在我国的历史长河中,各种各样的糕点层出不穷,成为了人们居家旅行,待人接客的必备食品。随着人们生活质量的不断提高,保健意识的不断增强,各种各样的保健糕点也应运而生,成为了消费者的宠儿。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种香芋糕的加工方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种香芋糕的加工方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)称取以下重量份的原料:大米粉150-200、糯米粉30-50、香芋30-50、大蓟3-5、银杏叶2-3、白花草 1-3、麦夫子1-2、黑豆叶2-3、蜂蜜2-3、营养添加剂3-5;
所述的营养添加剂是由当归油、松花粉、橄榄油按0.01-0.02:3-5:1-3的重量比组成;
(2)将蜂蜜均匀得涂抹在去过皮的香芋表面,然后放在均匀平铺有荷叶的蒸锅上,加热将香芋蒸熟,稍微冷却后将香芋按压成泥;
(3)将大蓟、银杏叶、白花草 、麦麸子、黑豆叶放入适量水中,加热煎煮,得煎煮液;
(4)将大米粉与糯米粉混合,然后将香芋泥、煎煮液和营养添加剂等剩余原料加入其中,充分搅拌混合后,分成小份,装入模具中,压制成所需形状后,高温蒸熟,冷却后进行包装,即得。

(2)将蜂蜜均匀得涂抹在去过皮的香芋表面,然后放在均匀平铺有荷叶的蒸锅上,加热将香芋蒸熟,稍微冷却后将香芋按压成泥;
(3)将大蓟、银杏叶、白花草 、麦麸子、黑豆叶放入适量水中,加热煎煮,得煎煮液;
(4)将大米粉与糯米粉混合,然后将香芋泥、煎煮液和营养添加剂等剩余原料加入其中,充分搅拌混合后,分成小份,装入模具中,压制成所需形状后,高温蒸熟,冷却后进行包装,即得。

(1)称取以下重量份的原料:大米粉150-200、糯米粉30-50、香芋30-50、大蓟3-5、银杏叶2-3、白花草 1-3、麦麸子1-2、黑豆叶2-3、蜂蜜2-3、营养添加剂3-5;
