本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种牛肉土豆泥及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种牛肉土豆泥,由以下重量份原料组成:土豆150-170、红豆30-50、牛肉90-110、番茄20-30、冬瓜20-30、苹果10-20、香蕉20-30、陈皮4-5、葛根5-6、金樱子5-6、红景天4-5、桑叶4-5、山楂4-5、石榴籽3-4、山楂核3-4、红酒100-120、蜂蜜50-60、食盐30-40、鸡精10-30、橄榄油10-30、水适量。
一种牛肉土豆泥的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将土豆洗净、去皮与红豆一起倒入锅中,加入所述红酒,加热熬煮1-2小时,冷却后,将土豆、红豆取出,做成土豆泥;
(2)将牛肉洗净,切成块状,置于高压锅内,加热焖煮1-1.5小时,将牛肉捞出,晒干,碾成牛肉粉;
(3)将番茄、冬瓜、苹果、香蕉洗净,取其果肉,置于锅中,加入蜂蜜,加热熬制1-2小时,冷却后,将锅中所有物料取出,做成番茄酱;
(4)将陈皮、葛根、金樱子、红景天、桑叶、山楂、石榴籽、山楂核用5-10倍量的水加热提取,将所得提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉末;
(5)将土豆泥、牛肉粉、番茄酱、中药粉末混合,加入食盐、鸡精、橄榄油,混合,搅拌均匀后,灭菌、灌装即可。
本发明的优点是:本发明的一种牛肉土豆泥,添加牛肉,改善了一贯的土豆泥的口味,也增加了营养,传统土豆泥的营养单一,现添加牛肉,增加了蛋白质的含量;还特别添加陈皮、葛根等具有降脂、活血、生津等功效的中药材的提取物,是的本发明的土豆泥具有一定的保健功能,是一种营养丰富的保健食品。

所述的牛肉土豆泥的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将土豆洗净、去皮与红豆一起倒入锅中,加入所述红酒,加热熬煮1-2小时,冷却后,将土豆、红豆取出,做成土豆泥;
