(1)将虾肉洗净,做成肉泥,加入黑糖、食盐、苹果醋,搅拌均匀,放入密封罐中,腌制7-10天,取肉泥备用;
(2)将所述新鲜玉米、香菇、茶树菇洗净后,置于高压锅中,加入番茄酱、适量的水,加热焖煮30-40分钟,捞出新鲜玉米、香菇、茶树菇,打成泥状备用;
(3)将枸杞菜、青椒洗净后,切碎备用;
(4)将枸杞、石斛、百合、白云瓜叶、胡麻仁、青豆叶、花生叶用5-10倍量的水加热提取,将所得中药提取液浓缩,得到中药浓缩液;
