本发明公开了一种有助消化吸收婴幼儿营养米粉,包括以下成分:籼米60-80、山楂粉4-5、神曲粉8-10、鸡内金粉5-6、果蔬汁10-12、低聚果糖2-4、异麦芽低聚糖0.1-1、L-赖氨酸0.001-0.002、酪蛋白钙肽0.12-0.13、维生素B20.00001-0.00002、葡萄糖酸亚铁0.000015-0.000018。本发明的米粉营养全面,冲调性好,口感滑润,特别添加了具有助消化的功效的山楂粉、神曲粉、鸡内金粉等,同时加入营养丰富的果蔬汁和适量的婴幼儿生长发育所必需的L-赖氨酸、酪蛋白钙肽、维生素B2、葡萄糖酸亚铁等多种营养成分,为婴幼儿的生长提供均衡营养,是婴幼儿理想的营养辅助食品,婴幼儿食用后,容易消化,且口感香甜,且无毒副作用,安全可靠。

    本发明涉及婴幼儿营养食品技术领域,具体为一种有助消化吸收婴幼儿营养米粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
婴幼儿处于生长速度特别快的阶段,所以对各种营养的需求量也比较大,但是由于其消化功能弱,需要特别设计配方食品, 婴幼儿营养米粉是母乳或婴儿配方食品不能满足婴儿营养需要以及婴儿断奶期间时,为补充婴幼儿营养的辅助食品。它是以大米为主要原料,以蔬菜、水果、蛋类、肉类等为选择性配料,加入钙、磷、铁等矿物质及维生素等加工制成的婴幼儿补充食品。婴幼儿6-8个月后是锻炼咀嚼能力的关键期,需要摄入颗粒逐渐大、硬度稍增加的食物( 比如营养米粉等食物),并通过咀嚼使唾液分泌显著增加,淀粉酶活性得以激活,这不仅有益于宝宝对食物的消化和吸收,也让婴儿将来更容易适应不同的食物。
本发明提供了一种营养米粉,其不仅口感良好,还具有丰富的蛋白质、维生素和各种矿物质。

本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种有助消化吸收婴幼儿营养米粉,其特征在于,由下述重量份的原料制备而成:籼米60-80、山楂粉4-5、神曲粉8-10、鸡内金粉5-6、果蔬汁10-12、低聚果糖2-4、异麦芽低聚糖0.1-1、L-赖氨酸0.001-0. 002、酪蛋白钙肽0.12-0.13、 维生素B2 0.00001-0.00002、葡萄糖酸亚铁0.000015-0.000018,
所述的果蔬汁的制备方法:由苹果、山楂、莲子、桔子、橙子、芹菜6种物料洗净后按重量比:10-12:6-8:2-3:6-8:6-8:2-4的比例混合榨汁,过滤得滤液。
所述的有助消化吸收婴幼儿营养米粉的制备方法:
首先将籼米炒香,在浸泡2-3小时后磨成米浆;将苹果、芹菜等榨汁;再将低聚果糖、异麦芽低聚糖、L-赖氨酸、酪蛋白钙肽、 维生素B2 、葡萄糖酸亚铁溶解到果蔬汁中,在和米浆混合,然后再将山楂粉、神曲粉、鸡内金粉等物料投入到米浆中混均,并进行胶磨过滤,加热至58-68 ℃预糊化20-30分钟,然后110-120℃滚筒干燥成片,粉碎、包装,即可。
本发明的优点是:

实施例1
一种有助消化吸收婴幼儿营养米粉,它是由下述重量(公斤)的原料制成:
籼米70、山楂粉4、神曲粉9、鸡内金粉5、果蔬汁12、低聚果糖3、异麦芽低聚糖0.5、L-赖氨酸0.002、酪蛋白钙肽0.12、 维生素B2 0.00001、葡萄糖酸亚铁0.000016,
其中,果蔬汁的制备方法:按重量(kg)称取苹果 11、山楂7、莲子3、桔子7、橙子7、芹菜4,洗净后混合榨汁,过滤得滤液。
一种有助消化吸收婴幼儿营养米粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
首先将籼米炒香,在浸泡2.5小时后磨成米浆;将苹果、芹菜等榨汁;再将低聚果糖、异麦芽低聚糖、L-赖氨酸、酪蛋白钙肽、 维生素B2 、葡萄糖酸亚铁溶解到果蔬汁中,在和米浆混合,然后再将山楂粉、神曲粉、鸡内金粉等物料投入到米浆中混均,并进行胶磨过滤,加热至58-68 ℃预糊化20-30分钟,然后110-120℃滚筒干燥成片,粉碎、包装,即可。
