Description

塑膠夾具
本發明為一種塑膠夾具,尤指一種在以一體成型方法形成於固定板上的塑膠夾具基座上,結合夾具本體而成的塑膠夾具。
一般來說,包括汽車內部的儀錶板以及類似之內建構件,主要係藉在固定板上組裝以結合板或結合構件的方式裝配而成。如此,在固定板上組裝結合板時,通常會使用塑膠夾具,該塑膠夾具包含以一體成型方法形成於固定板上的夾具基座,以及以組合方式組裝在該夾具基座上的夾具本體所構成。
但是因為該塑膠夾具為在固定板上以一體成型方法形成夾具基座,且在該夾具基座上以組合方式組裝各別形成的夾具本體,由於習知之此類塑膠夾具僅具單一卡止裝置,以致該夾具本體和夾具基座之間的結合或分離作業非常困難,也因此導致組裝時間過長的問題之外,出現組裝不良的機率也非常高。結果造成生產性降低及成本提升,以及發生故障拆修時困難等問題。
另外,先前的構造上,因為夾具基座和夾具本體之間的組裝狀態不穩定,所以使用過程當中,受到外部衝擊時,常會引起夾具本體的鬆動搖晃及噪音等的問題。
有鑑於上述傳統夾具之結構的問題,經多年的研究及改善,遂完成本發明。本發明之主要目的為在固定板上以一體成型方式形成的夾具基座上,提供一種藉雙重卡止定位裝置可以更安全及堅固的方式結合夾具本體的構造方法,藉此以解決當 夾具本體受到外部衝擊而造成的本體搖晃及噪音的問題。
為了達成上述目的,本發明之塑膠夾具包含一夾具基座和夾具本體,其中,該夾具基座為以一體成型方式形成於固定板上,且該夾具本體為以組合方式組裝在該夾具基座上,而構成一組件;其特徵為,本發明之塑膠夾具之該夾具基座包含插入部及卡止肩。其中該插入部為形成於具有二側板之垂直板的下端,且該垂直板上位於插入部上方形成有一插入孔,又,該插入部的上部二側板的前方和後方上形成有卡止肩;另外,該夾具本體的下端部形成一個逆三角形的插入部,該插入部的前後兩側上端部上各形成有一個卡止部;在夾子本體的上端中央上形成一個開口狀插入口,插入口內側形成有自上端向下延伸之延伸片以形成一個夾具基座插入導入部,該插入口和該夾具基座插入導入部連接在一起,且在該夾具基座插入導入部的一方之下端部形成有一個橫向突出的彈性插入片。
另外,在本發明之塑膠夾具中,該夾具基座的彈性插入片之基端係與該夾具基座插入導入部的一方之下端部以一體成型方式連接在一起,且該夾具本體的彈性插入片之另外一端,即自由端則緊向該夾具基座插入導入部的另一方之下部橫向突出。
在本發明之塑膠夾具中,該夾具本體在上述插入部之內部兩側壁之位於彈性插入片下方部位形成有一對相向的夾具基座支撐凸起部,且在以一體成型方式形成有彈性插入片的夾具基座插入導入部之一方之下端部和同側之夾具基座支撐凸起部之間,形成有自該導入部延伸至該支撐凸起之連接片。
本發明之塑膠夾具因為在以一體成型方法形成於固定板上的塑膠夾具上,藉由夾具基座和夾子本體之插入卡扣及彈性 插入片插入之雙重卡止作用,而可更容易又簡單地結合夾具本體,於是可改善即有的塑膠夾具之缺點。除此之外,在使用過程當中,可以明顯地降低當夾具本體受到外部衝擊而造成本體搖晃及噪音的問題。另外,將固定板和結合板之間進行組裝或拆解的作業時,可以防止夾具本體受損的情形,而獲得提升塑膠夾具的耐久性和商品性的效果。
以下,為了更容易瞭解本發明的內容,使用較佳實施例和圖式來說明具體的內容。
第一圖為本發明之較佳實施例的分解圖,第二圖為同實施例之結合板結合之前的示意圖,第三圖為同實施例之結合板結合之後的示意圖。
另外,第四圖為同實施例之結合板結合之後的縱剖面示意圖,第五圖為第四圖之局部放大圖。
如第一圖至第五圖所示,本發明之塑膠夾具(100)包含一夾具基座(110)和夾具本體(120),其中,該夾具基座(110)係以一體成型方式形成於固定板(200),且該夾具本體(120)為以組裝方式組裝在該夾具基座(110)上,而構成塑膠夾具(100)。
本發明之塑膠夾具(100),該夾具基座(110)包含插入部(113)及卡止肩(114)。其中該插入部(113)為形成於垂直板(111)的兩側板下端,且該垂直板(111)上部位於插入部(113)上方形成插入孔(112),又,該插入部(113)的上部前後二緣部形成卡止肩(114),該垂直板(111)之前面和後面各形成有底部導條(115),用以引導夾具本體(120)。
另外,該夾具本體(120)的下端部形成一個逆三角形的插入部(121),該插入部(121)的上部前後壁形成有一對卡止部(122),且在頂端中央形成一個開放之夾具基座導入口(123),另在內部頂端中央形成有由導入口(123)兩側向下延伸之二板體界定的夾具基座導入部(124),該夾具基座導入口(123)和該 夾具基座導入部(124)為連接在一起,在該夾具基座導入部(124)的一板體下端部上形成有一個橫向外突的彈性插入片(125)。
另外,在本發明之塑膠夾具(100)中,該夾具本體(120)的彈性插入片(125)之基端與該夾具基座導入部(124)的一方之下端部為以一體成型方式連接在一起,且該夾具本體(120)的彈性插入片(125)之另一端(自由端)則向該夾具基座導入部(124)的另一方之下端橫向延伸,另在此自由端下面形成有一卡扣突起(125a)。
在本發明之較佳實施例中,該夾具本體(120)之位於上述插入部(121)之內部兩側壁上形成有一對夾具基座支撐凸起(126),且在以一體成型之彈性插入片(125)的夾具基座導入部(124)之一方之下端部和同側之夾具基座支撐凸起部(126)之間,形成有自導入部(124)延伸至該突起(126)之連接片(127),如此使得彈性插入片(125)之基端具有適當橫向彈性變形作用。
第六圖a至第六圖d為同實施例之夾具本體從插入夾具基座至完成結合的過程圖。
本發明之塑膠夾具(100),當在以一體成型方式形成於固定板(200)的夾具基座(110)上,欲組裝結合夾具本體(120)時,如第6a圖所示,首先,將夾具基座(110)的垂直板(111)之插入部(113)經由夾具本體(120)上的插入導入口(123)插入,並藉由夾具基座導入部(124)引導前進,當垂直板(111)的下端碰觸到彈性插入片(125)時,將垂直板(111)往彈性插入片(125)的方向以一定角度(例如,15度)傾斜而滑過彈性插入片(125)之後,繼續向內插進去。
接著,如第六圖b所示,越過彈性插入片(125)外側的垂直板(111)之下端碰觸到夾具本體(120)之夾具基座支撐凸起部(126)時,改向反方向使垂直板(111)傾斜之後,繼續插入時,則如第六圖c所示,垂直板(111)的下端會滑過夾具本體 (120)的夾具基座支撐凸起部(126)的同時,該彈性插入片(125)的前端部也會順著垂直板(111)滑入插入孔(112),此時,讓垂直板(111)順勢向垂直方向立起來。
於是,如第6d圖所示,該垂直板(111)向垂直方向立起來時,該彈性插入片(125)會完全貫穿插入孔(112),並且該夾具本體(120)的插入部(121)之內壁兩側上所形成的基座支撐凸起部(126)會藉彈性將垂直板(111)自兩邊夾持而保持定位之同時,該彈性插入片(125)的自由端下方所形成的卡扣突起(125a)會卡止在插入孔(112)外緣,結果,即使垂直板(111)往上下左右方向移動,也不會從彈性插入片(125)脫離。
因此,本發明之塑膠夾具(100)在使用過程當中,即使受到外部任何方向之衝擊也不會發生鬆動搖晃及噪音。
另外,如上所示,在以一體成型方法形成於固定板(200)上的塑膠夾具(100)之夾具塞座(110)上,結合以夾具本體(120)之後,將夾具本體(120)的插入部(121)插入欲組裝的構件結合板(300)上所形成的結合孔(310)時,如第二至三圖所示,夾具本體(120)的插入部(121)會被迫往內緊縮,並於穿過結合孔(310)之後,再藉彈性回復原狀。因此,如第四圖及第五圖所示,夾具基座(110)的插入部(113)上端上所形成的卡止肩(114)會卡止於結合板(300)的上面,並且夾具本體(120)的插入部(121)上端所形成的卡止部(122)會卡住結合孔(310)的下面,結果,可以完成固定板(200)和結合板(300)之間穩定而確實的組裝作業。
另外,如欲從結合板(300)上卸下固定板(200)時,只要將固定板(200)的塑膠夾具(100)從連接部位往結合板(300)的相反方向拉開,夾具本體(120)的插入部(121)會因本身彈性變形而往內縮緊,使卡止部(122)可以通過結合孔(310),因此可以使固定板(200)連帶塑膠夾具(100)一起從結合板(300)上分離。
另外,在從結合板(300)上御下固定板(200)的過程當中, 拉開該固定板(200)的塑膠夾具(100)連接部位的話,以一體方式形成於固定板(200)上的夾具基座(110)之垂直板(111)會被往外拉開,此時插入垂直板(111)之插入孔(112)的夾具本體(120)的彈性插入片(125)也會受到此拉力的影響而被一起拉開,結果,夾具基座(110)會連帶夾具本體(120)一起被拉開。此時,與垂直板(111)一起被拉開的夾具本體(120)的彈性插入片(125)的自由端會抵住相對之夾具基座導入部(124)的一方之下端而不再彎曲,因此,即使使用稍微過大的力量拉開,也不會發生彈性插入片(125)變形過度致受損的情形,並且對整個夾具本體(120)來說,可以傳達更穩定的拉力。

Claims (2)

  1. 一種塑膠夾具,包含一夾具基座和夾具本體,其中,該夾具基座為以一體成型方式形成於固定板上,且該夾具本體係以組合方式組裝於該夾具基座上之個別構件;其特徵在於,構成塑膠夾具之一構件之該夾具基座包含插入部及卡止肩,其中,該插入部為形成於具有二側板之垂直板的下端,且該垂直板之插入部上部形成有一插入孔,該插入部的上部略中段的前、後方各形成有卡止肩,而該垂直板之前後兩面各形成有底部導條;構成塑膠夾具之另一構件之該夾具本體,其下端部形成一個逆三角形的插入部,該插入部的前後二面之上端部各形成一個卡止部,且在上端中央上形成一開口狀插入口,插入口內側形成有自上端向下延伸以形成一個夾具基座導入部,該插入口和該夾具基座導入部為相連接且相通,而在該夾具基座導入部的一側下端部形成有一個橫向突出的彈性插入片;該夾具本體之彈性插入片之基端,係與該夾具基座導入部的一側下端部以一體成型方式連接在一起,且該夾具本體的彈性插入片之另外一端即自由端,則直向該夾具基座導入部的另一側下部橫向突出,就在此自由端之端末下面形成有一卡扣突起。
