技术领域    本发明涉及一种黑馒头肉香肠。
背景技术    市场上有多种香肠,但尚未见到有黑馒头肉香肠。一般市场香肠都为五花肉,蒸熟后很油腻,本发明在原香肠类食品中加入了吸油脂强的干黑馒头,使香肠不腻不油,干香有嚼劲。 
发明内容    本发明的目的是提供一种黑馒头肉香肠。 
方案是:五花肉泥5-6kg、老粗面1-1.2kg、荞麦面0.5-0.6kg、燕麦面0.5-0.6kg、高粱面0.5-0.6kg、精盐120-130g、味精30-35g、酱油80-100g。 
制备方法:将各钟面粉混合,发成馒头,粗面发的馒头为褐黑色,所以叫黑馒头,将蒸好的黑馒头烘干到七成干,切成丁,加入五花肉泥、精盐、味精、酱油混合并搅拌均匀,装香肠,干燥即可。

1.一种黑馒头肉香肠,其特征在于包含以下组份:
五花肉泥5-6kg、老粗面1-1.2kg、荞麦面0.5-0.6kg、燕麦面0.5-0.6kg、高粱面0.5-0.6kg、精盐120-130g、味精30-35g、酱油80-100g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的上述黑馒头肉香肠,其特征在于包含以下组份:
五花肉泥5kg、老粗面1kg、荞麦面0.5kg、燕麦面0.5kg、高粱面0.5kg、精盐120g、味精30g、酱油80g。
