背景技术
目前,人们吃的食品多种多样,就包子类就有好多种,这些在一定程度上满足了人们的生活需要,但是,随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对于食品的要求也越来越高,这就需要开发出更多的食品以满足人们的需求。 
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种助消化的包子。 
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种助消化的包子,包子馅由以下重量份原料构成:瘦猪肉10-20、青菜30-40、红枣2-3、土豆5-10、鸡内金1-2、麦芽2-3、板栗叶1-2、红曲米0.5-1、莱菔子0.8-1、葡萄叶1-2、盐、植物油、味精适量;包子皮由以下重量份原料组成:面粉20-30、小米粉10-20、酵母、水适量。 
一种助消化的包子的制备方法,包括以下步骤: 
(1)将所述重量份的红枣、鸡内金、麦芽、板栗叶、红曲米、莱菔子、葡萄叶打包后与所述重量份的土豆、瘦猪肉一起放入锅中,加水煮沸2-3小时,捞出土豆与瘦肉,再将土豆捣成土豆泥,将瘦猪肉搅碎成肉泥; 
(2)将所述重量份的青菜切碎,与上述的土豆泥、肉泥混合均匀,加入适量的盐、植物油、味精调味,即成包子馅; 
(3)将所述重量份的面粉、小米粉、适量的酵母混合倒入搅面机中,加入适量的水,待面和好后出料,静置发酵5-6小时; 
(4)用发酵好的面做包子皮,将上述的包子馅置于皮的中间,蒸熟即可。 
本发明的优点是:本发明的一种助消化的包子,制作工艺简单,营养丰富,并且加入鸡内金、麦芽、板栗叶、红曲米等中药材的有效成分,具有助消化的功效,适合肠胃不适及消化不良的人群食用。 
具体实施方式
一种助消化的包子,包子馅由以下重量份原料构成:瘦猪肉19Kg、青菜35Kg、红枣2Kg、土豆5Kg、鸡内金1Kg、麦芽2Kg、板栗叶1Kg、红曲米0.5Kg、莱菔子0.8Kg、葡萄叶1Kg、盐、植物油、味精适量;包子皮由以下重量份原料组成:面粉20Kg、小米粉10Kg、酵母、水适量。 
一种助消化的包子的制备方法,包括以下步骤: 
(1)将所述重量份的红枣、鸡内金、麦芽、板栗叶、红曲米、莱菔子、葡萄叶打包后与所述重量份的土豆、瘦猪肉一起放入锅中,加水煮沸3小时,捞出土豆与瘦肉,再将土豆捣成土豆泥,将瘦猪肉搅碎成肉泥; 
(2)将所述重量份的青菜切碎,与上述的土豆泥、肉泥混合均匀,加入适量的盐、植物油、味精调味,即成包子馅; 
(3)将所述重量份的面粉、小米粉、适量的酵母混合倒入搅面机中,加入适量的水,待面和好后出料,静置发酵5小时; 
(4)用发酵好的面做包子皮,将上述的包子馅置于皮的中间,蒸熟即可。

1.一种助消化的包子,其特征在于,包子馅由以下重量份原料构成:瘦猪肉10-20、青菜30-40、红枣2-3、土豆5-10、鸡内金1-2、麦芽2-3、板栗叶1-2、红曲米0.5-1、莱菔子0.8-1、葡萄叶1-2、盐、植物油、味精适量;包子皮由以下重量份原料组成:面粉20-30、小米粉10-20、酵母、水适量。 
2.如权利要求1所述的一种助消化的包子的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤: 
(1)将所述重量份的红枣、鸡内金、麦芽、板栗叶、红曲米、莱菔子、葡萄叶打包后与所述重量份的土豆、瘦猪肉一起放入锅中,加水煮沸2-3小时,捞出土豆与瘦肉,再将土豆捣成土豆泥,将瘦猪肉搅碎成肉泥; 
(2)将所述重量份的青菜切碎,与上述的土豆泥、肉泥混合均匀,加入适量的盐、植物油、味精调味,即成包子馅; 
(3)将所述重量份的面粉、小米粉、适量的酵母混合倒入搅面机中,加入适量的水,待面和好后出料,静置发酵5-6小时; 
(4)用发酵好的面做包子皮,将上述的包子馅置于皮的中间,蒸熟即可。
