一种坚果咖啡小麦胚芽粉及其制备方法,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:小麦胚芽300-330、大青叶1-1.2、紫苏叶2-2.3、枳椇子2-2.3、郁李仁1.3-1.5、柠檬草1.4-1.6、鱼香根2.2-2.4、槲叶1.3-1.6、瓜子仁1-2、腰果3-4、咖啡粉6-7、芋头10-12、豆腐渣3-4、椴树蜜1-2、蓝莓冻干粉4-5、红提冻干粉3-4、营养添加剂6-7。本发明的小麦胚芽粉营养丰富,其中添加的椴树蜜含有丰富的葡萄糖、果糖、维生素、氨基酸等,营养价值高,而豆腐渣钙含有丰富的钙质,易被人体消化吸收,此外,本发明还具有气和中、健胃滑肠、预防贫血的功效,是一种绿色保健食品。

本发明属于食品加工技术领域,涉及一种小麦胚芽,尤其涉及一种坚果咖啡小麦胚芽粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
小麦胚芽是小麦中营养价值最高的部分,含丰富的维他命E、B1及蛋白质。现在市场上销售的有关小麦胚芽的产品口味品种少,且多不具有保健功能,已不能满足消费者日益增长的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种坚果咖啡小麦胚芽粉及其制备方法,本发明具有风味独特、营养丰富的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种坚果咖啡小麦胚芽粉,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
小麦胚芽300-330、大青叶1-1.2、紫苏叶2-2.3、枳椇子2-2.3、郁李仁1.3-1.5、柠檬草1.4-1.6、鱼香根2.2-2.4、槲叶1.3-1.6、瓜子仁1-2、腰果3-4、咖啡粉6-7、芋头10-12、豆腐渣3-4、椴树蜜1-2、蓝莓冻干粉4-5、红提冻干粉3-4、营养添加剂6-7;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:当归油0.1-0.2、千金花1-1.2、辣椒叶1.3-1.4、李树叶1.1-1.2、甜叶菊0.9-1、扇贝肉40-45、果酱7-8;
制备方法为:(1)将千金花、辣椒叶、李树叶、甜叶菊加4-5倍的水文火煎煮30-35分钟,过滤除渣,收集滤液;
(2)将扇贝肉与滤液混合入锅,小火炒至锅底干燥时加入剩余物料,在60-65℃下焖制30-40分钟后出锅,送入烘箱,烘干后粉碎,即得。
所述的坚果咖啡小麦胚芽粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将大青叶、紫苏叶、枳椇子、郁李仁、柠檬草、鱼香根、槲叶加5-6倍的水文火煎煮40-50分钟,过滤除渣,在所得提取液中加入咖啡粉,搅拌均匀;
(2)将瓜子仁、腰果炒香,加步骤(1)所得物料研磨匀质,得坚果保健咖啡;
(3)将小麦胚芽与坚果保健咖啡混合入锅,小火炒香后送入微波干燥机,待含水量降至7-8%时出料,进行粉碎;
(4)将芋头加15-20%的水打浆,与豆腐渣、椴树蜜混合拌匀,隔水大火蒸20-25分钟后取出,经冷冻干燥研成粉末,然后与步骤(3)所得物料及剩余物料混合拌匀,即得。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明的小麦胚芽粉营养丰富,其中添加的椴树蜜含有丰富的葡萄糖、果糖、维生素、氨基酸等,营养价值高,而豆腐渣钙含有丰富的钙质,易被人体消化吸收,此外,本发明还具有气和中、健胃滑肠、预防贫血的功效,是一种绿色保健食品。
具体实施方式
一种坚果咖啡小麦胚芽粉,其特征在于由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制成:
小麦胚芽300、大青叶1.2、紫苏叶2.3、枳椇子2.3、郁李仁1.5、柠檬草1.6、鱼香根2.2、槲叶1.6、瓜子仁2、腰果4、咖啡粉6、芋头12、豆腐渣4、椴树蜜1、蓝莓冻干粉5、红提冻干粉4、营养添加剂6;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份(公斤)原料制成:当归油0.1、千金花1.2、辣椒叶1.4、李树叶1.2、甜叶菊1、扇贝肉45、果酱8;
制备方法为:(1)将千金花、辣椒叶、李树叶、甜叶菊加4-5倍的水文火煎煮30-35分钟,过滤除渣,收集滤液;
(2)将扇贝肉与滤液混合入锅,小火炒至锅底干燥时加入剩余物料,在60-65℃下焖制30-40分钟后出锅,送入烘箱,烘干后粉碎,即得。

小麦胚芽300-330、大青叶1-1.2、紫苏叶2-2.3、枳椇子2-2.3、郁李仁1.3-1.5、柠檬草1.4-1.6、鱼香根2.2-2.4、槲叶1.3-1.6、瓜子仁1-2、腰果3-4、咖啡粉6-7、芋头10-12、豆腐渣3-4、椴树蜜1-2、蓝莓冻干粉4-5、红提冻干粉3-4、营养添加剂6-7;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:当归油0.1-0.2、千金花1-1.2、辣椒叶1.3-1.4、李树叶1.1-1.2、甜叶菊0.9-1、扇贝肉40-45、果酱7-8;
