技术领域
本发明涉及一种粉状方便食品,尤其涉及一种冲泡即食豌豆粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
豌豆作为一种绿色蔬菜,天然无污染,可制成豌豆粉,用开水直接冲调饮用,但现有的豌豆粉口感单一,营养价值不高;本发明以干豌豆、大豆、马蹄为主料,与多种配料加工成一种营养保健、香甜可口的豌豆粉。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中不足,提供了一种冲泡即食豌豆粉及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种冲泡即食豌豆粉,是由下述重量份的原料制成:
干豌豆60-70、大豆20-30、马蹄10-12、香菜4-5、紫薯粉6-7、黑芝麻3-4、莱菔子1-2、荆芥1-2、桂皮2-3、红花2-3、葛根3-4、决明子2-3、百合2-3、无花果3-4、蜂蜜4-5、香草粉1-2、乳清粉3-4、米酒适量。
一种冲泡即食豌豆粉制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)选取优质干豌豆和大豆,文火炒制20-30分钟,再用清水浸泡6-7小时,捞出冲洗干净,沥干,将香菜洗净沥干后切碎,全部送入磨浆机中,加入5-6倍温水进行磨浆,过滤,滤液小火煮沸16-20分钟,过100-120目滤网,得到的豆浆喷雾干燥,得到豌豆粉;
(2)将马蹄去皮洗净,浸泡在浓度为3-4%的食盐水中30-40分钟,捞出马蹄,送入蒸锅蒸熟,再冷冻干燥,粉碎至80-100目,得到马蹄粉;
(3)将米酒与2-3倍纯净水勾兑,将莱菔子、荆芥、桂皮等中药原料混合粉碎,加入5-6倍的米酒勾兑液,在40-50℃下保温6-7小时,再煮沸30-40分钟,过滤,滤液浓缩,得到中药浓缩液;
(4)将上述豌豆粉、马蹄粉、中药浓缩液与紫薯粉、黑芝麻等剩余原料混合均匀,再冷冻干燥,粉碎至120-140目细度,灭菌包装即可。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:
本发明以干豌豆、大豆、马蹄为主料,与多种配料加工成一种营养保健、香甜可口的豌豆粉,其色泽鲜亮、质地细腻,具有米酒清香,可直接用开水冲调饮用,具有温脾胃、暖肝肾、补血明目、降气化痰、祛风润肠的功效。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例:
一种冲泡即食豌豆粉,是由下述重量(斤)的原料制成:
干豌豆60、大豆20、马蹄10、香菜4、紫薯粉6、黑芝麻3、莱菔子1、荆芥1、桂皮2、红花2、葛根3、决明子2、百合2、无花果3、蜂蜜4、香草粉1、乳清粉3、米酒适量。
一种冲泡即食豌豆粉制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)选取优质干豌豆和大豆,文火炒制30分钟,再用清水浸泡6小时,捞出冲洗干净,沥干,将香菜洗净沥干后切碎,全部送入磨浆机中,加入5倍温水进行磨浆,过滤,滤液小火煮沸20分钟,过120目滤网,得到的豆浆喷雾干燥,得到豌豆粉;
(2)将马蹄去皮洗净,浸泡在浓度为4%的食盐水中30分钟,捞出马蹄,送入蒸锅蒸熟,再冷冻干燥,粉碎至100目,得到马蹄粉;
(3)将米酒与3倍纯净水勾兑,将莱菔子、荆芥、桂皮等中药原料混合粉碎,加入5倍的米酒勾兑液,在40℃下保温7小时,再煮沸30分钟,过滤,滤液浓缩,得到中药浓缩液;
(4)将上述豌豆粉、马蹄粉、中药浓缩液与紫薯粉、黑芝麻等剩余原料混合均匀,再冷冻干燥,粉碎至140目细度,灭菌包装即可。

Claims (2)

1.一种冲泡即食豌豆粉,其特征在于是由下述重量份的原料制成:
干豌豆60-70、大豆20-30、马蹄10-12、香菜4-5、紫薯粉6-7、黑芝麻3-4、莱菔子1-2、荆芥1-2、桂皮2-3、红花2-3、葛根3-4、决明子2-3、百合2-3、无花果3-4、蜂蜜4-5、香草粉1-2、乳清粉3-4、米酒适量。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的冲泡即食豌豆粉制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)选取优质干豌豆和大豆,文火炒制20-30分钟,再用清水浸泡6-7小时,捞出冲洗干净,沥干,将香菜洗净沥干后切碎,全部送入磨浆机中,加入5-6倍温水进行磨浆,过滤,滤液小火煮沸16-20分钟,过100-120目滤网,得到的豆浆喷雾干燥,得到豌豆粉;
(2)将马蹄去皮洗净,浸泡在浓度为3-4%的食盐水中30-40分钟,捞出马蹄,送入蒸锅蒸熟,再冷冻干燥,粉碎至80-100目,得到马蹄粉;
(3)将米酒与2-3倍纯净水勾兑,将莱菔子、荆芥、桂皮等中药原料混合粉碎,加入5-6倍的米酒勾兑液,在40-50℃下保温6-7小时,再煮沸30-40分钟,过滤,滤液浓缩,得到中药浓缩液;
(4)将上述豌豆粉、马蹄粉、中药浓缩液与紫薯粉、黑芝麻等剩余原料混合均匀,再冷冻干燥,粉碎至120-140目细度,灭菌包装即可。
