的薄片,置于焙烤箱中,调节温度140℃-150℃,烤制15min-20min后,经挤压成大小不等的颗粒状,得料a;
(4)薏苡仁、赤小豆、豌豆、黑芝麻洗净晾干,去除杂质,送入粉碎机粉碎后过20目筛,得料b;
(5)淮山药、红薯洗净去皮切片,厚度为0.5cm-0.6cm,置于烘干箱中干燥至重量无变化,粉碎处理后过30目筛,得料c;
(6)将料a、料b、料c与剩余成分混合均匀,去除杂质后真空包装。
3.根据权利要求l所述的营养保健添加剂,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:绿茶粉30-34、大麦苗粉1-2、黑木耳冻干粉2-3、玫瑰花粉2-3、向日葵花盘1-2、黄连1-2、绞股蓝1-2、光刺兔唇花1-2、丹参3-4、薏仁油1-2、糙米汤10-12、水适量。
4.根据权利要求l或权利要求3所述的营养保健添加剂,其特征在于,制备方法为:将向日葵花盘、黄连、绞股蓝、光刺兔唇花、丹参加适量水煎煮1-2小时,过滤得煎煮液;将其它剩余成分与所得的煎煮液混合,继续小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
