本发明公开了一种保健枇杷粥,它是由以下重量份的原料制成:粳米50~80份、枇杷15~30份、杏仁10~20份、百合12~30份、枸杞2~10份、桂圆3~12份、鸭梨10~30份、甜味剂5~20份、水90~200份。本发明以枇杷、百合、杏仁、鸭梨、粳米等为原料熬制成味道鲜美、营养丰富、易吸收的保健枇杷粥,经常食用具有润肺止咳、祛痰、增强免疫力的功效,特别适合身体虚弱、常年痨病缠身的人们食用,是上好的居家养生保健粥品。

本发明涉及粥制品,具体涉及一种润肺止咳、营养健康的保健枇杷粥。
背景技术
枇杷(学名:Eriobotrya japonica),中文古名芦橘,又名金丸、芦枝、琵琶果,是蔷薇科中的枇杷属的一种植物。枇杷原产中国东南部,因果子形状似琵琶乐器而名。枇杷果味甘酸、性平,入肺、胃经,含糖、蛋白质、脂肪、果胶、胡萝卜素、维生素B1、C,苹果酸、柠檬酸等成分,主要用于治疗肺热咳嗽、久咳不愈、咽干口渴及胃气不足等病症。目前市场上枇杷的加工产品有枇杷饮料、枇杷胶囊、枇杷酒、枇杷露等,其中枇杷粥的报道较少。
粥,是一种把稻米、小米或玉米等粮食煮成的稀糊食物,不同地方的粥有不同的浓度,而不同地方对其他地方的粥也有不同的别称。粥性温补,营养好、易吸收,是人们喜爱的一种食品。随着对营养、健康及口味多元化的追求,目前粥的种类很多,有蔬菜粥、肉粥、鱼粥、花卉粥、食疗粥等。但这些粥不具有止咳化痰的功效,保健功能欠缺。煮粥时将具有润肺止咳、祛痰的枇杷与别的原料一起加入其中,做成润肺止咳、营养健康的保健枇杷粥将会受到身体虚弱、咳嗽缠身的人们欢迎。
发明内容
针对上述的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种营养丰富、易吸收、增进食欲,具有润肺止咳、祛痰功效的保健枇杷粥。
为解决上述问题,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种保健枇杷粥,它是由以下重量份的原料制成:粳米50~80份、枇杷15~30份、杏仁10~20份、百合12~30份、枸杞2~10份、桂圆3~12份、鸭梨10~30份、甜味剂5~20份、水90~200份。
进一步地,所述保健枇杷粥是由以下重量份的原料制成:粳米55~70份、枇杷20~28份、杏仁12~18份、百合15~25份、枸杞3~8份、桂圆5~10份、鸭梨12~25份、甜味剂8~20份、水100~180份。
上述方案中,所述枇杷可以为枇杷果、枇杷核粉或由枇杷果、枇杷核粉混合而成;其中,枇杷果:味甘酸、性平,清肺生津止渴;枇杷核:味苦、性平,入肺、胃经,生津止渴,祛痰止咳,和胃降逆,因而所述枇杷既有枇杷果成分又有枇杷核成分才达到润肺止咳、祛痰的功效,其质量配比优选为1:0.2~1。
上述方案中,优选地,所述甜味剂为蜂蜜或冰糖。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明以枇杷、百合、杏仁、鸭梨、粳米等为原料熬制成味道鲜美、营养丰富、易吸收的保健枇杷粥,经常食用具有润肺止咳、祛痰、增强免疫力的功效,特别适合身体虚弱、常年痨病缠身的人们食用,是上好的居家养生保健粥品。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的保健枇杷粥,其特征在于:所述枇杷为枇杷果和枇杷核粉按1:0.2~1的质量比混合而成。
