本发明公开红米饮料及其制作方法。这种红米饮料是由下述以重量份计的原料制成:红米30~50份、水400~600份、花生20~30份、桂圆干10~20份、葡萄干10~20份、糯米10~20份、蔗糖30~40份、奶粉30~50份。其制作方法包括下述步骤:1)取红米、花生、桂圆干、葡萄干、糯米加入水,放入搅拌机中打浆,过滤,得到混合浆液;2)取所得的混合浆液加入蔗糖、奶粉,混合均匀,小火煮沸,即得到红米饮料。本发明红米饮料制备方法简单、不含任何化学添加剂、成本低廉、口感美好,是一种老少均宜的健康饮料。
Description
(一)技术领域:
本发明属于食品技术领域,具体涉及一种红米饮料;本发明还涉及这种红米饮料的制作方法。
(二)背景技术:
大家平时吃到的谷物粗粮,比如小米、红米、高粱、燕麦、荞麦、麦麸以及各种干豆类,如黄豆、红米、绿豆、红米等,通常都是固态的,如果把谷物做成饮料,由吃谷物变成喝谷物,给人耳目一新的感觉,不仅能保留谷物中对人体健康有益的营养成分,而且消费者还能喝到口感更好,饮用更方便,吸收更容易的饮料。现在市场上出现各种粗粮饮品多是以单一的一种谷物粗粮为原料制成,其口感比较单一,有的饮品甚至含有各种化学添加剂,长期、大量饮用对身体有一定的不良影响。
(三)发明内容:
本发明要解决的技术问题是公开一种不含任何化学添加剂、益气血、养脾胃的红米饮料;本发明还将公开这种红米饮料的制作方法。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明采用下述技术方案:
本发明红米饮料,是由下述以重量份计的原料制成:
红米30~50份、水400~600份、花生20~30份、桂圆干10~20份、葡萄干10~20份、糯米10~20份、蔗糖30~40份、奶粉30~50份。
各原料的优选重量配比为:
红米35~45份、水450~550份、花生22~28份、桂圆干12~18份、葡萄干12~18份、糯米12~18份、蔗糖32~38份、奶粉35~45份。
各原料的最佳重量配比为:
红米40份、水500份、花生25份、桂圆干15份、葡萄干15份、糯米15份、蔗糖35份、奶粉40份。
本发明红米饮料的制作方法,包括下述步骤:
1)取30~50重量份红米、20~30重量份花生、10~20重量份桂圆干、10~20重量份葡萄干、10~20重量份糯米加入400~600重量份水,放入搅拌机中打浆,过滤,得到混合浆液;
2)取所得的混合浆液加入30~40重量份蔗糖、30~50重量份奶粉,混合均匀,小火煮沸,即得到红米饮料。
本发明红米饮料配方中的各原料的营养成份丰富:红米具有升高血浆高密度脂肪蛋白胆固醇(HD)L和提高机体抗氧化能力的作用;有防治有氧自由基引起的疾病之功效;具有抑制癌细胞、抗肿瘤及免疫赋活作用;对老年补钙、儿童增高、长智有益,具有强筋壮骨、补血养颜之功效。花生果内脂肪含量为44%-45%,蛋白质含量为24-36%,含糖量为20%左右。还含有丰富的维生素B2、PP、A、D、E,钙和铁等。并含有硫胺素、核黄素、尼克酸等多种维生素。含有人体必须的氨基酸,可促进脑细胞发育,增强记忆的功能。桂圆的糖分含量很高,且含有能被人体直接吸收的萄萄糖,体弱贫血,年老体衰,久病体虚,经常吃些桂圆很有补益;妇女产后,桂圆也是重要的调补食品。葡萄干含有多种矿物质和维生素、氨基酸,常食对神经衰弱和过度疲劳者有较好的补益作用,还是妇女病的食疗佳品。糯米含有蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、钙、磷、铁、维生素B1、维生素B2、烟酸及淀粉等,营养丰富,为温补强壮食品,具有补中益气,健脾养胃,止虚汗之功效,对食欲不佳,腹胀腹泻有一定缓解作用。这些原料的有效成份相互影响,协同作用,可起到很好的补充人体所需的各种营养成份、健脾养胃、补中益气等功效。而且本发明红米饮料制备方法简单、不含任何化学添加剂、成本低廉、口感美好,是一种老少均宜的健康饮料。

下面以实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但本发明并不局限于这些实施例。
实施例1
1)取30重量份红米、20重量份花生、10重量份桂圆干、10重量份葡萄干、10重量份糯米加入400重量份水,放入搅拌机中打浆,过滤,得到混合浆液;
2)取所得的混合浆液加入30重量份蔗糖、30重量份奶粉,混合均匀,小火煮沸,即得到红米饮料。
实施例2
1)取50重量份红米、30重量份花生、20重量份桂圆干、20重量份葡萄干、20重量份糯米加入600重量份水,放入搅拌机中打浆,过滤,得到混合浆液;
2)取所得的混合浆液加入40重量份蔗糖、50重量份奶粉,混合均匀,小火煮沸,即得到红米饮料。
实施例3
1)取40重量份红米、24重量份花生、14重量份桂圆干、14重量份葡萄干、14重量份糯米加入500重量份水,放入搅拌机中打浆,过滤,得到混合浆液;
2)取所得的混合浆液加入35重量份蔗糖、40重量份奶粉,混合均匀,小火煮沸,即得到红米饮料。

1.一种红米饮料,其特征在于是由下述以重量份计的原料制成:
红米30~50份、水400~600份、花生20~30份、桂圆干10~20份、葡萄干10~20份、糯米10~20份、蔗糖30~40份、奶粉30~50份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的红米饮料,其特征在于各原料的重量配比为:
红米35~45份、水450~550份、花生22~28份、桂圆干12~18份、葡萄干12~18份、糯米12~18份、蔗糖32~38份、奶粉35~45份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的红米饮料,其特征在于各原料的重量配比为:
红米40份、水500份、花生25份、桂圆干15份、葡萄干15份、糯米15份、蔗糖35份、奶粉40份。
4.红米饮料的制作方法,其特征在于它包括下述步骤:
1)取30~50重量份红米、20~30重量份花生、10~20重量份桂圆干、10~20重量份葡萄干、10~20重量份糯米加入400~600重量份水,放入搅拌机中打浆,过滤,得到混合浆液;
2)取所得的混合浆液加入30~40重量份蔗糖、30~50重量份奶粉,混合均匀,小火煮沸,即得到红米饮料。
