本发明面条由下列重量份的原料制成:小麦100-110、薏苡仁30-35、豌豆30-35、红枣20-25、白砂糖7-10、牛奶20-25、雪梨34-38、马铃薯20-25、香菇12-15、桂花9-11、葡萄籽3-4、银杏叶3-4、翻白草1-2、益母草2-3、九层塔1-2、面条添加剂1-2、水适量;
所述面条添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:藕粉40-50、珍珠粉15-20、黑木耳12-16、香菇10-12、白果10-15、山楂叶2-3、灵芝3-4、丁葵草1-2、绞股蓝2-3、牡丹皮2-3、千针万线草3-4、玉蝴蝶4-5、米糠油1-2、水适量;将山楂叶、灵芝、丁葵草、绞股蓝、牡丹皮、千针万线草、玉蝴蝶加入适量水中,文火煎煮1-2小时,过滤得滤液;将白果去皮去心,放入滤液中加热煮至熟烂,打成浆液;将黑木耳、香菇烘干,研成粉末;将上述浆液、粉末与珍珠粉以及其它剩余成分成分混合,小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。

(2)将红枣洗净去核后加入适量水大火煮沸后加入白砂糖转小火慢煮15-20分钟,捞出红枣打成泥状,再与牛奶混合放入炒锅中翻炒至水分耗干,制得枣泥;
(3)将雪梨去皮去核后打成梨汁,马铃薯洗净去皮加入梨汁研磨成浆,喷雾干燥,得干燥粉;
(4)将香菇、桂花烘干后,研磨成粉,与步骤1的杂粮粉、步骤2的枣泥、步骤3的干燥粉以及其它剩余成分混合,搅拌均匀后,调制成面团,再加工成面条,即可。

所述面条添加剂由下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:藕粉46、珍珠粉18、黑木耳14、香菇11、白果13、山楂叶2、灵芝3、丁葵草1、绞股蓝2、牡丹皮2、千针万线草3、玉蝴蝶4、米糠油1、水适量;将山楂叶、灵芝、丁葵草、绞股蓝、牡丹皮、千针万线草、玉蝴蝶加入适量水中,文火煎煮1.5小时,过滤得滤液;将白果去皮去心,放入滤液中加热煮至熟烂,打成浆液;将黑木耳、香菇烘干,研成粉末;将上述浆液、粉末与珍珠粉以及其它剩余成分成分混合,小火煮沸、搅拌26分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。

所述面条添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:藕粉40-50、珍珠粉15-20、黑木耳12-16、香菇10-12、白果10-15、山楂叶2-3、灵芝3-4、丁葵草1-2、绞股蓝2-3、牡丹皮2-3、千针万线草3-4、玉蝴蝶4-5、米糠油1-2、水适量;将山楂叶、灵芝、丁葵草、绞股蓝、牡丹皮、千针万线草、玉蝴蝶加入适量水中,文火煎煮1-2小时,过滤得滤液;将白果去皮去心,放入滤液中加热煮至熟烂,打成浆液;将黑木耳、香菇烘干,研成粉末;将上述浆液、粉末与珍珠粉以及其它剩余成分成分混合,小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
2.根据权利要求书1所述红枣养血面条,其特征在于,制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)将葡萄籽、银杏叶、翻白草、益母草、九层塔晒干后研成细粉,与小麦、薏苡仁、豌豆还混合,放入炒锅中文火炒熟后,用滤网分离中药粉与杂粮,再将杂粮研磨成粉;
(2)将红枣洗净去核后加入适量水大火煮沸后加入白砂糖转小火慢煮15-20分钟,捞出红枣打成泥状,再与牛奶混合放入炒锅中翻炒至水分耗干,制得枣泥;
(3)将雪梨去皮去核后打成梨汁,马铃薯洗净去皮加入梨汁研磨成浆,喷雾干燥,得干燥粉;
(4)将香菇、桂花烘干后,研磨成粉,与步骤1的杂粮粉、步骤2的枣泥、步骤3的干燥粉以及其它剩余成分混合,搅拌均匀后,调制成面团,再加工成面条,即可。
