本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种黑木耳核桃火腿,由以下重量份原料组成:瘦猪肉300-320、核桃30-35、黑木耳60-70、芹菜30-40、山楂30-40、青梅30-40、小麦胚芽10-15、高粱粉10-15、胡椒粉10-15、大米淀粉60-70、植脂末20-30、阿胶5-6、熟地5-6、川芎4-5、蒲黄3-4、郁金香3-4、麦冬5-6、天麻3-4、茵陈蒿3-4、食品添加剂10-12、食盐适量、味精适量、水适量:
食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料组成:猪血40-50、鸡蛋液80-90、大青根6-7、茼蒿花6-7、栗粉10-15、甜菜根粉10-15、白酒30-35、水适量;
食品添加剂的制备方法如下,用将大青根、茼蒿花粉碎后,用棉布包扎好,放入白酒中浸泡5-7天,过滤,得到白酒提取物备用;将猪血、鸡蛋液合并,混匀后,加入适量的水,蒸熟,捣碎,得到浆液备用;将白酒提取液与浆液、栗粉、甜菜根粉合并,混匀备用。

(1)将瘦猪肉洗净,切成块状后,倒入锅中,煮熟后,晒干,与核桃一起碾成粉备用;
