Abstract

本发明的塑料卡扣包括在固定面板上一体形成的卡扣突出部和以能拆装的方式组装于所述卡扣突出部的卡扣主体,所述卡扣突出部在配备有插入孔的竖直板的两侧下部配备有插入部,在插入部的上端前方和后方配备有卡止凸台;所述卡扣主体在下端部配备有倒三角形态的投入部,在投入部的上端部配备有卡止凸台,在上端中央配备有卡扣突出部投入引导孔,在内部的上部中央配备有与所述卡扣突出部投入引导孔连接的卡扣突出部投入引导部,在卡扣突出部投入引导部的下端配备有弹性插入片。

Description

塑料卡扣
技术领域
本发明涉及塑料卡扣,更详细而言,涉及一种在一体形成于固定面板上的卡扣突出部结合卡扣主体的塑料卡扣。
背景技术
一般而言,汽车内部的诸如仪表板(FACIA)的各种内部装饰材料,以把结合面板组装于固定面板的形态构成,在如此把结合面板组装于固定面板时,往往使用由在固定面板上一体形成的卡扣突出部和以能拆装的方式组装于卡扣突出部的卡扣主体构成的塑料卡扣(Plastic Clip)。
然而,以往,就由在所述固定面板上一体形成的卡扣突出部和以能拆装的方式组装于卡扣突出部的卡扣主体构成的塑料卡扣而言,把卡扣主体组装于卡扣突出部或分解非常困难,因此,不仅需要大量组装时间,而且组装不良较多,存在生产率低下及导致成本上升的问题,存在难以对结合面板进行故障修理等问题。
另外,就以往结构而言,由于卡扣突出部与卡扣主体的组装状态不稳定,在使用过程中,存在因外部冲击而发生卡扣主体的游动及噪声的问题。
发明内容
要解决的技术问题
本发明正是鉴于如上所述的以往的实际情况而研发的,其目的在于提供一种塑料卡扣,使得能够在一体形成于固定面板上的卡扣突出部坚固地结合卡扣主体,使得能够防止因外部冲击而造成的游动及噪声。
解决问题的技术方案
旨在达成所述目的的本发明的塑料卡扣,包括在固定面板上一体形成的卡扣突出部和以能拆装的方式组装于所述卡扣突出部的卡扣主体。
就本发明的塑料卡构成为,所述卡扣突出部以在配备有插入孔的竖直板的两侧下部配备有插入部,在插入部的上端前方和后方配备有卡止凸台的形态,且构成为所述卡扣主体以在下端部配备有倒三角形态的投入部,在投入部的上端部配备有卡止凸台,在上端中央配备有卡扣突出部投入引导孔,在内部的上部中央配备有与所述卡扣突出部投入引导孔连接的卡扣突出部投入引导部,在卡扣突出部投入引导部的下端配备有弹性插入片的形态。
而且,就本发明的塑料卡扣而言,所述卡扣突出部的弹性插入片的一侧部位构成为一体形于卡扣突出部投入引导部的一侧下端部的固定端,另一侧部位构成为密闭卡扣突出部投入引导部的另一侧下部的自由端。
就本发明的塑料卡扣而言,所述卡扣突出部可以构成为在插入部的内部两侧配备有卡扣突出部支撑凸出部,在一体形成有弹性插入片的卡扣突出部投入引导部的一侧下端部与一侧的卡扣突出部支撑凸出部之间形成有连接片的形态。
发明效果
本发明的塑料卡扣能够使卡扣主体简便且坚固地组装于在固定面板上一体形成的卡扣突出部,能够改善卡扣主体的组装性,而且在使用过程中,能够显著降低因外部冲击而造成的卡扣主体的游动或噪声,在把固定面板组装于结合面板或分解的过程中,能够防止卡扣主体的破损等,能够获得极大提高塑料卡扣的耐久性及商品性等效果。

下面根据附图,详细说明旨在达成所述目的的本发明的具体技术内容。
在图1中图示了本发明一个实施例的分解立体图,在图2中图示了同一实施例的结合面板结合前的立体图,在图3中图示了同一实施例的结合面板结合后的立体图。
而且,在图4中图示了同一实施例的结合面板结合后的纵剖面图,在图5中图示了图4的主要部分放大图。
如图1~图5所示,本发明的塑料卡扣(100)由在固定面板(200)上一体形成的卡扣突出部(110)和以能拆装的方式组装于所述卡扣突出部(110)的卡扣主体(120)构成。
就所述本发明的卡扣(100)而言,卡扣突出部(110)在配备有插入孔(112)的竖直板(111)的两侧下部配备有插入部(113),在插入部(113)的上端前方和后方配备有卡止凸台(114),在竖直板(111)的前面和后面分别配备有支撑肋(115)。
而且,卡扣主体(120)在下端部配备有倒三角形态的投入部(121),在投入部(121)的上端部配备有卡止凸台(122),在上端中央配备有卡扣突出部投入引导孔(123),在内部上部中央配备有与所述卡扣突出部投入引导孔(123)连接的卡扣突出部投入引导部(124),在卡扣突出部投入引导部(124)的下端配备有弹性插入片(125)。
所述卡扣突出部(120)的弹性插入片(125)的一侧部位构成为一体形成于卡扣突出部投入引导部(124)的一侧下端部的固定端,另一侧部位构成为密闭卡扣突出部投入引导部(124)的另一侧下部的自由端,在自由端侧的下端配备有卡止凸台(125a)。
另一方面,在图示的实施例中,所述卡扣突出部(120)在插入部(121)的内部两侧配备有卡扣突出部支撑凸出部(126),在一体形成有弹性插入片(125)的卡扣突出部投入引导部(124)的一侧下端部与一侧的卡扣突出部支撑凸出部(126)之间配备有连接片(127)。
在图6a~图6d中,图示了同一实施例的把卡扣主体结合于卡扣突出部的卡扣主体结合过程图。
就本发明的卡扣(100)而言,当把卡扣主体(120)结合于在固定面板(200)上一体形成的卡扣突出部(110)时,如图6a所示,首先,通过卡扣主体(120)的卡扣突出部投入引导孔(123),在卡扣突出部投入引导部(124)中插入卡扣突出部(110)的竖直板(111)后,若竖直板(111)的下端接触到弹性插入片(125),则使竖直板(111)向弹性插入片(125)的自由端一侧倾斜既定角度(例如15度),继续插入竖直板(111)。
如以上图6b所示,穿过弹性插入片(125)外侧的竖直板(111)的下端接触到卡扣主体(120)的卡扣突出部支撑凸出部(126)后,使竖直板(111)向相反方向倾斜,继续插入竖直板(111),如图6c所示,在竖直板(111)的下端接触到卡扣主体(120)的内部下端的同时,弹性插入片(125)的前端部插入于插入孔(112)后,使竖直板(111)竖直竖起。
如图6d所示,竖直板(111)竖直竖起后,弹性插入片(125)完全贯通插入孔(112),配备于卡扣突出部(120)的插入部(121)内部两侧的卡扣突出部支撑凸出部(126),在两侧挤压并支撑竖直板(111),配备于弹性插入片(125)的自由端侧下端的卡止凸台(125a)卡定于插入孔(112),即使竖直板(111)向左右方向游动,也不能从插入片(125)分离。
因此,本发明的塑料卡扣(100)在使用过程中,没有因外部冲击而造成的卡扣主体(120)的游动或噪声。
另一方面,如上所述,把卡扣主体(120)结合于在固定面板(200)上一体形成的卡扣突出部(110)后,如果把卡扣主体(120)的投入部(121)插入在结合面板(300)上形成的结合孔(310),则卡扣主体(120)的投入部(121)缩入内侧,在穿过结合孔(310)后重新恢复原状,因此,如图4及图5所示,配备于卡扣突出部(110)的插入部(113)上端的卡止凸台(114)在上端卡定于结合面板(300),配备于卡扣主体(120)的投入部(121)上端的卡止凸台(122)卡定于结合孔(310)的下端,能够组装固定面板(200)与结合面板(300)。
而且,当从结合面板(300)分离固定面板(200)时,如果向结合面板(300)相反一侧拉动固定面板(200)的塑料卡扣(100)连结部位,则卡扣主体(120)的投入部(121)会缩进内侧从而能够穿过结合孔(310),因而能够使固定面板(200)从结合面板(300)脱离。
另一方面,在把所述固定面板(200)从结合面板(300)分离的过程中,如果拉动固定面板(200)的塑料卡扣(100)连结部位,那么,与固定面板(200)一体形成的卡扣突出部(110)的竖直板(111)首先被拉动,因此,插入于竖直板(111)的插入孔(112)的卡扣主体(120)的弹性插入片(125)被拉动,从而卡扣突出部(120)被拉动,此时,与竖直板(111)一同被拉动的卡扣主体(120)的弹性插入片(125)的自由端接触卡扣突出部投入引导部(124)一侧下端,因此,即使以较大的力拉动固定面板(200),也能够防止弹性插入片(125)的破损,而且拉力能够稳定地传递给整个卡扣主体(120)。
以上说明的本发明并非限定于前述的实施例及附图,在不超出本发明的技术思想的范围内,能够进行多种置换、变形及变更,这是本发明所属领域的技术人员不言而喻的。

Claims (3)

1.一种塑料卡扣,所述塑料卡扣(100)包括在固定面板(200)上一体形成的卡扣突出部(110)和以能拆装的方式组装于所述卡扣凸台(110)的卡扣主体(120),其特征在于,
所述卡扣突出部(110)在配备有插入孔(112)的竖直板(111)的两侧下部配备有插入部(113),在插入部(113)的上端前方和后方配备有卡止凸台(114);
所述卡扣主体(120)在下端部配备有倒三角形态的投入部(121),在投入部(121)的上端部配备有卡止凸台(122),在上端中央配备有卡扣突出部投入引导孔(123),在内部的上部中央配备有与所述卡扣突出部投入引导孔(123)连接的卡扣突出部投入引导部(124),在卡扣突出部投入引导部(124)的下端配备有弹性插入片(125)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料卡扣,其特征在于,
所述卡扣突出部(120)的弹性插入片(125)的一侧部位构成为一体形成于卡扣突出部投入引导部(124)的一侧下端部的固定端,另一侧部位构成为密闭卡扣突出部投入引导部(124)的另一侧下部的自由端。
3.根据权利要求2所述的塑料卡扣,其特征在于,
所述卡扣突出部(120)在插入部(121)的内部两侧配备有卡扣突出部支撑凸出部(126),在一体形成有弹性插入片(125)的卡扣突出部投入引导部(124)的一侧下端部与一侧的卡扣突出部支撑凸出部(126)之间,配备有连接片(127)。
