技术领域
本发明涉及一种药物输送设备,并且具体地涉及一种当已经进行注射时向使用者提供听觉、触觉或视觉确认的改进的、使用者更加容易使用的自动药物输送设备。
背景技术
许多药物输送设备被研发用于自我给药,即使用者(她或他)自己执行药物输送。这需要使用起来尽可能安全的并且操纵起来尽可能简单的药物输送设备。为满足这些要求,必须将人为失误的风险降到最小,要减少需要执行以便接收剂量的动作量并且该设备使用起来必须是直观的且符合人体工程学。由此,为了将人为失误的风险降到最小,期望具有尽可能预装配的设备。

根据本发明的另一方面,第二共同作用装置包括在管状操作构件内表面上的凹槽,而管状延伸部分的对应第二共同作用装置包括具有径向向内凸起的弹性舌片。
根据本发明的再一方面,可释放接合装置包括在柱塞杆外表面上的凹槽,其可释放地接合到适于将驱动装置保持在预拉紧状态的弹性舌片的径向向内凸起。

根据本发明的另外一方面,当驱动装置处于预拉紧状态时,U-支架的横向壁布置为距离所述管状延伸部分的内部远端表面处于预定距离D。
根据本发明的再一方面,当柱塞杆的远端已通过支撑构件时产生听觉信号用于确认已执行药物输送,使得具有支撑构件的纵向延伸的弹性臂被释放并允许在径向向内方向上移动,通过由所述第一弹性构件施加的剩余力使U-支架能够在远端方向上移动预定距离D,藉此支架的横向壁碰到所述管状延伸部分的内部远端表面。
根据本发明的又一方面,U-支架的横向壁包括向远端延伸的凸起并且管状延伸部分的远端表面包括通孔,使得当U-支架的横向壁碰到所述管状延伸部分的内部远端表面时,向远端延伸的凸起通过通孔并在所述管状延伸部分的外表面之上向远端延伸预定距离以产生可触知信号。
根据本发明的另一方面,向远端延伸的凸起具有与设备其它部分相比明亮的和/或不同的颜色,用于产生视觉信号。
采用术语自动药物输送设备在本文中意味着适于无需使用者必须压按按钮或触发构件而是仅仅通过将药物输送设备近端压靠在输送部位来输送药物的药物输送设备。
在自动药物输送设备中,如上面所提到的应认为对患者来说重要的是:具体地是在患者看不见药物输送设备的地方-例如诸如环绕腰部和另外在腰部后侧和/或在患者臀部-使用药物输送设备之时,接收已进行输送的确认。因此,以药物容器物理触发的直接时间关系来产生信号,即听觉声音、和/或触觉信号、和/或视觉信号或其组合,目的是从药物容器排出药物。
本发明的药物输送设备表现出诸多优点。存在高度的功能性和自动化,其去除了用于输送药物的不必要的部件和动作。另外满足了重要的安全特性,因为在抽出期间管状触发构件被推出并遮蔽了例如针头的输送构件、并且还锁定为伸出状态,藉此防止意外的针戳。

具体实施方式
在本申请中,当使用术语“远端部分/远端”时,这指的是位于远离患者药物输送部位最远的输送设备的部分/端或其构件的部分/端。对应地,当使用术语“近端部分/近端”时,这指的是位于最接近患者药物输送部位的输送设备的部分/端或其构件的部分/端。
图1a以透视方式图示了示例性药物输送设备1的管状壳体20。管状壳体20具有近端11和相反的远端12。管状壳体20还包括在其内壁的凸起(未图示)。该凸起适于接收诸如管状触发构件30的触发装置的凹处36(见图1b)。当已进行注射后管状触发构件30在其最近端位置之时,管状触发构件30的凹处36用于将管状触发构件30锁紧在管状壳体20的内部。在一个示意性实施例中,存在管状触发构件30的两个凸起(未图示)和对应的两个凹处36,一个凸起在管状壳体20内壁的每一侧上。管状壳体20还包括容器固定器50,其同轴地布置并固定地附接在管状壳体20的内部用于容纳药物容器80(见图1c)。药物注射设备1还包括管状延伸部分22,优选地通过与管状延伸部分22的对应凸缘23(见图5)接合的弹性舌片15同轴地布置并固定地附接到壳体的远端12。
图1b图示了药物注射设备1的管状触发构件30。管状触发构件30具有环形接触构件31和对应的第一共同作用装置35,在一个示例性实施例中对应的第一共同作用装置35是凸起。在本发明的一个示例性实施例中,存在两个对应的第一共同作用装置35,如下文将要详细描述的这两个对应的第一共同作用装置35用于触发药物输送设备1。在该图中具体图示了引导装置34,其适于与位于管状壳体20内部的对应导向杆(未示出)配合,目的是防止管状触发构件30能够相对于管状壳体20旋转并允许管状触发构件30相对于管状壳体20在轴线方向上移动。在本发明的优选实施例中,存在两个引导装置34和对应的两个导向杆(未示出)。根据本发明的一个实施例,在一个示例性实施例中是拉簧的第二弹性构件24(见图1c)布置在管状触发构件30的近端,用于在近端方向上移动管状触发构件30。当药物注射设备1定位在其最终位置以便防止近端针头端61(见图1c)的意外可用性时,开孔/凹处36与管状壳体20的对应凸起(未示出)接合。
图1c图示了还包括相对于管状触发构件30布置的第二弹性构件24的药物输送设备1的内部,第二弹性构件24用于在近端方向上将管状触发构件30从非触发位置移动到触发位置,藉此当药物注射设备1处于非触发状态时环形接触构件31与壳体20的近端接触,并且藉此当药物注射设备1处于触发状态时环形接触构件31距离壳体近端处于预定距离。药物容器80布置在容器固定器50的内部并具有预定的药物容积、可滑动限位器83和输送构件。在本发明的一个示例性实施例中,药物容器80是设置有作为输送构件的针头61的注射器,然而本发明不应当局限于此,其它的实施例可包括具有薄膜82的药筒或可适应输送构件的类似件。在药物输送设备1中还包括:管状操作构件100(见图5),其包括交互式连接到管状触发构件30的对应第二共同作用装置35(见图1b)的第二共同作用装置101、102;驱动装置,其包括柱塞杆90和布置在柱塞杆内的第一弹性构件91。柱塞杆包括作为开孔/凹处的可释放接合装置94(见图4c),可释放接合装置94交互式连接到管状延伸部分22的对应第二共同作用装置121(见图5)。在本发明的一个示例性实施例中,第一弹性构件91是拉簧。柱塞杆90的近端92与可滑动限位器83接触。管状操作构件100(见图5)旋转地且同轴地在管状延伸部分22的近端部分上、在容器固定器50和管状延伸部分22的处于管状壳体20远端的环形凸缘之间布置。
同时,管状延伸部分22和管状操作构件100构成了保持装置,用于在穿刺之前使驱动装置保持在预拉紧状态。一旦致动触发装置,反馈装置与保持装置和驱动装置相互作用以发出已完全排出药物的信号。
图2a-图2d示出了药物输送设备1的简化透视图,其中图2a图示了具有盖子10的药物输送设备1的初始的非触发状态。图2b示出了药物输送设备1的触发状态,其中去除了盖子10。图2c示出了药物输送设备1的穿刺和注射状态,并且最后图2d示出了处于最终锁紧状态的药物输送设备1。参照图2a,药物输送设备1包括具有近端和相反的远端的管状壳体20。药物输送设备1还包括管状触发构件30,其可滑动地且同轴地布置在管状壳体20的内部并且包括近端的环形接触构件31。盖子10包括远端表面,与管状触发构件30的环形接触构件31的近端表面邻接使得当手动操作和分离盖子10时,它通过来自第二弹性构件24(见图1c)的力允许管状触发构件30从其非触发位置移动到其触发位置。
图2b示出了准备使用时的药物输送设备1。当使用者要执行例如注射的药物输送时,他/她将所述近端即环形接触构件31压靠在输送部位例如注射部位。然后管状触发构件30在远端方向上相对于管状壳体20移动,并在相对运动期间当使药物输送设备作为注射设备时,然后针头61手动穿刺皮肤。当管状触发构件30相对于管状壳体20要到达其最远端位置时,执行药物输送。当位于触发位置的管状触发构件30在远端方向上相对于管状壳体20运动到输送状态位置时自动执行药物输送,在该位置环形接触构件31接近管状壳体20的近端11。
图2c图示了当进行输送时,然后使用者通过由第二弹性构件24施加的力从输送部位移走药物输送设备1,藉此允许管状触发构件30在近端方向上相对于管状壳体20移动-并最后到达最终状态;锁紧状态。
图2d图示了处于其最终且锁紧状态的药物输送设备1,如图所示,其中管状触发构件30再次处于其最近端位置。在该状态下,借助于管状触发构件30远端中的与管状壳体20的凸起(未图示)接合的开孔/凹处36(见图1b),管状触发构件30的近端部分充分保护了输送构件61,并且管状触发构件30也被锁紧在最终位置以便防止输送构件61的意外可用性。
图3图示了反馈装置的各个方面,诸如信号发生构件110及其实施(另见图4a-图4c)。在图3中图示了包括紧接在所执行的药物输送之后适于产生听觉和/或触觉和/或看得见的注射确认信号的信号发生构件110的本发明的一个实施例,其中当驱动装置从预拉紧状态—其中第一弹性构件预拉紧地布置在柱塞杆内而柱塞杆接合到管状延伸部分—改变状态到释放状态—其中柱塞杆从管状延伸部分被完全释放并且不再与信号发生构件接触—时,产生药物输送确认信号。
图4a-图4c分别图示了本发明一个示例性实施例的信号发生构件110的侧视图和透视图。在图示的实施例中,信号发生构件110在管状延伸部分22内部布置时是细长的U型支架,设置有指向近端方向的至少两个细长臂111和指向药物输送设备远端方向的下部,即远端横向端壁112。信号发生构件110可以由金属、塑料或这些材料的任意组合制成。
图4c是信号发生构件110关于柱塞杆90和第一弹性构件91的透视及部分分解图。臂111上部设置有在大致径向向外方向上相对于U-支架110纵向轴线延伸的成角度的支撑构件113。U-支架110适于围住柱塞杆90的和第一弹性构件91的至少一部分,并且当驱动装置处于预拉紧状态即柱塞杆90的开口94与管状延伸部分22的弹性舌片121的径向向内突出凸起35接合时,支撑构件113适于安置在管状延伸部分22近端上的环形表面上。
当驱动装置处于预拉紧状态时,U-支架110的远端布置为距离所述管状延伸部分22的内部远端表面处于预定距离“D”(见图6a),并且当驱动装置处于释放状态时,U-支架110的远端与所述管状延伸部分22的内部远端表面接触。当U-支架110的远端通过由所述第一弹性构件91施加的剩余力碰到并接触管状延伸部分22的内部远端表面时,产生听觉和/或触觉和/或看得见的确认信号。由此,在输送过程期间,当柱塞杆90的远端经过支撑构件113时,由于臂111的预拉紧,具有支撑构件113的臂111被释放并允许在径向向内方向上移动,使U-支架110能够在远端方向上移动,并且当U-支架110碰到管状延伸部分22的远端时产生信号,通常是听觉声音和/或视觉信号和/或触觉信号。在预注射状态下,U-支架110布置为使得臂111定位在沿着柱塞杆90的在柱塞杆90和围住柱塞杆90的管状延伸部分22之间的空间内。支撑构件113必须具有在径向向外方向上的延伸部,该延伸部超过在柱塞杆90和管状延伸部分22的内壁之间的空间的径向延伸,以便在柱塞杆90已经远离臂111之间移动之前确保不释放信号发生构件110。远端横向端壁112的外部远端表面还可具有适于被引导穿过通常是管状延伸部分22远端端壁通孔(未图示)的开口的凸起(也未图示),并超出所述管状延伸部分22外表面向远端延伸预定距离。在本发明的一个示例性实施例中,向远端延伸的凸起具有与设备其它部分相比明亮的和/或不同的颜色,用于产生视觉信号。由此,当U-支架110碰到管状延伸部分22的远端时,所述凸起将激发触觉和视觉信号两者。

图6a-图6c图示了本发明药物输送设备1远端部分的简化侧视图。这些图的目的是简要描述并图示需要达成所陈述目标的重要特征。在图中图示了管状延伸部分22,其部分地围住驱动装置-即柱塞杆90和第一弹性构件91-以及信号发生构件110。
在图6a中药物输送设备1准备使用,其中信号发生构件110距离管状延伸部分22的内部远端表面处于预定距离“D”。

主要参照图7至图11,现在将更加详细地描述药物输送设备1的操作过程。在预拉紧状态下,至少一个凸起95邻接凸缘106,并且处于管状触发构件30内表面的凹槽105锁紧弹性舌片121防止释放柱塞杆90。当去除盖子10时,药物输送设备1准备使用。现在管状触发构件30位于其最近端位置,并且药物输送设备1准备使用。由使用者在远端方向上推动管状触发构件30并且凸起35沿着凹槽从位置101移动到位置102来实现管状操作构件100从远端观察的逆时针旋转。在管状操作构件100的旋转期间,凸起95沿着凸缘106移动并最终离开凸缘106,这使得能够释放预拉紧的柱塞杆90以便通过由第一弹性构件91施加的力在近端方向上移动,并将力作用于可滑动限位器83,可滑动限位器83在近端方向上被迫移动,由此传输了药物。当已经输送了药物且药物输送设备从输送部位移走时,依靠第二弹性构件34和在管状操作构件100的至少一个凹槽上的例如弹性舌片104(见图5)的锁紧装置,在近端方向上推动管状触发构件30,当在舌片104之上移动径向向内延伸凸起35时所述至少一个凹槽锁住径向向内延伸凸起35。药物输送设备1还包括交互式连接到管状触发构件30的锁紧装置。该锁紧装置是在管状操作构件100的至少一个凹槽上的弹性舌片104,当在舌片104之上移动所述径向向内延伸凸起35时,弹性舌片104锁紧径向向内延伸凸起35。

Claims (13)
1.一种用于药物输送设备的自动反馈装置,其告知使用者药物从药物容器完全排出,该自动反馈装置包括:
a)管状延伸构件,具有由内径和内部远端表面限定的径向空间;
b)管状操作构件,可旋转地与管状延伸构件接合;以及
c)信号发生构件,具有在距离所述内部远端表面一距离D的第一位置的横向壁,其中当横向壁向远侧移动所述距离D至第二位置且碰到所述内部远端表面时,信号发生构件生成听觉信号。
2.权利要求1的反馈装置,其中信号发生构件包括两个纵向延伸的弹性臂。
3.权利要求2的反馈装置,其中所述弹性臂设置有径向向外延伸的成角度的支撑构件。
4.权利要求3的反馈装置,其中信号发生构件包括细长的U型支架。

b)管状操作构件,其与管状延伸构件可旋转地接合并将弹性舌片径向向内偏压以将柱塞杆锁定在预拉紧状态,其中第一弹性构件位于柱塞杆内在近端方向上施加力;
c)信号发生构件,部分地围绕柱塞杆并具有当柱塞杆处于预拉紧状态下时距离管状延伸构件的内部远端表面一距离D的第一位置上的横向壁,
其中管状操作构件的移动导致弹性舌片径向展开解锁柱塞杆以向近侧移动并允许第一弹性构件向远侧移动信号发生构件所述距离D,在此,横向壁碰到内部远端表面生成表明药物从药物容器完全排出的听觉信号。
