技术领域
本发明涉及一种药物输送设备,并且具体地涉及一种当已经进行注射时向用户提供听觉、触觉或视觉确认的改进的、用户更加容易使用的自动药物输送设备。
背景技术
许多药物输送设备被研发用于自我给药,即用户(她或他)自己执行药物输送。这需要使用起来尽可能安全的并且操纵起来尽可能简单的药物输送设备。为满足这些要求,必须将人为失误的风险降到最小,要减少需要执行以便接收剂量的动作量并且该设备使用起来必须是直观的且符合人体工程学。由此,为了将人为失误的风险降到最小,期望具有尽可能预装配的设备。
专利文献EP1349590B描述了具有多个便于操纵注射器的特征的注射器。通过将针筒近端简单地压靠在输送区域致使针筒在远端方向上移动来手动执行穿刺和注射,使针头能够穿刺注射区域并在那之后初始化注射过程。当完成注射时抽出注射器,藉此,针筒以锁紧方式绕针头拔出。

根据本发明的又一方面,第一共同作用装置包括在管状操作构件外表面上的凹槽并且第一对应的共同作用装置包括在管状触发构件内表面的远端上的径向向内延伸凸起,使得径向向内延伸凸起适于在管状操作构件外表面上的凹槽内被引导,促使当管状触发构件向远端移动时管状操作构件旋转,藉此弹性舌片径向向外地弯曲进入在管状操作构件内表面上的凹槽中并且径向向内延伸的凸起脱离在柱塞杆外表面上的凹槽,使得驱动装置解除预拉紧状态。
根据本发明的另一方面,信号发生构件是细长的U型支架,包括横向壁和设置有径向向外延伸的成角度的支撑构件的两个纵向延伸的弹性臂,并且其中当驱动装置处于预拉紧状态时所述支撑构件适于安置在管状延伸部分的环形近端上。
根据本发明的另外一方面,当驱动装置处于预拉紧状态时,U-支架的横向壁布置为距离所述管状延伸部分的内部远端表面处于预定距离D。
根据本发明的再一方面,当柱塞杆的远端已通过支撑构件时产生听觉信号用于确认已执行药物输送,使得具有支撑构件的纵向延伸的弹性臂被释放并允许在径向向内方向上移动,通过由所述第一弹性构件施加的剩余力使U-支架能够在远端方向上移动预定距离D,藉此支架的横向壁碰到所述管状延伸部分的内部远端表面。
根据本发明的又一方面,U-支架的横向壁包括向远端延伸的凸起并且管状延伸部分的远端表面包括通孔,使得当U-支架的横向壁碰到所述管状延伸部分的内部远端表面时,向远端延伸的凸起通过通孔并在所述管状延伸部分的外表面之上向远端延伸预定距离以产生可触知信号。
根据本发明的另一方面,向远端延伸的凸起具有与设备其它部分相比明亮的和/或不同的颜色,用于产生视觉信号。
采用术语自动药物输送设备在本文中意味着适于无需用户必须压按按钮或触发构件而是仅仅通过将药物输送设备近端压靠在输送部位来输送药物的药物输送设备。
在自动药物输送设备中,如上面所提到的应认为对患者来说重要的是:具体地是在患者看不见药物输送设备的地方-例如诸如环绕腰部和另外在腰部后侧和/或在患者臀部-使用药物输送设备之时,接收已进行输送的确认。因此,以药物容器物理触发的直接时间关系来产生信号,即听觉声音、和/或触觉信号、和/或视觉信号或其组合,目的是从药物容器排出药物。
本发明的药物输送设备表现出诸多优点。存在高度的功能性和自动化,其去除了用于输送药物的不必要的部件和动作。另外满足了重要的安全特性,因为在抽出期间管状触发构件被推出并遮蔽了例如针头的输送构件、并且还锁定为伸出状态,藉此防止意外的针戳。
从下面的详细说明和附图,本发明的这些或其他方面及优点将变得显而易见。

具体实施方式
在本申请中,当使用术语“远端部分/远端”时,这指的是位于远离患者药物输送部位最远的输送设备的部分/端或其构件的部分/端。对应地,当使用术语“近端部分/近端”时,这指的是位于最接近患者药物输送部位的输送设备的部分/端或其构件的部分/端。
图1a以透视方式图示了示例性药物输送设备1的管状壳体20。管状壳体20具有近端11和相反的远端12。管状壳体20还包括在其内壁的凸起(未图示)。该凸起适于接收诸如管状触发构件30的触发装置的凹处36(见图1b)。当已进行注射后管状触发构件30在其最近端位置之时,管状触发构件30的凹处36用于将管状触发构件30锁紧在管状壳体20的内部。在一个示意性实施例中,存在管状触发构件30的两个凸起(未图示)和对应的两个凹处36,一个凸起在管状壳体20内壁的每一侧上。管状壳体20还包括容器固定器50,其同轴地布置并固定地附接在管状壳体20的内部用于容纳药物容器80(见图1c)。药物注射设备1还包括管状延伸部分22,优选地通过与管状延伸部分22的对应凸缘23(见图5)接合的弹性舌片15同轴地布置并固定地附接到壳体的远端12。
图1b图示了药物注射设备1的管状触发构件30。管状触发构件30具有环形接触构件31和对应的第一共同作用装置35,在一个示例性实施例中对应的第一共同作用装置35是凸起。在本发明的一个示例性实施例中,存在两个对应的第一共同作用装置35,如下文将要详细描述的这两个对应的第一共同作用装置35用于触发药物输送设备1。在该图中具体图示了引导装置34,其适于与位于管状壳体20内部的对应导向杆(未示出)配合,目的是防止管状触发构件30能够相对于管状壳体20旋转并允许管状触发构件30相对于管状壳体20在轴线方向上移动。在本发明的优选实施例中,存在两个引导装置34和对应的两个导向杆(未示出)。根据本发明的一个实施例,在一个示例性实施例中是拉簧的第二弹性构件24(见图1c)布置在管状触发构件30的近端,用于在近端方向上移动管状触发构件30。当药物注射设备1定位在其最终位置以便防止近端针头端61(见图1c)的意外可用性时,开孔/凹处36与管状壳体20的对应凸起(未示出)接合。
图1c图示了还包括相对于管状触发构件30布置的第二弹性构件24的药物输送设备1的内部,第二弹性构件24用于在近端方向上将管状触发构件30从非触发位置移动到触发位置,藉此当药物注射设备1处于非触发状态时环形接触构件31与壳体20的近端接触,并且藉此当药物注射设备1处于触发状态时环形接触构件31距离壳体近端处于预定距离。药物容器80布置在容器固定器50的内部并具有预定的药物容积、可滑动限位器83和输送构件。在本发明的一个示例性实施例中,药物容器80是设置有作为输送构件的针头61的注射器,然而本发明不应当局限于此,其它的实施例可包括具有薄膜82的药筒或可适应输送构件的类似件。在药物输送设备1中还包括:管状操作构件100(见图5),其包括交互式连接到管状触发构件30的对应第二共同作用装置35(见图1b)的第二共同作用装置101、102;驱动装置,其包括柱塞杆90和布置在柱塞杆内的第一弹性构件91。柱塞杆包括作为开孔/凹处的可释放接合装置94(见图4c),可释放接合装置94交互式连接到管状延伸部分22的对应第二共同作用装置121(见图5)。在本发明的一个示例性实施例中,第一弹性构件91是拉簧。柱塞杆90的近端92与可滑动限位器83接触。管状操作构件100(见图5)旋转地且同轴地在管状延伸部分22的近端部分上、在容器固定器50和管状延伸部分22的处于管状壳体20远端的环形凸缘之间布置。
同时,管状延伸部分22和管状操作构件100构成了保持装置,用于在穿刺之前使驱动装置保持在预拉紧状态。一旦致动触发装置,反馈装置与保持装置和驱动装置相互作用以发出已完全排出药物的信号。
图2a-图2d示出了药物输送设备1的简化透视图,其中图2a图示了具有盖子10的药物输送设备1的初始的非触发状态。图2b示出了药物输送设备1的触发状态,其中去除了盖子10。图2c示出了药物输送设备1的穿刺和注射状态,并且最后图2d示出了处于最终锁紧状态的药物输送设备1。参照图2a,药物输送设备1包括具有近端和相反的远端的管状壳体20。药物输送设备1还包括管状触发构件30,其可滑动地且同轴地布置在管状壳体20的内部并且包括近端的环形接触构件31。盖子10包括远端表面,与管状触发构件30的环形接触构件31的近端表面邻接使得当手动操作和分离盖子10时,它通过来自第二弹性构件24(见图1c)的力允许管状触发构件30从其非触发位置移动到其触发位置。
图2b示出了准备使用时的药物输送设备1。当用户要执行例如注射的药物输送时,他/她将所述近端即环形接触构件31压靠在输送部位例如注射部位。然后管状触发构件30在远端方向上相对于管状壳体20移动,并在相对运动期间当使药物输送设备作为注射设备时,然后针头61手动穿刺皮肤。当管状触发构件30相对于管状壳体20要到达其最远端位置时,执行药物输送。当位于触发位置的管状触发构件30在远端方向上相对于管状壳体20运动到输送状态位置时自动执行药物输送,在该位置环形接触构件31接近管状壳体20的近端11。
图2c图示了当进行输送时,然后用户通过由第二弹性构件24施加的力从输送部位移走药物输送设备1,藉此允许管状触发构件30在近端方向上相对于管状壳体20移动-并最后到达最终状态;锁紧状态。
图2d图示了处于其最终且锁紧状态的药物输送设备1,如图所示,其中管状触发构件30再次处于其最近端位置。在该状态下,借助于管状触发构件30远端中的与管状壳体20的凸起(未图示)接合的开孔/凹处36(见图1b),管状触发构件30的近端部分充分保护了输送构件61,并且管状触发构件30也被锁紧在最终位置以便防止输送构件61的意外可用性。
图3图示了反馈装置的各个方面,诸如信号发生构件110及其实施(另见图4a-图4c)。在图3中图示了包括紧接在所执行的药物输送之后适于产生听觉和/或触觉和/或看得见的注射确认信号的信号发生构件110的本发明的一个实施例,其中当驱动装置从预拉紧状态—其中第一弹性构件预拉紧地布置在柱塞杆内而柱塞杆接合到管状延伸部分—改变状态到释放状态—其中柱塞杆从管状延伸部分被完全释放并且不再与信号发生构件接触—时,产生药物输送确认信号。
图4a-图4c分别图示了本发明一个示例性实施例的信号发生构件110的侧视图和透视图。在图示的实施例中,信号发生构件110在管状延伸部分22内部布置时是细长的U型支架,设置有指向近端方向的至少两个细长臂111和指向药物输送设备远端方向的下部,即远端横向端壁112。信号发生构件110可以由金属、塑料或这些材料的任意组合制成。
图4c是信号发生构件110关于柱塞杆90和第一弹性构件91的透视及部分分解图。臂111上部设置有在大致径向向外方向上相对于U-支架110纵向轴线延伸的成角度的支撑构件113。U-支架110适于围住柱塞杆90的和第一弹性构件91的至少一部分,并且当驱动装置处于预拉紧状态即柱塞杆90的开口94与管状延伸部分22的弹性舌片121的径向向内突出凸起35接合时,支撑构件113适于安置在管状延伸部分22近端上的环形表面上。
当驱动装置处于预拉紧状态时,U-支架110的远端布置为距离所述管状延伸部分22的内部远端表面处于预定距离“D”(见图6a),并且当驱动装置处于释放状态时,U-支架110的远端与所述管状延伸部分22的内部远端表面接触。当U-支架110的远端通过由所述第一弹性构件91施加的剩余力碰到并接触管状延伸部分22的内部远端表面时,产生听觉和/或触觉和/或看得见的确认信号。由此,在输送过程期间,当柱塞杆90的远端经过支撑构件113时,由于臂111的预拉紧,具有支撑构件113的臂111被释放并允许在径向向内方向上移动,使U-支架110能够在远端方向上移动,并且当U-支架110碰到管状延伸部分22的远端时产生信号,通常是听觉声音和/或视觉信号和/或触觉信号。在预注射状态下,U-支架110布置为使得臂111定位在沿着柱塞杆90的在柱塞杆90和围住柱塞杆90的管状延伸部分22之间的空间内。支撑构件113必须具有在径向向外方向上的延伸部,该延伸部超过在柱塞杆90和管状延伸部分22的内壁之间的空间的径向延伸,以便在柱塞杆90已经远离臂111之间移动之前确保不释放信号发生构件110。远端横向端壁112的外部远端表面还可具有适于被引导穿过通常是管状延伸部分22远端端壁通孔(未图示)的开口的凸起(也未图示),并超出所述管状延伸部分22外表面向远端延伸预定距离。在本发明的一个示例性实施例中,向远端延伸的凸起具有与设备其它部分相比明亮的和/或不同的颜色,用于产生视觉信号。由此,当U-支架110碰到管状延伸部分22的远端时,所述凸起将激发触觉和视觉信号两者。
图5图示了驱动装置以及保持装置,其中保持装置包括管状操作构件100和管状延伸部分22。上述的第一对应共同作用装置35是在管状触发构件30内表面的远端上的至少一个向内延伸凸起(见图1b),并且第一共同作用装置是在管状操作构件100外表面上的至少一个凹槽101、102、103,使得所述径向向内延伸凸起35适于在至少一个凹槽101、102、103内被引导,促使当管状触发构件30轴向移动时管状操作构件100旋转。用于支持柱塞杆90和处于预拉紧状态的第一弹性构件91的第二共同作用装置105包括管状操作构件100的至少一个凹槽105并与管状延伸部分22上的弹性舌片121接合,该至少一个凹槽105通过弹性舌片121的径向向内延伸凸起35与柱塞杆90的开口94接合来锁紧柱塞杆90。当旋转管状操作构件100时,管状操作构件100的至少一个凹槽105允许弹性舌片121的径向向内延伸凸起35径向延伸,藉此松开凸起35和柱塞杆90的开口94之间的接合,由此在近端方向上释放由第一弹性构件91的力施加的柱塞杆90。
药物输送设备1还包括交互式连接到管状触发构件30的锁紧装置。优选地,该锁紧装置是在管状操作构件100环形表面上的至少一个凸缘106并且对应的第二共同作用装置是在管状延伸部分22外表面上的至少一个凸起95,使得所述至少一个凸起95与保持管状操作构件100的所述至少一个凸缘106邻接,其中管状操作构件100旋转式固定到管状延伸部分22。
图6a-图6c图示了本发明药物输送设备1远端部分的简化侧视图。这些图的目的是简要描述并图示需要达成所陈述目标的重要特征。在图中图示了管状延伸部分22,其部分地围住驱动装置-即柱塞杆90和第一弹性构件91-以及信号发生构件110。
在图6a中药物输送设备1准备使用,其中信号发生构件110距离管状延伸部分22的内部远端表面处于预定距离“D”。
在图6b中输送过程开始,并且柱塞杆90在近端方向上移动,促使可滑动限位器83(未示出)经由输送构件61排出药物。当柱塞杆90的远端已通过信号发生构件110的近端部分时,信号发生构件110的臂111向内弯曲,允许信号发生构件110在远端方向上移动,导致当信号发生构件110接触管状延伸部分22的内部远端表面时产生声音、和/或触觉信号和/或视觉信号。这通过图6c图示。
图7-图11示出了沿着药物输送设备1纵向轴线的侧视图。为简单起见,只指出了与用于描述信号发生相关的特征;另外在图7-图11中指出了药物输送设备1的一些主要部分。
图7示出了处于初始状态的药物输送设备,其中盖子10仍附接于药物输送设备。容器80布置在具有预定的药物容积的药物输送设备内部,并且还设置有输送构件61和在其远端的可滑动限位器83。第二弹性构件34布置在药物输送设备的近端中,在近端方向上将力作用于管状触发构件30。柱塞杆90具有与可滑动限位器83接触的近端并至少部分地围住第一弹性构件91,该第一弹性构件91适于在近端方向上将力作用于柱塞杆90。柱塞杆90的远端部分布置在与信号发生构件110结合的管状延伸部分22中。在药物输送设备100的最远端部分中指示了距离“D”,即在信号发生构件110远端部分和管状延伸部分22内部远端表面之间的“发声”距离。
图8示出了处于最终锁紧状态的药物输送设备,其中管状触发构件30被锁定在其近端位置,保护输送构件61。
图9示出了药物输送设备,其中已经从药物输送设备去除盖子10,导致由于第二弹性构件24施加的力而向前移动了管状触发构件30。在图中以更大比例示出了信号发生构件110的近端部分及其支撑构件113。
图10示出了药物输送设备,其中在远端方向上推动管状触发构件30,导致柱塞杆90被释放以便能够将力作用于可滑动限位器83,导致药物被输送。在图中以更大比例示出了信号发生构件110的近端部分及其支撑构件113以及药物输送设备的最远端部分。
图11示出了药物输送设备,其中已经进行了输送。现在柱塞杆90已经推动可滑动限位器83,以便从容器80穿过输送构件61排出所有药物。当柱塞杆90的远端部分经过信号发生构件110的远端部分时,由于臂(通过上放大部分图示)的预拉紧而允许臂111向内运动,并且信号发生构件110被释放并移动,藉此当信号发生构件110到达管状延伸部分22(通过下放大部分图示)的远端表面时在远端方向上产生信号。
由此图示了设置有两个臂111的信号发生构件110。如上面所指出的,臂的更高的数量自然可以在如所附权利要求所限定的本发明的范围内。如果考虑到例如三个或四个的更大量的臂,重要的是它们都被预拉紧使得它们施加径向向内定向的力,此外使得它们在信号发生构件110的横截面中均匀分布以便将驱动装置牢固地保持在预拉紧状态。
主要参照图7至图11,现在将更加详细地描述药物输送设备1的操作过程。在预拉紧状态下,至少一个凸起95邻接凸缘106,并且处于管状触发构件30内表面的凹槽105锁紧弹性舌片121防止释放柱塞杆90。当去除盖子10时,药物输送设备1准备使用。现在管状触发构件30位于其最近端位置,并且药物输送设备1准备使用。由用户在远端方向上推动管状触发构件30并且凸起35沿着凹槽从位置101移动到位置102来实现管状操作构件100从远端观察的逆时针旋转。在管状操作构件100的旋转期间,凸起95沿着凸缘106移动并最终离开凸缘106,这使得能够释放预拉紧的柱塞杆90以便通过由第一弹性构件91施加的力在近端方向上移动,并将力作用于可滑动限位器83,可滑动限位器83在近端方向上被迫移动,由此传输了药物。当已经输送了药物且药物输送设备从输送部位移走时,依靠第二弹性构件34和在管状操作构件100的至少一个凹槽上的例如弹性舌片104(见图5)的锁紧装置,在近端方向上推动管状触发构件30,当在舌片104之上移动径向向内延伸凸起35时所述至少一个凹槽锁住径向向内延伸凸起35。药物输送设备1还包括交互式连接到管状触发构件30的锁紧装置。该锁紧装置是在管状操作构件100的至少一个凹槽上的弹性舌片104,当在舌片104之上移动所述径向向内延伸凸起35时,弹性舌片104锁紧径向向内延伸凸起35。
信号的产生运行如下。当驱动装置处于预拉紧状态时,U-支架110的远端布置为距离所述管状延伸部分22内部远端表面处于预定距离“D”(见图6a),并且当驱动装置处于释放状态时,U-支架110的远端与所述管状延伸部分22的内部远端表面接触。当U-支架110的远端通过由所述第一弹性构件91施加的剩余力碰到并接触管状延伸部分22的内部远端表面时,产生听觉和/或触觉和/或看得见的确认信号。由此,在输送过程期间,当柱塞杆90的远端经过支撑构件113时,由于臂111的预拉紧,具有支撑构件113的臂111被释放并允许在径向向内方向上移动,使U-支架110能够在远端方向上移动,并且当U-支架110碰到管状延伸部分22的远端时产生信号,通常是听觉声音和/或视觉信号和/或触觉信号。在预注射状态下,U-支架110布置为使得臂111定位在沿着柱塞杆90的在柱塞杆90和围住柱塞杆90的管状延伸部分22之间的空间内。支撑构件113必须具有在径向向外方向上的延伸部,该延伸部超过在柱塞杆90和管状延伸部分22的内壁之间的空间的径向延伸,以便在柱塞杆90已经远离臂111之间移动之前确保不释放信号发生构件110。远端横向端壁112的外部远端表面还可具有适于被引导穿过通常是管状延伸部分22远端端壁通孔(未图示)的开口的凸起(也未图示),并超出所述管状延伸部分22的外表面向远端延伸预定距离。在本发明的一个示例性实施例中,向远端延伸的凸起具有与设备其它部分相比明亮的和/或不同的颜色,用于产生视觉信号。由此,当U-支架110碰到管状延伸部分22的远端时,所述凸起将激发触觉和视觉信号两者。
然而,应了解,上述的及在附图中示出的实施例仅被视作本发明的非限定性示例,并且可在所附的权利要求的范围内修改所述实施例。
Claims (8)
1.一种用于自动药物输送设备的驱动装置,包括:
a)具有内表面的管状延伸构件;
b)中空管状柱塞杆,具有滑动地接合在管状延伸构件的内表面内的外表面,其中该柱塞杆具有近端端壁,该近端端壁构造成接合并驱动药物容器内的可滑动限位器;
c)布置在柱塞杆内的弹性构件,其中所述弹性构件处于向柱塞杆的近端上施加力的预拉紧状态;
d)在柱塞杆的外表面上的接合表面;以及
e)弹性舌片,该弹性舌片从管状延伸构件径向向内凸起并与该接合表面可释放地接合,以防止柱塞杆在近端方向上的轴向移动并保持弹性构件处于预拉紧状态,
所述驱动装置还包括管状操作构件,该管状操作构件可旋转地且同轴地布置在管状延伸构件上,并构造成对应于弹性构件的预张紧状态和释放状态而从第一位置移动至第二位置。
2.权利要求1的驱动装置,特征还在于所述接合表面是凹槽或开孔。
3.权利要求2的驱动装置,特征还在于弹性舌片包括构造成可释放地配合到凹槽或开孔中的径向向内凸起。
4.权利要求3的驱动装置,特征还在于柱塞杆具有至少两个凹槽或两个开孔并且管状延伸构件具有至少两个对应的径向向内凸起。
5.权利要求1的驱动装置,其中弹性构件是拉伸弹簧。
6.权利要求1的驱动装置,其中管状操作构件具有与弹性舌片接合的内表面。
7.权利要求6的驱动装置,特征还在于管状操作构件的内表面被构造成允许弹性舌片从接合柱塞杆的径向向内凸起的位置移动到弹性舌片与柱塞杆脱离接合的径向向外位置。
8.一种用于自动药物输送设备的驱动装置,包括:
a)具有内表面和远端的管状延伸构件;
b)中空管状柱塞杆,具有滑动地接合在管状延伸构件的内表面内的外表面,其中该柱塞杆具有近端端壁,该近端端壁构造成接合并驱动药物容器内的可滑动限位器;
c)布置在柱塞杆内的弹簧,其中所述弹簧处于向柱塞杆的近端上施加力的预拉紧状态;
d)至少两个在柱塞杆的外表面上的开孔;以及
e)至少两个弹性舌片,所述弹性舌片具有从管状延伸构件径向向内凸出的并与所述开孔可释放地接合的凸起,以防止柱塞杆在近端方向上的轴向移动并保持弹簧处于预拉紧状态,
所述驱动装置还包括部分地围绕柱塞杆的外表面的信号发生构件,该信号发生构件具有当弹簧处于预拉紧状态时距离内表面的远端一距离而定位的横向壁,其中当弹簧处于释放状态时,在横向壁向远侧移动所述距离且碰到所述内表面的远端时,信号发生构件生成听觉信号。
