本发明涉及一种植物饮料的配方,其重量百分比为:纯净水91~92%、白砂糖5~6%、老鹰茶1.2~1.5%、金银花0.4~0.6%、葛根0.4~0.6%、菊花0.2~0.3%、甘草0.1~0.2%、罗汉果0.05~0.1%、夏枯草0.05~0.1%、荷叶0.03~0.05%、桑叶0.01~0.02%;各百分比之和为100%。采用上述配方生产植物饮料的具体加工步骤为:原料选择—清水漂洗—沥干—植物液体提取—将提取液精密过滤—配制饮料—灌装—高温高压杀菌—按产品标准检验—喷编号、包装、入库。采用本发明加工出的饮料色泽鲜艳、芳香浓郁、口感纯正、不加任何防腐剂,经常饮用有利于身体健康。

技术领域
本发明属于食品加工领域,属于一种植物饮料的加工工艺。
背景技术
功能饮料是指通过调整饮料中天然营养素的成分和含量比例,以适应某些特殊人群营养需要的饮品,包括营养素饮料、运动饮料和其它特殊用途饮料三类。功能饮料主要作用为抗疲劳和补充能量。目前市场上功能饮料品种众多, 功能各不相同,如加多宝、启力、冰糖雪梨等饮料。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有抗疲劳和醒酒功能的饮料。
一种植物饮料的配方,其重量百分比为:
纯净水91~92%、白砂糖5~6%、老鹰茶1.2~1.5%、金银花0.4~0.6%、葛根0.4~0.6%、菊花0.2~0.3%、甘草0.1~0.2%、罗汉果0.05~0.1%、夏枯草0.05~0.1%、荷叶0.03~0.05%、桑叶0.01~0.02%;各百分比之和为100%。
上述配方的优选重量百分比为:纯净水91%、白砂糖6%、老鹰茶1.03%、金银花0.6%、葛根0.6%、菊花0.3%、甘草0.2%、罗汉果0.1%、夏枯草0.1%、荷叶0.05%、桑叶0.02%。
采用上述配方生产植物饮料的具体加工步骤为:
(1).选料:按配方比例将老鹰茶、金银花、葛根、菊花、甘草、罗汉果、夏枯草、荷叶、桑叶原料称量,去除霉烂、杂物备用;
(2).清水漂洗:将上述植物原料入缸,注入适当清水漂洗2~3次;
(3).沥干:把洗净的上述植物原料用不锈钢筛网沥干备用;
(4).植物液体提取:把沥干后的植物原料放入100℃以上,0.25Pa的萃取缸中进行熬制30~40分钟;
(5).将熬制好的提取液用300目的晒网进行精密过滤;
(6).配制:将过滤后的植物提取液与白砂糖、纯净水按配料比混匀,并用蒸气加热至煮沸5~10分钟;
(7).灌装:待熬制好的植物饮料冷却到80℃左右时,再一次过滤后进行灌装;
(8).高温高压杀菌:将灌装好饮料进行100℃高温高压杀菌,时间30分钟 ;
(9).按产品标准检验;
(10).喷日期编号、包装、入库。
采用本发明加工出的功能性植物饮料色泽鲜艳,金银花等植物芳香浓郁,口感纯正,不加任何防腐剂,经常饮用有利于身体健康。
具体实施方式
老鹰茶又名红白茶,这种茶含芳香油很多,也含多酚类化合物,泡饮时校清香,滋味厚实,先涩后甘,初饮者可能会说;"气味难受",但常饮后反觉得老鹰茶口劲大,滋味浓而杀口,在夏天饮用更觉得消暑解渴、提神助兴。其在民间有消暑,健胃开脾的功效。
葛根为豆科植物野葛,是中国南方一些省区的一种常食蔬菜,其味甘凉可口,常作煲汤之用。葛根洗净切成薄片,加水煮沸后当茶饮用, 此茶具有清热解毒、分解酒精、醒酒健胃、解酒护肝等功效。酒前泡服可使酒量大增,酒后泡服可促使酒精快速分解和排泄。将其作常规饮料泡服,久服可降血脂、降血糖、降血压。
金银花又名银花、金花、忍冬花、金藤花等。其性寒味甘、甘寒清热而不伤胃,芳香透达可以祛邪;既能宣散风热,又善清解血毒,可治疗各种热性病,如身热、发疹、发斑、热毒疽痈、咽喉肿痛及热毒血痢等症,效果显著。
本发明通过市场调研,也结合贵州绥阳大力发展的金银花,葛根和山区常见的老鹰茶为主要原料,着力研究出出一种具有清热消暑、解酒的功能性植物饮料。

1.一种植物饮料的配方,其特征在于:所述配方的重量百分比为:
纯净水91~92%、白砂糖5~6%、老鹰茶1.2~1.5%、金银花0.4~0.6%、葛根0.4~0.6%、菊花0.2~0.3%、甘草0.1~0.2%、罗汉果0.05~0.1%、夏枯草0.05~0.1%、荷叶0.03~0.05%、桑叶0.01~0.02%;各百分比之和为100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述配方,其特征在于:所述配方的优选重量百分比为:纯净水91%、白砂糖6%、老鹰茶1.03%、金银花0.6%、葛根0.6%、菊花0.3%、甘草0.2%、罗汉果0.1%、夏枯草0.1%、荷叶0.05%、桑叶0.02%。
3.一种如权利要求1或2所述配方生产植物饮料的具体加工步骤为:
(1).选料:按配方比例将老鹰茶、金银花、葛根、菊花、甘草、罗汉果、夏枯草、荷叶、桑叶原料称量,去除霉烂、杂物备用;
(2).清水漂洗:将上述植物原料入缸,注入适当清水漂洗2~3次;
(3).沥干:把洗净的上述植物原料用不锈钢筛网沥干备用;
(4).植物液体提取:把沥干后的植物原料放入100℃以上,0.25Pa的萃取缸中进行熬制30~40分钟;
