本發明係關於一藥物輸送裝置,特別是更進步好用的自動藥物輸送裝置,當注射完成時,提供一可聽見、可觸摸或可見的確認訊號給使用者。
許多藥物輸送裝置用於自行施打,如:使用者自己施打。故藥物輸送裝置需要盡可能安全且簡單的操作。為滿足需求,需降低人為錯誤的風險、簡化接收劑量所需的動作、初始化裝置並以人因方式使用裝置。為降低人為錯誤的風險,裝置應盡可能預先組裝好。
EP1349590B描述一注射器有許多方便操作注射器的特徵。藉由對著注射處以簡單手動按壓針套近端來穿刺和注射,造成針套向末端移動,使注射針穿刺注射處並啟動注射程序。注射完成時,移開注射器,藉此一針套繞著注射針被抽出並鎖住。
另一重點為操作注射器時如何握持注射針。一般目標為讓病患以人因方式握持注射器,可在身體不同部位穿刺
及注射,如:病患腰圍和背後和/或臀部。有時病患在這些位置看不到注射針,且需能夠在不改變抓取方式下握持注射器。藉由刪除推鈕的動作,病患可隨心所欲且舒服地握持裝置。
使病患能確認狀態非常重要,尤其當病患看不到注射器時(如:腰圍和背後和/或病患臀部)注射器何時被使用。
本發明最主要目的為提供一可靠的藥物輸送裝置,在操作輸送構件和啟動裝置時容易使用,此目的可藉由藥物輸送裝置來達成,藥物輸送裝置包括一驅動裝置用來作用於藥物容器以排出藥物;一支托裝置用來支托該驅動裝置於預先賦予張力狀態;一啟動裝置用來與該支托裝置互相作用以從預先賦予張力狀態鬆開該驅動裝置;其中該藥物輸送裝置又包括反饋裝置用來與該支托裝置和該驅動裝置作用以產生一可聽見和/或可觸摸和/或可見的訊號指出藥物已完全排出。
根據本發明的主要觀點,裝置又包括一管狀外殼,有一近端和一相對的末端。

根據本發明另一觀點,當柱塞桿末端經過支托構件時,產生可聽見訊號以確認藥物已輸送完成,使縱向延伸彈性臂和支托構件被鬆開並以徑向向內移入,使U型支架藉該第一彈性構件之殘力向末端移動一預設距離D,藉此支架的橫向牆撞到該管狀延伸部末端內面。
根據本發明另一觀點,U型支架的橫牆包括一向末端延伸突起,且管狀延伸部末端面包括一穿孔,以當U型支架的橫牆撞到該管狀延伸部的末端內面時,向末端延伸突起穿過穿孔且向末端延伸一預設距離越過該管狀延伸部的外面以產生觸覺訊號。
根據本發明另一觀點,末端延伸突起有別於裝置的不同亮度和/或顏色,以產生視覺訊號。
自動藥物輸送裝置意指使用者不需壓下按鈕或啟動構件就可輸送藥物的藥物輸送裝置,只需將藥物輸送裝置對著注射處壓下。
如上所述,自動注射器很重要的一點是要讓使用者確認輸送完畢,尤其當病患使用藥物輸送裝置時而卻看不到藥物輸送裝置,如:在腰圍和腰背和/或臀部。因此為了從藥物容器排出藥物,一訊號,如:一可聽見聲音和/或一可觸摸訊號和/或一可看見訊號或結合其中幾項,與藥物容器的啟動有直接的暫時性的關係。
本發明藥物輸送裝置顯示許多優點。其高功能性和自動化移除了不必要的元件和動作以輸送藥物。並且在撤回過程中,由於管狀啟動構件被推出蓋住輸送構件(如:注

在目前的應用中,末端,意指藥物輸送裝置或是構件在注射時離使用者最遠的那端。相應之下,近側,則意指藥物輸送裝置或是構件在注射時離使用者最近的那端。

啟動構件30相對於管狀外殼20向末端方向移動,且在相對移動過程中,藥物輸送裝置的注射針穿刺皮膚。當管狀啟動構件30快到達相對於管狀外殼20的最末端位置時,已完成藥物輸送。當管狀啟動構件30從啟動位置相對於管狀外殼20向末端移動至輸送狀態位置時(環狀接觸構件31接近管狀外殼20近端11),藥物輸送會自動執行。
圖二C標示當輸送完成時,使用者將藥物輸送裝置1從輸送處移開,因此使管狀啟動構件30藉由第二彈性構件24之力相對於管狀外殼20向近端移動,最後到達結束狀態和鎖住狀態。

圖四A至圖四C依序根據本發明之一具體實施例的訊號產生構件110來描述一側視圖和透視圖。在具體實施例中,訊號產生構件110是一瘦長U型支架,備有至少兩瘦長臂111指向近端方向,和一遠端橫向牆(較低部位)112。當位於管狀延伸部22內時,該橫向牆112指向藥物輸送裝置的末端方向。訊號產生構件110是由金屬、塑膠或任何這些材料的組合而成。
圖四C是訊號產生構件110相對於柱塞桿90和第一彈性構件91的一透視圖和部分分解圖。臂111之上部備有角度托架構件113以徑向向外延伸(關於U型支架110的縱軸)。U型支架110包圍柱塞桿90的至少一部分和第一彈性構件91。且當驅動裝置在預先賦予張力狀態時,托架構件113靠在管狀延伸部22之近端上的環狀面。該預先賦予張力狀態亦即:柱塞桿90的開口94與管狀延伸部22之彈性舌狀物121的徑向向內突起(第三共同合作裝置)嚙合。
當驅動裝置在預先賦予張力狀態時,U型支架110的末端位於離該管狀延伸部22內末端的一預設距離D(圖六A),且當驅動裝置在鬆開狀態時,U型支架110末端與該管狀延伸部22的內部末端表面接觸。可聽見和/或觸碰和/或看見的確認訊號在當U型支架110末端藉由該第一彈性構件91之殘力而撞或接觸管狀延伸部22內末端面時產生。因此在輸送過程中,當柱塞桿90末端經過托架構件113時,臂111和托架構件113鬆開且徑向向內移動。由
於臂111被預先賦予張力,使得U型支架110能夠向末端方向移動。當U型支架110撞到管狀延伸部22末端時,產生訊號(可聽見聲音和/或可看見訊號和/或可觸摸訊號)。在注射前的狀態,U型支架110沿著柱塞桿90位於柱塞桿90和管狀延伸部22之間的空間,且包覆柱塞桿90。托架構件113必須有一徑向向外延伸,其超越柱塞桿90和管狀延伸部22內牆之間的空間的徑向延伸,以確保訊號產生構件110在柱塞桿90從臂111間移開前不會鬆開。遠端橫向牆112的外末端面又有一突起(未標示),經由開口(管狀延伸部22末端牆的一穿孔(未標示))被導引且向末端延伸一預設距離越過該管狀延伸部22的外面。本發明的具體實施例中,末端延伸突起有不同於裝置其他部份的亮和/或不同顏色以產生一視覺訊號。因此當U型支架110撞擊管狀延伸部22時,該突起成為觸覺和視覺訊號。
圖五描述驅動裝置和支托裝置,其中支托裝置包括管狀操作構件100和管狀延伸部22。以上所述第一共同合作裝置35是至少一向內延伸突起(圖一B)位於管狀啟動構件30內面末端上,且第二共同合作裝置是至少一溝槽101、102、103位於管狀操作構件100的外面上,以致該第一共同合作裝置35被導引於至少一溝槽101、102、103內,當管狀啟動構件30軸向移動時,迫使管狀操作構件100旋轉。用來支撐柱塞桿90和第一彈性構件91於預先賦予張力狀態的第五共同合作裝置105包括管狀操作

圖七顯示初始狀態的藥物輸送裝置,蓋子10仍在藥物輸送裝置上。容器80位於藥物輸送裝置內有一預設量的藥物,且備有輸送構件61和一可滑動瓶塞83於其末端。第二彈性構件24位於藥物輸送裝置近端內對管狀啟動構件30向近端施力。柱塞桿90有一近端與可滑動瓶塞83接觸,並至少部分圍繞第一彈性構件91,第一彈性構件91對柱塞桿90向近端方向施力。柱塞桿90末端部位於管狀延伸部22內與訊號產生構件110結合。藥物輸送裝置1最末端有標示距離“D”,亦即:訊號產生構件110末端和管狀延伸部22內末端面之間的“出聲”距離。

圖十一顯示輸送完成的藥物輸送裝置。柱塞桿90迫使可滑動瓶塞83從容器80經由輸送構件61排出所有藥物。當柱塞桿90末端部經過訊號產生構件110的末端部時,使臂111(因臂被預先賦予張力)向內移動(圖解於上面縮圖),且當訊號產生構件110到達管狀延伸部22末端面時,訊號產生構件110被鬆開且因此向末端方向移動而產生訊號(圖解於下面縮圖)。
因此說明一訊號產生構件110設有兩臂111。如上所述,更大數目的臂111當然也可能在本發明之請求項所定義的範圍內。若考慮使用多臂,例如:三或四臂,預先賦予張力是很重要的,使它們行使徑向向內之力並均勻地分布於訊號產生構件110的截面,以緊抓住驅動裝置於預先賦予張力狀態。
參考主要圖示七至十一,藥物輸送裝置1的操作將被更詳細的描述。在預先賦予張力狀態中,至少一突起95鄰接於壁架106,且位於管狀操作構件100內面的凹槽105鎖住彈性舌狀物121,以防止柱塞桿90被鬆開。藥物
輸送裝置1在當蓋子10被移開時預備使用。現在管狀啟動構件30在最近端位置,且藥物輸送裝置1已預備使用。使用者將管狀啟動構件30向末端移動,且突起35延著凹槽從位置101移至位置102使管狀操作構件100反時針方向旋轉(從末端看去)。在管狀操作構件100旋轉的過程中,突起95延著臂架106移動直到管狀操作構件100變成對齊彈性舌狀物121,此時允許彈性舌狀物121向外撓曲。此操作能夠藉第一彈性構件91之力使預先賦予張力的柱塞桿90鬆開向近端移動,且施力於可滑動瓶塞83使之被迫向近端移動,且藥物因此被輸送。當藥物被輸送且藥物輸送裝置被從注射處移開時,藉由第二彈性構件24和位於管狀操作構件100的至少一凹槽上的鎖裝置(例如一彈性舌狀物104(圖五)),管狀啟動構件30被迫向近端移動,,。當徑向向內延伸突起35移動超過舌狀物104時,該鎖裝置鎖住徑向向內延伸突起35。藥物輸送裝置1又包括一鎖裝置互動地連接於管狀啟動構件30。鎖裝置是一位於管狀操作構件100的至少一凹槽上的彈性舌狀物104,當該徑向向內延伸突起35移過舌狀物104時,彈性舌狀物鎖住徑向向內延伸突起35。
