本发明涉及一种橡莲健体速溶冲剂,它是由下述重量份计的原料配比制成的:橡子淀粉55~59份、莲子心5~10份、山楂8~12份、香菇8~12份、黑木耳6~10份、木糖醇0.5~1份、纯净水1~2份;其制备方法是将上述重量份计的莲子心、山楂、香菇、黑木耳份放在一起,混合后送入烘干机中干燥,并不断翻动,当水分达到10%时,取出,送入超微粉碎机中进行粉碎,至通过30目筛时止,待用;称取重量份计的橡子淀粉与木糖醇,待用;将上述待用的物料混合,边混合边喷入重量份计的纯净水,搅拌均匀后,熟化灭菌,其温度为105~110℃,送入造粒机中按常规的冲剂制粒工艺制粒,经计量包装即得成品。

技术领域
本发明属于强身健体功能型饮料,特别是一种橡莲健体速溶冲剂。
背景技术
近年来,橡子的营养成分引起了人们的兴趣,据测定,橡子中淀粉和蛋白质的含量略低于大米,每100克橡子可提供600千卡热量和8克蛋白质;橡子所含的氨基酸类似牛奶、豆类和肉类;橡子中还含有胡萝卜素,维生素B1、B2和苹果酸等。橡子自身还具有的生物功能因子,经常食用可以抵抗、缓解、预防铅等重金属对人体的毒害;可以促进细胞代谢,养身健体,提高人体免疫能力,增强生理功能;可以降低血压,降低血糖,减少胆固醇,提高人们身体质量,是国际上风行的绿色食品。但是,由于橡子含有大量单宁酸,使之味道苦涩,口感较差,不同程度的影响了橡子产品的大量应用。以橡子为主要原料的饮料目前仅有橡子白酒产品,其他功能型饮料尚没人开发。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述技术存在的不足,提供一种橡莲健体速溶冲剂,它不但没有橡子的苦涩味而且口感好,营养丰富,服用方便。
本发明所采用的技术方案是这样实现的,它是由下述重量份计的原料配比制成的:橡子淀粉55~59份、莲子心5~10份、山楂8~12份、香菇8~12份、黑木耳6~10份、木糖醇0.5~1份、纯净水1~2份;上述原料的最佳重量份计配比为:橡子淀粉53份、莲子心10份、山楂8份、香菇10份、黑木耳8份、木糖醇1份、纯净水2份;其制备方法是将上述重量份计的莲子心5~10份、山楂8~12份、香菇8~12份、黑木耳6~10份放在一起,混合后送入烘干机中进行干燥,干燥时不断翻动,防止糊锅,当水分达到10%时,停止加热,取出,当其温度降到室温后,送入超微粉碎机中进行粉碎,至通过30目筛时止,待用;称取重量份计的橡子淀粉与木糖醇,待用;将上述待用的物料混合,边混合边喷入重量份计的纯净水,搅拌均匀后,进行熟化灭菌,其温度为105~110℃,送入造粒机中按常规的冲剂制粒工艺制粒,经计量包装即得成品。
本发明中所述的橡子淀粉为由专业生产橡子淀粉厂家检验合格的产品,为本发明的主要材料。
本发明中橡子淀粉含有生物功能因子,有促进生长发育、提高智力,增强人体素质的作用;莲子心可清心肝之火、涩精、排毒养颜;山楂强健脾胃、降血压、降血脂、活血化瘀;香菇属高蛋白、低脂肪食用菌类,并含有多糖、多氨基酸、多维生素,有益气血,补肝肾,益智安神之效;黑木耳有清胃涤肠、排毒功效,提高人体免疫功能;木糖醇用以调整口味。诸物合用有营养滋补、健胃提神、增强体质的功效。本发明饮用方便,为人们提供一种绿色饮品。
具体实施方式
实施例1
将按重量份计称取的莲子心5~10份、山楂8~12份、香菇8~12份、黑木耳6~10份放在一起,混合后送入烘干机中进行干燥,干燥时不断翻动,防止糊锅,当水分达到10%时,停止加热,取出,当其温度降到室温后,送入超微粉碎机中进行粉碎,至通过30目筛时止,待用;称取重量份计的橡子淀粉、木糖醇,待用;将上述待用的物料混合,边混合边喷入重量份计的纯净水,搅拌均匀后,进行熟化灭菌,其温度为105~110℃。熟化后送入造粒机中按常规的冲剂制粒工艺制粒,经计量包装即得成品。每小包10g,饮用时,将其放入杯中,冲入200ml开水,片刻即可饮用。
实施例2
