一种具有海鲜味的营养调味块,由以下重量份的组分组成:
菱角冻干粉7-9份、麦芽糊精4-6份、豆芽冻干粉1.1-1.3份、茶籽微粉1-3份、鱼味香精4-6份、蟹黄冻干粉0.8-1.2份、生姜粉0.6-1份、盐36-40份、骨粉30-34份、白糖5-7份、胡椒粉0.8-1.2份。
各组分的最佳重量份数为:
菱角冻干粉8份、麦芽糊精5份、豆芽冻干粉1.2份、茶籽微粉2份、鱼味香精5份、蟹黄冻干粉1份、生姜粉0.8份、盐38份、骨粉32份、白糖6份、胡椒粉1份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明配方科学,经现代生物技术加工制成的产品,具有味道鲜美,食用安全可靠等优点,通过添加多种纯天然植物原材料,能够使人们在摄取食物的同时摄取多种微量元素,从而可以达到增强人体免疫能力,降低疾病的发生概率。
