Abstract
本发明在于提供稳定性提高的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物,通过在脂溶性维生素中含有碳酸钾,所得的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物的稳定性提高,脂溶性维生素的含量降低得到抑制。本发明的脂溶性维生素组合物可以按与脂溶性维生素接触的方式含有碳酸钾,作为含有脂溶性维生素的组合物的形态没有特别限制,可例示:脂溶性维生素中分散有碳酸钾的脂溶性维生素组合物、水包油型乳化组合物状的脂溶性维生素组合物、将水包油型乳化组合物干燥而得的粉末状的脂溶性维生素组合物等。另外,即使将所得的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物配合于饮食品等中,脂溶性维生素的含量降低也得到抑制。

技术领域
本发明涉及稳定性提高的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物。
背景技术
以往,脂溶性维生素自古以来就在防止老化、美容效果、保持健康等方面作为有效的成分受到关注,而被用于健康食品、功能性食品、功能性饮料、补充物、药品、化妆品等中。但是脂溶性维生素对氧、光、热、pH、金属离子等非常敏感、不稳定,因而具有在保存中脂溶性维生素容易分解,脂溶性维生素含量降低的问题,稳定性高的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物受到期待。
作为提高脂溶性维生素稳定性的相关技术,公开有:一种饮食品,其为配合油包水包油型乳液而成的含有脂溶性维生素类的饮食品,其中,油包水包油型乳液包括内部油相部、水相部和外部油相部,内部油相部含有脂溶性维生素类(参照专利文献1);含有类胡萝卜素的、经稳定化的含有油溶性维生素的组合物(参照专利文献2);在对光不稳定的脂溶性药物中配合选自黄色和红色的着色剂中的1种以上物质而成的光稳定性提高的组合物(参照专利文献3);配合琥珀酸生育酚或其盐、维生素B1类或其盐以及比容为约3mL/g以上的碱性无机化合物而成的维生素制剂(参照专利文献4)等,但脂溶性维生素的稳定性提高的效果均不充分,进一步优选的方法受到期待。

发明内容
发明要解决的技术问题
本发明的目的是提供稳定性提高的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物。
用于解决技术问题的方法
本发明人为了解决上述课题反复深入研究,结果发现了通过在脂溶性维生素中添加碳酸钾而解决上述技术问题。本发明人基于上述见解进一步反复研究,从而完成了本发明。
即,本发明包括:
1.含有脂溶性维生素的组合物,其特征在于,含有脂溶性维生素和碳酸钾;
2.饮食品,其特征在于,含有上述1所述的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物;
3.含有脂溶性维生素的组合物的稳定化方法,其特征在于,将碳酸钾添加至脂溶性维生素中。
更具体地,本发明为:相对于脂溶性维生素100质量份而含有碳酸钾0.005~30质量份的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物;和含有该含有脂溶性维生素的组合物的饮食品、以及包括相对于脂溶性维生素100质量份而添加碳酸钾0.005~30质量份的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物的稳定化方法。
发明效果
本发明的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物是稳定的,脂溶性维生素的含量降低受到抑制,品质上的经时变化少、进而即使将含有脂溶性维生素的组合物配合于饮食品中,脂溶性维生素的含量降低也得到抑制。
具体实施方式
作为本发明中所用的脂溶性维生素,例如可举出:维生素A、维生素E、维生素D、维生素K、泛醌等或它们的衍生物。作为脂溶性维生素的具体例,例如分别可举出:视黄醇、3-脱氢视黄醇、视黄醛、3-脱氢视黄醛、视黄酸、3-脱氢视黄酸和它们的乙酸酯或棕榈酸酯等衍生物等维生素A类;麦角骨化醇、胆骨化醇和它们的硫酸酯等衍生物等维生素D类;α-生育酚、β-生育酚、γ-生育酚、δ-生育酚、α-三烯生育酚、β-三烯生育酚、γ-三烯生育酚、δ-三烯生育酚和它们的乙酸酯或烟酸酯或磷酸酯等衍生物等维生素E类;维生素K1、维生素K2、维生素K3等维生素K类;泛醌所具有的异戊二烯残基数为1~12的泛醌等。这些脂溶性维生素可以组合一种或二种以上。
本发明中所用的脂溶性维生素可以是通过公知的方法由天然物提取纯化而得的,还可以是通过公知的方法化学合成而得的,进而也可以是使用微生物等通过发酵法而得的任一者。
本发明中所用的脂溶性维生素为了调整脂溶性维生素的浓度还可以是加入了食用油脂的脂溶性维生素。作为上述食用油脂,只要是可食用的油脂则没有特别限定,例如可举出:红花油、葡萄籽油、大豆油、葵花油、小麦胚芽油、玉米油、棉籽油、芝麻油、菜籽油、米油、花生油、橄榄油、中链脂肪酸甘油三酯(MCT)、棕榈油、棕榈仁油、椰子油等植物油脂、或牛脂、猪油、乳脂和鱼油等动物油脂、以及对上述动植物油脂进行氢化或酯交换而得的油脂等。上述食用油脂可以组合一种或二种以上。
另外,脂溶性维生素是由天然物提取纯化而得时,还可以含有来源于提取原料的食用油脂。
本发明中所用的碳酸钾的形状或纯度等没有特别限制,可以使用通常市售的碳酸钾。作为碳酸钾的优选形态,是使与脂溶性维生素的接触面积变大的形态。
对于本发明中所用的碳酸钾的添加量,相对于脂溶性维生素100质量份,优选添加碳酸钾约0.005~30质量份、进一步优选0.01~10质量份。相对于脂溶性维生素100质量份,碳酸钾的添加量小于约0.005质量份时,有时无法充分发挥脂溶性维生素的稳定化效果,碳酸钾添加量大于约30质量份时,有时脂溶性维生素的稳定性效果也不会进一步提高。
本发明的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物中可以根据期望并用公知的抗氧化剂。作为抗氧化剂,例如可举出:维生素C及其衍生物、异抗坏血酸钠等水溶性成分、儿茶素、没食子酸、杨梅提取物、芦丁、槲皮素糖苷、甘油三肉豆蔻酸酯、异槲皮素、柚皮素等黄酮类化合物类、堪非醇等查耳酮类以及它们的衍生物类等。
本发明的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物可以按与脂溶性维生素接触的方式来含有碳酸钾,含有脂溶性维生素的组合物的形态没有特别限制,例如可举出:碳酸钾分散于脂溶性维生素中的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物、制为含有脂溶性维生素与碳酸钾的乳化溶液的水包油型乳化组合物状的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物、将水包油型乳化组合物状的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物干燥而得的粉末状的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物、将粉末状的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物造粒而得的颗粒状的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物、将含有脂溶性维生素的组合物作为芯物质的微囊状的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物等。
以下对含有脂溶性维生素的组合物、水包油型乳化组合物状的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物以及粉末状的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物的制造方法进行例示。
含有脂溶性维生素的组合物的制造方法没有特别限制,例如可以通过一边搅拌一边将碳酸钾加入脂溶性维生素进行分散来制造。
作为含有脂溶性维生素的组合物的制造方法的具体例,可以在脂溶性维生素中根据期望加入油脂来调节脂溶性维生素含量后,加热至约100℃以下、优选约60~80℃,加入碳酸钾并搅拌、使之均匀分散,冷却至室温而制造含有脂溶性维生素的组合物。
水包油型乳化组合物状的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物的制造方法没有特别限制,可以通过用公知的方法进行乳化来制造。
作为水包油型乳化组合物状的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物的制造方法的具体例,可以加入水、糖类、多元醇、増粘稳定剂、乳化剂和碳酸钾,一边搅拌一边加热至约40~80℃、优选约60~80℃,一边将保持于约100℃以下、优选约60~80℃的脂溶性维生素缓慢加入,一边使用高速旋转式分散・乳化机以约4000~20000rpm的转数、约10~60分钟的搅拌时间进行乳化,从而制造水包油型乳化组合物状的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物。
用于制造水包油型乳化组合物状的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物的装置没有特别限制,例如可以使用搅拌机、具备加热用的套管和挡板等的通常的搅拌・混合槽。作为装备的搅拌机,优选使用TK均质混合机(プライミクス社制)或Clearmix(エムテクニック社制)等高速旋转式分散・乳化机。另外,还可以将由上述装置乳化的液体使用高压式均质化处理机进一步均质化。这里,高压式均质化处理机可优选使用例如:APV Gaulin Homogenizer(APV社制)、微射流机(マイクロフルイデックス社制)、Ultimaizer(スギノマシン社制)或Nanomizer(大和制罐社制)等。还可以代替上述高压式均质化处理机而使用例如超声波乳化机等均质化处理机。
作为水包油型乳化组合物状的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物中所用的糖类,例如可举出:淀粉分解物、异构化液状糖、辛烯基琥珀酸酯化淀粉等,上述糖类可以组合一种或二种以上。
作为水包油型乳化组合物状的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物中所用的多元醇,例如可举出:甘油、D-山梨糖醇、还原淀粉分解物等,上述多元醇可以组合一种或二种以上。
作为水包油型乳化组合物状的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物中所用的増粘稳定剂,例如可举出:琼脂、角叉菜胶、红藻胶、藻酸盐、刺槐豆胶、瓜尔胶、罗望子胶、车前子胶、阿拉伯胶、黄蓍胶、刺梧桐胶、果胶、阿拉伯半乳聚糖、支链淀粉、葡聚糖、凝胶多糖、纤维素、半纤维素、黄原胶、甘露多糖等,上述増粘稳定剂可以组合一种或二种以上。
作为水包油型乳化组合物状的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物中所用的乳化剂,例如可举出:甘油脂肪酸酯、甘油有机酸脂肪酸酯、聚甘油脂肪酸酯、聚甘油缩合蓖麻醇酸酯、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、失水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯失水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯、丙二醇脂肪酸酯、卵磷脂、皂苷等,可以使用它们中的一种或二种以上。
粉末状的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物的制造方法没有特别限制,可以通过以公知方法对水包油型乳化组合物状的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物、或、在水包油型乳化组合物状的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物中加入粉末化基材等而成的物质进行干燥来制造。
作为粉末状的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物的制造方法的具体例,可以在水中加入粉末化基材、増粘稳定剂、碳酸钾和乳化剂,一边搅拌一边加热至约40~80℃、优选约60~80℃,一边将保持于约100℃以下、优选约60~80℃的脂溶性维生素缓慢加入,一边使用高速旋转式分散・乳化机以约4000~20000rpm的转数、约10~60分钟的搅拌时间进行乳化,从而得到含有脂溶性维生素的乳化液。接着通过将含有脂溶性维生素的乳化液干燥而粉末化,可以制造粉末状的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物。
作为上述干燥方法,例如可举出:喷雾干燥、滚筒干燥、轮带干燥、真空干燥或真空冷冻干燥等,但优选喷雾干燥。对喷雾干燥装置没有特别限制,可以使用喷射式喷雾干燥装置或旋转圆盘式喷雾干燥装置等公知的装置。另外,对喷雾干燥的操作条件没有特别限制,例如,通过将含有脂溶性维生素和碳酸钾的乳化液供给至加压喷嘴式喷雾干燥装置,在热风入口温度约150~270℃、排气温度约70~130℃的条件下进行喷雾干燥,用旋风分离器捕集干燥物,从而得到粉末状的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物。所得粉末的平均粒径为约20~200μm、优选为约50~100μm。另外所得粉末的干燥减重为约10质量%以下、优选为约7质量%以下、进一步优选为约5质量%以下。
作为粉末状的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物中所用的粉末化基材,可举出:环糊精、糊精、乳糖、酪蛋白及其盐类、淀粉、化工淀粉、葡萄糖、果糖等单糖、蔗糖、乳糖、麦芽糖等二糖、糊精、粉末糖稀等淀粉分解物、麦芽三糖、麦芽四糖、麦芽五糖、麦芽六糖等麦芽寡糖类、山梨糖醇、甘露糖醇、麦芽糖醇、粉末还原糖稀、粉末还原帕拉金糖等糖醇类等,进一步优选可举出环糊精,上述粉末化基材可以1种或2种以上组合使用。
作为上述环糊精,可举出作为环状寡糖且根据葡萄糖数的差别而具有α、β、γ结构的环糊精、或在它们中导入低级烷基而得的甲基环糊精、乙基环糊精、羟烷基化而得的羟甲基环糊精、羟乙基环糊精、羟丙基环糊精、羟丁基环糊精等,优选可举出β-环糊精、γ-环糊精。
粉末状的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物中,在不影响本发明的目的・效果的范围内,可以加入例如赋予流动性的物质。作为赋予流动性的物质,例如可举出:磷酸三钙、微粒二氧化硅等。
这样得到的各形态的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物可以与以往的脂溶性维生素、以及以往的脂溶性维生素组合物同样地用于饮食品、药品、化妆品等中。
本发明的脂溶性维生素的稳定性优异,因而在配合于饮食品、药品、化妆品等中时稳定性也得以保持。
本发明的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物在饮食品、药品、化妆品等中的配合量没有特别限制,可以与通常的配合量等量。
作为添加含有脂溶性维生素的组合物的饮食品,例如可举出:以强化的目的而加入脂溶性维生素的育儿用粉乳、功能性饮料、运动饮料、营养补给饮料等。
作为添加含有脂溶性维生素的组合物的药品,例如可举出:滴眼药、点滴等,作为添加含有脂溶性维生素的组合物的化妆品,例如可举出:美肤剂、美发剂、生发剂等。
实施例
以下通过实施例来说明本发明,但它们只是用于说明本发明,并不限定本发明。
[含有脂溶性维生素的组合物]
(1)原材料
(a)脂溶性维生素
维生素E(产品名:理研Eオイル705;理研维生素社制、总生育酚含量68质量%以上、d-α-生育酚含量35%)
维生素A(产品名:维生素A脂肪酸酯;BASFジャパン社制、维生素A棕榈酸酯含量170万I.U./g)
维生素D(产品名:理研D3オイル100;理研维生素社制、维生素D3含量10万I.U./g)
(b)碳酸盐
碳酸钾(产品名:碳酸钾;和光纯药工业社制)
碳酸钠(产品名:碳酸钠;纯正化学社制)
碳酸钙(产品名:碳酸钙;和光纯药工业社制)
(2)含有脂溶性维生素的组合物的配合
使用上述原材料制作的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物的配合示于表1。

表中的数值为质量(g)。
(3)含有脂溶性维生素的组合物的制作方法
基于表1所示的配合将各原材料混合而制作含有脂溶性维生素的组合物(实施例品1~6、比较例品1~5)。应予说明,混合是在500mL烧杯中加入各原材料,加热至约60℃,使用搅拌机(产品名:THREE-ONE MOTOR、型号:FBL-600;HEIDON社制),以约300rpm搅拌15分钟来进行。
(4)含有脂溶性维生素的组合物的稳定性试验方法和结果
将所得的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物(实施例品1~6、比较例品1~5)各10g取至玻璃皿,在55℃的暗处保存。使用了维生素E的含有组合物的保存时间设为30天、70天,使用了维生素A、维生素D的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物的保存时间设为4天、8天、12天。
对含有脂溶性维生素的组合物中所含的脂溶性维生素含量进行测定,以刚制作后的脂溶性维生素为100质量%,计算保存后的脂溶性维生素的含有质量%(残留率)。结果示于表2。
这里,维生素E、维生素A、维生素D的测定方法示于以下。
维生素E的测定方法
通过“食品添加物公定書解説書”(第8版)中d-α-生育酚的测定方法记载(D-1183~1184)的定量方法来制备待测液和标准液。使用高效液相色谱以下述条件对该待测液和标准液进行测定,求出总生育酚(维生素E)的含量。
检测器:紫外线吸光光度计(产品名:SPD-10AV;岛津制作所社制)
检测波长:292nm
柱:Finepak SIL C18T-5 φ4.6×25cm(日本分光社制)
流动相:己烷﹕2-丙醇混合液=98﹕2
流量:1.0mL/min
柱温:40℃
注入量:20μL
维生素A的测定方法
通过“食品添加物公定書解説書”(第8版)中维生素A脂肪酸酯的测定方法记载(D-1339)的定量方法进行测定,求出维生素A的含量。此时,吸光度测定使用紫外分光光度计(型号:U-3310;日立制作所社制)来进行。
维生素D的测定方法
作为本发明的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物(维生素D含有品)的维生素D,精密称量对应于约2500I.U.的量,放入带瓶塞的褐色试管中,加入丁基羟基甲苯约5mg、正己烷5mL,在40~60℃的水浴中完全除去正己烷,作为待测液。
将维生素D3的标准原液(日本药典符合品)约30mg精密称量放入100mL褐色量瓶中,加入丁基羟基甲苯约5mg,用正己烷补足。然后再正确称量5mL放入50mL容积的褐色量瓶中,用正己烷补足。然后进一步正确称量10mL,放入50mL容积的褐色量瓶中,用正己烷补足,作为标准液。
将所得待测液和标准液使用高效液相色谱以下述条件进行测定,基于标准品的分析结果(峰面积)求出维生素D的含量。
检测器:紫外吸光光度计(产品名:SPD-10AV;岛津制作所社制)
检测波长:265nm
柱:Resolve silica 5μm:φ3.9×150mm(Waters社制)
流动相:己烷﹕2-丙醇混合液=95﹕5
流量:0.5mL/min
柱温:30℃
注入量:50μL

表中的数值是将刚制作后的脂溶性维生素作为100质量%的保存后的脂溶性维生素的各含有质量%(残留率)。
由表中的结果可明确,作为实施例的含有碳酸钾的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物的脂溶性维生素的残留率高、即使长时间保存也为良好的结果。另一方面,不含碳酸钾的比较例品的脂溶性维生素的残留率低、为稳定性不良的结果。
[粉末状的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物]
(1)原材料
维生素A(产品名:维生素A脂肪酸酯、BASFジャパン社制 维生素A棕榈酸酯含量170万I.U./g)
β-环糊精(商品名:CAVAMAX(R) W7
Food;シクロケム社制)
糊精(商品名:パインデックス#2;松谷化学工业社制)
阿拉伯胶(商品名:アラビックコールSS;三荣药品贸易社制)
碳酸钾(产品名:碳酸钾;和光纯药工业社制)
(2)粉末状的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物的配合
使用上述原材料制作的粉末状的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物的配合示于表3。

表中的数值为质量份。
(3)粉末状的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物的制作方法
基于表3所示的配合将各原材料以下述方法制为乳化液后,进行干燥而制作粉末状的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物(实施例品7、8、比较例品6、7)。
将表3所示的维生素A以外的原材料加入2L容积的不锈钢制啤酒杯中,一边缓慢混合,一边加温至液温60℃,保持于60℃的同时混合10分钟后,加入维生素A,使用T.K.ホモキキサー(型号:MARK II型;プライミクス社制)以8000rpm搅拌15分钟,得到乳化溶液。各乳化溶液的1次制作量为1500g。
使用喷雾干燥器(型号:L-8i;大川原化工机社制),对所得乳化溶液进行喷雾干燥(送风温度180℃),得到粉末状的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物(实施例品7、8 比较例品6、7)。
(4)粉末状的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物的稳定性试验方法和结果
将所得的粉末状的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物(实施例品7、8 比较例品6、7)各300g放入1L容积的塑料袋中,在40℃暗处保存30天、60天、90天。对粉末状的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物中所含的脂溶性维生素(维生素A)含量进行测定,以刚制作后的脂溶性维生素含量为100质量%,计算保存后的脂溶性维生素的含有质量%(残留率)。结果示于表4。

表中的数值是将刚制作后的脂溶性维生素作为100质量%的保存后的脂溶性维生素的各含有质量%(残留率)。
由表中所示的结果可明确,作为实施例的含有碳酸钾的粉末状的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物的脂溶性维生素的残留率高、即使长时间保存稳定性也良好。另一方面,不含碳酸钾的比较例品的脂溶性维生素的残留率低、为稳定性差的结果。
[含有粉末状的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物的食品]
(1)凝胶饮料的制作
在3L容积的不锈钢制啤酒杯中装入离子交换水1500g,在其中加入柠檬酸(和光纯药工业社制)2.55g和柠檬酸钠(和光纯药工业社制)1.80g,用搅拌机(产品名:THREE-ONE MOTOR、型号:FBL-600;HEIDON社制)混合溶解。在其中加入粉琼脂(商品名:伊那琼脂S-7;伊那食品工业社制)12.0g、角叉菜胶(商品名:GENUGEL角叉菜胶 WG-108;CP Kelco社制)7.5g,用搅拌机(产品名:THREE-ONE MOTOR 形式:FBL-600;HEIDON社制)150rpm,在60℃混合5分钟,得到凝胶饮料。将所得的凝胶饮料(产品温度25℃)用pH测量仪(型号:HM-30R;东亚DKK社制)进行测定,结果为pH3.8。
(2)原材料
凝胶饮料((1)凝胶饮料的制作中所得的凝胶饮料 pH3.8)
实施例品7(含有维生素A和碳酸钾的粉末状的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物)
实施例品8(含有维生素A和碳酸钾的粉末状的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物)
比较例品6(含有维生素A的粉末状的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物)
比较例品7(含有维生素A的粉末状的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物)
(3)含有粉末状的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物的食品的配合
含有使用上述原材料制作的含有粉末的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物的食品的配合示于表5。

(4)含有粉末状的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物的食品的制作方法
将表5的凝胶饮料300g取至500mL容积的烧杯中,用搅拌机(产品名:THREE-ONE MOTOR 型号:FBL-600;HEIDON社制)一边搅拌一边加温,保温于85℃,边搅拌边加入粉末状的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物(实施例品7、8 比较例品6、7)各0.09g,进行搅拌,得到含有粉末状的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物的凝胶饮料(实施例品9、10 比较例品8、9)。
(5)含有粉末状的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物的凝胶饮料的稳定性试验方法和结果
将所得的含有粉末状的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物的凝胶饮料100g加入蒸煮袋中进行密封后,以高压蒸汽灭菌装置(高压釜 型号:SN200;ヤマト科学社制)在105℃进行2分钟的加热杀菌处理。接着,将已杀菌的含有粉末状的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物的凝胶饮料在40℃暗处保存14天、28天。
对含有粉末状的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物的凝胶饮料中所含的脂溶性维生素(维生素A)含量进行测定,以刚制作后(加热杀菌前)的脂溶性维生素含量为100质量%,计算杀菌后、保存后的脂溶性维生素的含有质量%(残留率)。结果示于表6。

表中的数值是将刚制作后(加热杀菌前)的脂溶性维生素作为100质量%的保存后的脂溶性维生素的各含有质量%(残留率)。
由表中所示的结果可明确,含有碳酸钾的粉末状的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物即使在凝胶饮料中,脂溶性维生素的残留率也高,保存时的稳定性为良好的结果。另一方面,不含碳酸钾的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物在凝胶饮料中保存时的稳定性低,结果差。
产业实用性
根据本发明,提供稳定性提高的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物。本发明提供的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物是稳定的,脂溶性维生素的含量降低得到抑制,品质上的经时变化少、进而即使将含有脂溶性维生素的组合物配合于饮食品,脂溶性维生素的含量降低也得到抑制,基于上述各点,产业上的利用性巨大。
Claims (5)
1. 含有脂溶性维生素的组合物,其特征在于,含有脂溶性维生素和碳酸钾。
2. 权利要求1所述的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物,其中,相对于脂溶性维生素100质量份含有碳酸钾0.005~30质量份。
3. 饮食品,其特征在于,含有权利要求1或2所述的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物。
4. 含有脂溶性维生素的组合物的稳定化方法,其特征在于,将碳酸钾添加至脂溶性维生素中。
5. 权利要求4所述的含有脂溶性维生素的组合物的稳定化方法,其包括相对于脂溶性维生素100质量份添加碳酸钾0.005~30质量份。
