所述食品改良剂由下列重量份的原料制成:小麦胚芽粉30-40、莲子粉20-25、茯苓粉10-12、螺旋藻5-10、无花果20-25、黄桃25-30、丁葵草1-2、枸杞3-4、玉竹1-2、黄精2-3、决明子4-5、佛手3-4、黄芪1-2、绿豆汁30-35、水适量;将无花果、黄桃取其果肉打浆;将丁葵草、枸杞、玉竹、黄精、决明子、佛手、黄芪加入适量水煎煮1-2小时,过滤得滤液;将小麦胚芽粉、莲子粉、茯苓粉与滤液一起放入炒锅中炒至水分耗干后继续翻炒至熟,得炒熟粉;将螺旋藻洗净后,烘干研成粉末;将炒熟粉、螺旋藻粉以及果浆、绿豆汁混合,小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。

(2)将鸡肝洗净烘干后放入葡萄酒浸渍8小时,白果、花生去壳后与鸡肝、桂花一起放入烧热的玉米油中,翻炒至炒熟,放入烘干机中烘干后一并研磨成粉,得鸡肝粉;
(3)将苹果、南瓜、桂圆取其果肉,打成果汁,浓缩后,喷雾干燥,得果粉;
(4)将步骤1的杂粮粉、步骤2的鸡肝粉、步骤3的果粉以及其它剩余成分混合均匀,灭菌,即可。
Claims (2)
1.一种鸡肝补血保健面粉,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:荞麦50-60、玉米45-55、糙米35-45、红薯淀粉20-30、青葙子1-2、绞股蓝2-3、甜叶菊1-2、黄芪2-3、桂花8-10、白果10-14、花生20-25、苹果20-25、南瓜25-35、鸡肝10-15、葡萄酒30-35、桂圆14-18、玉米油4-6、食品改良剂1-2、水适量;
所述食品改良剂由下列重量份的原料制成:小麦胚芽粉30-40、莲子粉20-25、茯苓粉10-12、螺旋藻5-10、无花果20-25、黄桃25-30、丁葵草1-2、枸杞3-4、玉竹1-2、黄精2-3、决明子4-5、佛手3-4、黄芪1-2、绿豆汁30-35、水适量;将无花果、黄桃取其果肉打浆;将丁葵草、枸杞、玉竹、黄精、决明子、佛手、黄芪加入适量水煎煮1-2小时,过滤得滤液;将小麦胚芽粉、莲子粉、茯苓粉与滤液一起放入炒锅中炒至水分耗干后继续翻炒至熟,得炒熟粉;将螺旋藻洗净后,烘干研成粉末;将炒熟粉、螺旋藻粉以及果浆、绿豆汁混合,小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
2.根据权利要求书1所述鸡肝补血保健面粉,其特征在于,制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)将荞麦、玉米、糙米混合后加入青葙子、绞股蓝、甜叶菊、黄芪放入炒锅中翻炒至炒熟,然后一起研磨成粉,过200目筛,得杂粮粉;
(2)将鸡肝洗净烘干后放入葡萄酒浸渍7-9小时,白果、花生去壳后与鸡肝、桂花一起放入烧热的玉米油中,翻炒至炒熟,放入烘干机中烘干后一并研磨成粉,得鸡肝粉;
(3)将苹果、南瓜、桂圆取其果肉,打成果汁,浓缩后,喷雾干燥,得果粉;
(4)将步骤1的杂粮粉、步骤2的鸡肝粉、步骤3的果粉以及其它剩余成分混合均匀,灭菌,即可。
