背景技术  市场上作豆腐的食材有多种,本发明是一种利用莲藕作食材来制作豆腐。 
发明内容  本发明目的是提供了一种莲藕肉豆腐。 
方案如下:莲藕50-55kg、五花肉25-26kg。 
制备方法:将莲藕捣成泥,加适量水搅拌,将渣滤去,将莲藕中淀粉洗出备用。将五花肉剁成泥备用。将肉泥和淀粉搅均,用小火熬煮,直至胶状。将胶状体置入容器内,放入清水,冷却成固体即可捞出切成豆腐块大小,常温或冷冻都可保存。 
本发明中肉泥由于重力原因,会存积在豆腐的底层,上层为透明莲藕胶体,层次分明,两者又相互渗透,很是美观,豆腐中透着莲藕的清香,和肉香。本发明可炒食、煮汤食、火锅涮食等等。
