本发明属于食品加工技术领域,涉及一种保健面粉,尤其涉及一种健脾益胃型番茄味面粉及其制备方法。 
    
背景技术
    目前,随着经济的快速发展,食品的种类越来越多,有各种各样的杂粮面,保健面,主要用到的原料都是面粉,因此,面粉的质量好坏决定了,食品的口感,传统的面粉口感单一,口感比较单调,不易被人们接受。 
  
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种健脾益胃型番茄味面粉及其制备方法,本发明具有健脾益胃,口感香浓,具有番茄口味,营养丰富的特点。 
本发明所采用的技术方案是: 
一种健脾益胃型番茄味面粉,其特征在于由以下重量份原料制成:
面粉500-550、谷子1-2、胡秃子2-3、远志1-3、黑皮根3-5、番茄浆10-13、大麦苗8-9、甘蓝菜11-13、莴笋5-6、菜豆9-10、扁豆2-3、麦芽3-5、大豆油30-40、红薯叶8-9、甘菊4-5、苜蓿3-4、黄花菜10-20、桑椹12-14、红枣20-30、营养添加剂65-70;
所述营养剂由下列重量份原料制成:
黄芥子4-5、五味子0.2-0.5、忍冬藤0.2-0. 5、黄酒11-12、鸡肉粉9-10、抹茶粉0.3-0.4、鸡腿菇5-6、山露菜10-12、景菜9-10、蒲桃5-6、草果 1.0-1.4、豆腐干10-11、腐竹15-16;
制备方法:
(1)     将黄芥子、五味子、忍冬藤加5-6倍水煎煮50-55分钟,过滤除渣,得药液,将豆腐干、腐竹放入药液中浸泡8-9小时,取出晾干,再烘干磨成粉;
(2)     将水煮沸,加入抹茶粉、鸡腿菇、山露菜、景菜续煮5分钟,捞出煮烂的鸡腿菇、山露菜、景菜混合捣烂,揉成团;
(3)     将黄酒、鸡肉粉混合搅匀,放入炒锅中炒香;
(4)     将蒲桃、草果加适量的水榨汁;
(5)     将步骤(1)、(2)、(3)、(4)所得物料混合均匀,再烘干磨成粉。
所述健脾益胃型番茄味面粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤: 
(1)        将谷子、胡秃子、远志、黑皮根加15-20倍水,煎煮50-55分钟,过滤除渣,得药液,将大麦苗、甘蓝菜、莴笋、麦芽放入药液中浸泡6-7小时,取出用大豆油炒熟,烘干磨成粉;
(2)        将红薯叶、甘菊、苜蓿、黄花菜放入沸水中煮烂,取出捣碎成蔬菜泥,将桑椹、红枣、菜豆、扁豆加水打浆,过滤除渣,得汁液,将汁液与蔬菜泥、番茄浆混合搅拌均匀,烘干磨成粉;
(3)将面粉与步骤(1)、(2)所得粉料以及其他剩余原料混合均匀,即得。
  
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明在传统的面粉中添加了多种名贵中药和多种营养丰富的辅料,其中,添加的谷子具有健脾益胃功能,同时,还添加了远志,其具有缓解健忘惊悸的功效,且添加了红薯叶、甘菊、苜蓿、黄花菜等口味独特的辅料,使得面粉的口感更好,老少皆宜。
  
具体实施方式
一种健脾益胃型番茄味面粉,其特征在于由以下重量份原料制成: 
面粉500-550、谷子1-2、胡秃子2-3、远志1-3、黑皮根3-5、番茄浆10-13、大麦苗8-9、甘蓝菜11-13、莴笋5-6、菜豆9-10、扁豆2-3、麦芽3-5、大豆油30-40、红薯叶8-9、甘菊4-5、苜蓿3-4、黄花菜10-20、桑椹12-14、红枣20-30、营养添加剂65-70;
所述营养剂由下列重量份原料制成:
黄芥子4-5、五味子0.2-0.5、忍冬藤0.2-0. 5、黄酒11-12、鸡肉粉9-10、抹茶粉0.3-0.4、鸡腿菇5-6、山露菜10-12、景菜9-10、蒲桃5-6、草果 1.0-1.4、豆腐干10-11、腐竹15-16;
制备方法:
(1)     将黄芥子、五味子、忍冬藤加5-6倍水煎煮50-55分钟,过滤除渣,得药液,将豆腐干、腐竹放入药液中浸泡8-9小时,取出晾干,再烘干磨成粉;
(2)     将水煮沸,加入抹茶粉、鸡腿菇、山露菜、景菜续煮5分钟,捞出煮烂的鸡腿菇、山露菜、景菜混合捣烂,揉成团;
(3)     将黄酒、鸡肉粉混合搅匀,放入炒锅中炒香;
(4)     将蒲桃、草果加适量的水榨汁;
(5)     将步骤(1)、(2)、(3)、(4)所得物料混合均匀,再烘干磨成粉。
所述健脾益胃型番茄味面粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤: 
(1)        将谷子、胡秃子、远志、黑皮根加15-20倍水,煎煮50-55分钟,过滤除渣,得药液,将大麦苗、甘蓝菜、莴笋、麦芽放入药液中浸泡6-7小时,取出用大豆油炒熟,烘干磨成粉;
(2)        将红薯叶、甘菊、苜蓿、黄花菜放入沸水中煮烂,取出捣碎成蔬菜泥,将桑椹、红枣、菜豆、扁豆加水打浆,过滤除渣,得汁液,将汁液与蔬菜泥、番茄浆混合搅拌均匀,烘干磨成粉;
(3)将面粉与步骤(1)、(2)所得粉料以及其他剩余原料混合均匀,即得。

1.一种健脾益胃型番茄味面粉,其特征在于由以下重量份原料制成:
面粉500-550、谷子1-2、胡秃子2-3、远志1-3、黑皮根3-5、番茄浆10-13、大麦苗8-9、甘蓝菜11-13、莴笋5-6、菜豆9-10、扁豆2-3、麦芽3-5、大豆油30-40、红薯叶8-9、甘菊4-5、苜蓿3-4、黄花菜10-20、桑椹12-14、红枣20-30、营养添加剂65-70;
所述营养剂由下列重量份原料制成:

(1)将谷子、胡秃子、远志、黑皮根加15-20倍水,煎煮50-55分钟,过滤除渣,得药液,将大麦苗、甘蓝菜、莴笋、麦芽放入药液中浸泡6-7小时,取出用大豆油炒熟,烘干磨成粉;
(2)将红薯叶、甘菊、苜蓿、黄花菜放入沸水中煮烂,取出捣碎成蔬菜泥,将桑椹、红枣、菜豆、扁豆加水打浆,过滤除渣,得汁液,将汁液与蔬菜泥、番茄浆混合搅拌均匀,烘干磨成粉;
(3)将面粉与步骤(1)、(2)所得粉料以及其他剩余原料混合均匀,即得。
