背景技术
方便面是人们在日常生活中,是一种代替主食的重要副食品,其味道鲜香可口,深受人们喜爱,主要是因为方便面中附带的酱料和粉料,而市场上现有的方便面酱料除了口感好,可以作为调味食用以外,并没有很高的营养价值。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种玉米甜酱的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种玉米甜酱,由以下重量份原料组成:黄豆酱260-280、番茄酱80-100、鲜玉米粒50-60、鲜豌豆40-50、樱桃20-30、刺梨粉6-8、黄瓜子粉8-10、牛奶100-120、薄荷5-6、茯苓4-5、桂枝4-5、白蔹4-5、羌活4-5、菠菜籽3-4、生菜叶4-5、大豆油20-30、当归油0.5-1、水适量。
一种玉米甜酱的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将鲜玉米粒、鲜豌豆洗净,与樱桃果肉一起倒入锅中,倒入牛奶,加热焖煮汁牛奶被吸收,将其全部取出,做成玉米果泥备用;
(2)将薄荷、茯苓、桂枝、白蔹、羌活、菠菜籽、生菜叶用5-10倍量的水提取,将提取液浓缩,得到中药浓缩液;
(3)将大豆油、当归油混合倒入锅中,加热后,倒入黄豆酱、番茄酱、刺梨粉、黄瓜子粉、玉米果泥、中药浓缩液,充分搅拌,混合均匀后,包装即可。

一种玉米甜酱,由以下重量份(Kg)原料组成:黄豆酱260、番茄酱80、鲜玉米粒50、鲜豌豆40、樱桃20、刺梨粉6、黄瓜子粉8、牛奶100、薄荷5、茯苓4、桂枝4、白蔹4、羌活4、菠菜籽3、生菜叶4、大豆油20、当归油0.5、水适量。
一种玉米甜酱的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

1.一种玉米甜酱,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:黄豆酱260-280、番茄酱80-100、鲜玉米粒50-60、鲜豌豆40-50、樱桃20-30、刺梨粉6-8、黄瓜子粉8-10、牛奶100-120、薄荷5-6、茯苓4-5、桂枝4-5、白蔹4-5、羌活4-5、菠菜籽3-4、生菜叶4-5、大豆油20-30、当归油0.5-1、水适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种玉米甜酱的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:(1)将鲜玉米粒、鲜豌豆洗净,与樱桃果肉一起倒入锅中,倒入牛奶,加热焖煮汁牛奶被吸收,将其全部取出,做成玉米果泥备用;
(2)将薄荷、茯苓、桂枝、白蔹、羌活、菠菜籽、生菜叶用5-10倍量的水提取,将提取液浓缩,得到中药浓缩液;
