Abstract
一种酸辣小麦胚芽粉及其制备方法,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:小麦胚芽500-550、夏枯草1-1.2、黄芪0.8-1、当归1.2-1.4、藿香0.9-1.1、茯苓皮1.3-1.4、铁脚草1.2-1.3、通花根0.7-0.9、南瓜80-90、猪肥肉20-22、酸菜15-20、辣椒面10-11、冬瓜5-6、谷朊粉4-5、地瓜粉20-22、营养添加剂4-5。本发明由于添加了酸菜和辣椒面,使得本发明酸辣爽口,可增进食欲,且本发明添加的猪肥肉经处理熬制出的猪油可使本发明香气四溢,此外,本发明还具有保健功能,经常食用可达到清肝明目、清热解毒、行气活血的功效。

本发明属于食品加工技术领域,涉及一种小麦胚芽,尤其涉及一种酸辣小麦胚芽粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
小麦胚芽是是小麦中营养价值最高的部分,含丰富的维他命E、B1及蛋白质。现在市场上销售的有关小麦胚芽的产品口味品种少,且多不具有保健功能,已不能满足消费者日益增长的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种酸辣小麦胚芽粉及其制备方法,本发明具有风味独特、营养丰富的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种酸辣小麦胚芽粉,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
小麦胚芽500-550、夏枯草1-1.2、黄芪0.8-1、当归1.2-1.4、藿香0.9-1.1、茯苓皮1.3-1.4、铁脚草1.2-1.3、通花根0.7-0.9、南瓜80-90、猪肥肉20-22、酸菜15-20、辣椒面10-11、冬瓜5-6、谷朊粉4-5、地瓜粉20-22、营养添加剂4-5;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:薏仁油0.1-0.2、豆豉60-70、旋花根1-1.2、鸡冠花0.8-1、桑黄1.1-1.2、梨叶0.9-1、柚子皮4-5;
制备方法为:(1)将柚子皮加5-6倍的水打浆,在所得浆液中加入旋花根、鸡冠花、桑黄、梨叶密封浸泡3-4小时后过滤除渣,收集滤液;
(2)将豆豉与滤液混合送入锅中,小火炒香后出锅,烘干后粉碎,与剩余物料混合拌匀,即得。
所述的酸辣小麦胚芽粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将夏枯草、黄芪、当归、藿香、茯苓皮、铁脚草、通花根加5-6倍的水文火煎煮40-50分钟,过滤除渣,得提取液;
(2)将冬瓜去皮瓤、切块,加一倍的提取液打浆,过滤除渣,将所得冬瓜汁倒入锅中,大火煮沸后加入猪肥肉,小火加热40-50分钟,过滤除渣,得猪油;
(3)将南瓜去皮瓤、切块,送入蒸锅中大火蒸25-30分钟后取出,捣成泥,加入猪油拌匀,烘干后研成粉末;
(4)将酸菜装入纱布袋,与小麦胚芽混合投入锅中,加3-3.5倍的水大火煮沸,然后将纱布袋捞出,所得物料送入胶体磨研磨匀质,然后加入剩余物料,小火熬膏,冷冻干燥后研成粉末,与步骤(3)所得物料混合拌匀,即得。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明由于添加了酸菜和辣椒面,使得本发明酸辣爽口,可增进食欲,且本发明添加的猪肥肉经处理熬制出的猪油可使本发明香气四溢,此外,本发明还具有保健功能,经常食用可达到清肝明目、清热解毒、行气活血的功效。
具体实施方式
一种酸辣小麦胚芽粉,其特征在于由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制成:
小麦胚芽500、夏枯草1.2、黄芪1、当归1.4、藿香1.1、茯苓皮1.4、铁脚草1.3、通花根0.9、南瓜90、猪肥肉22、酸菜20、辣椒面11、冬瓜6、谷朊粉5、地瓜粉20、营养添加剂5;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份(公斤)原料制成:薏仁油0.2、豆豉70、旋花根1、鸡冠花1、桑黄1.2、梨叶1、柚子皮5;
制备方法为:(1)将柚子皮加5-6倍的水打浆,在所得浆液中加入旋花根、鸡冠花、桑黄、梨叶密封浸泡3-4小时后过滤除渣,收集滤液;
(2)将豆豉与滤液混合送入锅中,小火炒香后出锅,烘干后粉碎,与剩余物料混合拌匀,即得。
所述的酸辣小麦胚芽粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将夏枯草、黄芪、当归、藿香、茯苓皮、铁脚草、通花根加5-6倍的水文火煎煮40-50分钟,过滤除渣,得提取液;

1.一种酸辣小麦胚芽粉,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
小麦胚芽500-550、夏枯草1-1.2、黄芪0.8-1、当归1.2-1.4、藿香0.9-1.1、茯苓皮1.3-1.4、铁脚草1.2-1.3、通花根0.7-0.9、南瓜80-90、猪肥肉20-22、酸菜15-20、辣椒面10-11、冬瓜5-6、谷朊粉4-5、地瓜粉20-22、营养添加剂4-5;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:薏仁油0.1-0.2、豆豉60-70、旋花根1-1.2、鸡冠花0.8-1、桑黄1.1-1.2、梨叶0.9-1、柚子皮4-5;
制备方法为:(1)将柚子皮加5-6倍的水打浆,在所得浆液中加入旋花根、鸡冠花、桑黄、梨叶密封浸泡3-4小时后过滤除渣,收集滤液;
(2)将豆豉与滤液混合送入锅中,小火炒香后出锅,烘干后粉碎,与剩余物料混合拌匀,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的酸辣小麦胚芽粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
