Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种被安装用于调节车辆座椅的纵向位置的座椅轨道。
背景技术
为满足车辆更小更轻的近期趋势,还要求座椅轨道的性能与之前相同或比之前更佳并同时拥有更轻的重量。
在这方面,本申请的发明人已经引入了所谓的插入型座椅轨道,其中用于使上导轨和下导轨之间锁定的锁定装置插入到上导轨中,参见韩国专利登记No.10-0848004“SEATMOVINGTRACKDEVICE(座椅移动导轨道装置)”(登记日期:2008年7月16日)(下文称为‘韩国专利’)。
韩国专利显示了这样一种结构:上导轨和下导轨之间的锁定是利用形成在旋转锁定部件上的多个突起部来实现的。
另一方面,美国专利登记No.7,207,541“LOCKINGDEVICEWITHSEVERALLOCKINGPINS(具有多个锁定销的锁定装置)”(登记日期:2007年4月24日)(下文称为‘美国专利’)显示了一种如下的机构,其中,锁定部件的锁定突起部相互独立地操作。

在本发明中,通过对包括韩国专利和美国专利的常规座椅轨道进行全面研究而引入了改进类型的座椅轨道,该座椅轨道实现了产品小型化和性能提高。
发明内容
[技术问题]
本发明的目的是提供一种与常规技术相比为增强类型的座椅轨道,从而同时实现了小型化和性能提高。
[技术方案]
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种座椅轨道,其包括:具有沟槽结构的固定导轨,其具有横向内壁,所述横向内壁竖直地延伸并且在纵向上以预定间隔设有凹部;移动导轨,其沿着所述固定导轨滑动并且具有横向竖直壁,所述横向竖直壁面向所述固定导轨的横向内壁并且在所述纵向上以预定间隔设有多个通孔;以及锁定部件,所述锁定部件具有:支撑主体,其被容纳和安装在所述移动导轨的竖直壁之间以面向多个所述通孔;多个旋转销,其被所述支撑主体支撑且在锁定位置和解锁位置之间旋转,在所述锁定位置,所述多个旋转销通过所述通孔插入到所述固定导轨的凹部中,在所述解锁位置,所述多个旋转销与所述凹部分离;引导弹簧,其被所述支撑主体支撑并且按压所述多个旋转销以使所述多个旋转销朝向所述解锁位置旋转;以及解锁主体,其由于外力而沿所述支撑主体滑动以按压所述多个旋转销使所述多个旋转销从所述锁定位置旋转至所述解锁位置。
根据本发明的一个方案,所述多个旋转销成对地设置在两个横向侧处并且被所述支撑主体支撑以相互沿相反的方向旋转,并且还被设置为通过所述移动导轨的竖直壁的通孔插入到所述固定导轨的横向内壁的凹部中。
根据本发明的一个方案,成对地设置在两个横向侧处的所述多个旋转销被所述支撑主体中沿所述纵向插入的一对铰链轴贯穿且被所述一对铰链轴支撑而旋转。
根据本发明的一个方案,所述解锁主体具有多个推臂,所述多个推臂成对地设于两个横向侧处从而与所述多个旋转销中的各个旋转销对应,并且所述支撑主体在两个横向侧处具有多个引导凹部以引导所述多个推臂的滑动。
根据本发明的一个方案,所述解锁主体具有:表面板,其被容纳在所述移动导轨的竖直壁之间以及在所述支撑主体的上方并且与所述多个推臂形成一体;以及输入销,其安装到所述表面板上以通过所述移动导轨的上表面突出到外部。

[有益效果]
根据如上所述的本发明的座椅轨道,能够利用插入到移动导轨中的锁定部件来实现产品的小型化。而且,座椅轨道的增强的锁定性能能够通过区别于现有技术的锁定机构来实现,在区别于现有技术的锁定机构中通过多个旋转销的旋转实现移动导轨和固定导轨之间的锁定。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,根据本发明的示例性实施例的座椅轨道100包括:固定导轨110,其固定到车辆主体上并且具有沟槽结构;以及移动导轨120,其借助组合螺栓101固定到座椅上并且设置在固定导轨110的内侧以沿固定导轨110纵向地滑动。
而且,座椅轨道100包括图3所示的锁定部件130,其作为用于将移动导轨120的滑动相对于固定导轨110锁定和解锁的装置。
在图3中,附图标记102表示球轴承和轴承保持器,当导轨110、120组合起来时,球轴承和轴承保持器布置在固定导轨110和移动导轨120之间。
固定导轨110在横向内壁111处具有竖直延伸的多个凹部112,多个凹部112在纵向上以预定节距进行设置。凹部112形成为在内壁112之间横向地对应。
移动导轨120在固定导轨110的内侧连接至固定导轨110以便纵向地滑动,从而横向竖直壁121面向固定导轨110的横向内壁111。
如图3所示,每个竖直壁121的纵向中央部具有以预定的间隔形成的多个通孔124。
如后面将要描述的,锁定部件130的旋转销133’从通孔124突出以插入到固定导轨110的凹部112中。
如图4所示,锁定部件130具有:支撑主体131;多个旋转销133,其被支撑主体131中插入的铰链轴132贯穿且可旋转地被铰链轴132支撑;引导弹簧134,其弹性地按压旋转销133;以及解锁主体135,其沿竖直方向受支撑主体131引导以操作旋转销133旋转。

每个旋转销133均具有位于其端部处的销孔133a。铰链轴132插入到销孔133a中,以使每个旋转销133能够绕铰链轴132自由地旋转。
在根据本发明的该实施例的座椅轨道100中,多个旋转销133被设置为每个横向侧的八个旋转销关于支撑主体131沿相反方向旋转。
在该情况下,左旋转销133’和右旋转销133沿支撑主体131的纵向彼此交替地排布。也就是说,在整个旋转销133和133’中完全保持这样的关系:左旋转销133’设置在前方(图4中的左侧),右旋转销133紧邻左旋转销133’设置。
在该实施例中,多个腔室壁131b沿纵向形成在支撑主体131中。
左旋转销133’和右旋转销133成对地被容纳在由腔室壁131b形成的八个隔室S之中的对应隔室内部。
左旋转销133’和右旋转销133面向彼此且成对地被容纳,这种结构能够有助于移动导轨120相对于固定导轨110锁定的最小滑动间隔(即,节距)的减小。
如果节距变小,则与移动导轨120一体地滑动的座椅能够固定至更靠近用户所期望的位置。

因此,如果不存在外力,则弹簧臂134b保持旋转销133向上旋转。
解锁主体135具有:表面板135a,其沿支撑主体131的纵向延伸;以及八个推臂135b,其从表面板135a的两个横向侧向下延伸。
在该情况下,两个横向侧的推臂135b突出到交叉路径中,从而与旋转销133、133’中的每个一一对应。
在多个引导凹部131c引导多个推臂135b的同时,解锁主体135上下滑动,多个引导凹部131c形成于支撑主体131的两个横向侧处。

图5和图6是沿图2中的线AA截取的座椅轨道100的假想剖视图。图5示出了位于锁定位置的旋转销133’,并且图6示出了位于解锁位置的旋转销133’。
参照图5和图6,除了旋转销133、133’的一部分之外,根据本发明的该示例性实施例的锁定部件130设置在移动导轨120内。
下面描述图5的锁定状态,没有被解锁主体135的推臂135b向下按压的旋转销133’由引导弹簧的弹簧臂134b弹性地向上按压以保持逆时针旋转到锁定位置。
因此,旋转销133’通过移动导轨120的通孔124突出而插入到固定导轨110的凹部112中,从而使移动导轨120相对于固定导轨110处于锁定状态。
图6示出了解锁状态。如果输入销135c借助外力使解锁主体135降低,则推臂135b的压力使得旋转销133’保持顺时针旋转到解锁位置。
因此,旋转销133’旋转且与固定导轨110的凹部112分离,从而移动导轨120相对于固定导轨110处于解锁状态。
如上所述,根据本发明的该示例性实施例的座椅轨道100包括支撑主体131中的多个腔室壁131b(参见图4),并且一对左右旋转销133和133’被容纳在对应的腔室壁131b中。
根据旋转销133和133’的该配置结构,左旋转销133’和右旋转销133设置在同一腔室壁131b内以在彼此之间形成表面接触。也就是,如图7所示,同一腔室壁内的两个销133’和133设置成在纵向方向上彼此极其靠近,而且同时与固定导轨110的凹部112配合。
在图7中的(a)中,两个左旋转销133’-2和133’-4接触凹部112的前表面和后表面以实现锁定,并且两个右旋转销133-2和133-8接触凹部112的前表面和后表面以实现锁定。因此,移动导轨120相对于固定导轨110锁定。
如果移动导轨120布置到左侧,则旋转销133和133’一体地移动至左侧,如图7中的(b)中所示。在该条件下,左右旋转销133、133’中的任一个均不接触凹部112的前表面或后表面,从而实现解锁状态。
如果旋转销133和133’进一步向左侧移动,如图7中的(c)所示,则两个左旋转销133’-1和133’-7接触凹部112的前表面和后表面以实现锁定,两个右旋转销133-5和133-7接触凹部112的前表面和后表面以实现锁定。因此,移动导轨120相对于固定导轨110锁定。
如果旋转销133和133’进一步向左侧移动,如图7中的(d)所示,则左右旋转销133、133’中的任一个均不接触凹部112的前表面或后表面,从而实现解锁状态。
如果旋转销133和133’更进一步向左侧移动,如图7中的(e)所示,则两个左旋转销133’-4和133’-6接触凹部112的前表面和后表面以实现锁定,两个右旋转销133-2和133-4接触凹部112的前表面和后表面以实现锁定。因此,移动导轨120相对于固定导轨110锁定。
根据如上所述的过程,本发明的该示例性实施例的座椅轨道100具有移动导轨120,该移动导轨120实现锁定状态的最小滑动间隔,即节距,与旋转销133、133’从图7中的(a)移动到图7中的(c)或者从图7中的(c)移动到图7中的(e)的距离相同。
这意味着,座椅的用户能够以从图7中的(a)到图7中的(c)或者从图7中的(c)到图7中的(e)的间隔调节座椅的纵向位置,这还意味着,与常规技术相比而言能够以更小的间隔实现位置调节。
此外,即使图7中的(b)和图7中的(d)所示的状态也因为旋转销133、133’中的至少一些位于凹部112内(尽管旋转销133、133’可略微前后移动)而能够被视为导轨110和120之间的锁定状态。也就是说,根据本发明,即使在凹部112和插入到凹部112中的旋转销133、133’之间存在间隙,也能够至少防止如下的全解锁状态:即,完全没有旋转销133、133’插入到凹部112中。因此,防止移动导轨120由于外力而滑动。

3.根据权利要求1所述的座椅轨道,其中,所述解锁主体具有:表面板,其被容纳在所述移动导轨的竖直壁之间以及在所述支撑主体的上方并且与所述多个推臂形成一体;以及输入销,其安装到所述表面板上以通过所述移动导轨的上表面突出到外部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的座椅轨道,其中,所述多个旋转销在两个横向侧处沿所述支撑主体的纵向相互交替地排布,并且
所述支撑主体在所述纵向上具有以每两个旋转销的方式来容纳所述多个旋转销的多个腔室壁,所述两个旋转销来自相互不同的横向侧。
5.根据权利要求1所述的座椅轨道,其中,所述引导弹簧具有:条状的引导主体,所述引导主体沿所述支撑主体的侧表面延伸;以及多个弹簧臂,其从所述引导主体延伸出以分别按压所述多个旋转销。
