零压轮胎
技术领域
本发明涉及一种零压轮胎,更具体而言,是涉及一种兼顾零压行驶时耐久性和正常行驶时乘坐舒适性的零压轮胎。
背景技术
通常,零压轮胎在侧壁部的内面侧配置剖面呈新月状的侧壁增强层,为确保零压行驶时的耐久性,会采用增加侧壁增强层的厚度或使用高硬度橡胶的方法。然而,只采用这些方法在确保零压行驶具有良好的耐久性方面效果有限,并且随着侧壁刚性的增加,在通常行驶时乘坐舒适性会大大降低。
尤其是,当轮胎剖面高度增大至一定程度之后,零压行驶中出现故障时,其故障形态主要是胎圈部旁轮辋护胶附近的损坏,因此要求进一步采取措施,以防止该故障,并同时确保良好的乘坐舒适性。
针对该措施,目前提出了以下方法,即,在帘布层卷起部的轮胎轴向外侧的装饰线附近配置缓冲橡胶层,该缓冲橡胶层在侧壁部发生弯曲时,在帘布层卷起端部和轮辋凸缘之间,对轮辋凸缘的翘起起到缓冲作用,防止该部分发生断裂(例如,参考专利文献1),或者使帘布层卷起的终端离开与轮辋凸缘上端部接触的区域,从而抑制帘布层卷起终端附近由于应力集中而产生龟裂或龟裂进一步扩大(例如,参考专利文献2)。
然而,不论哪一种方法,其零压行驶耐久性的提升效果均有限,并且不能直接改善通常行驶状态下的乘坐舒适性,因此,作为兼顾零压行驶耐久性和乘坐舒适性的措施而言,尚不能令人满意。

发明内容
发明拟解决的问题
本发明的目的在于解决上述问题,提供一种兼顾零压行驶时耐久性与正常行驶时乘坐舒适性的零压轮胎。
发明内容
为实现上述目的,本发明的零压轮胎具有至少一层帘布层,该帘布层面对埋设于左右一对胎圈部中的胎圈芯外围,通过包围配置于该胎圈芯外周侧的胎边芯的方式,从轮胎内侧向外侧卷回,在胎面部的外周侧配置多个带束层,在该带束层的外周侧配置带罩层,同时在侧壁部中的所述帘布层和内衬层之间配置剖面呈新月状的侧壁增强层,其特征在于,将所述胎圈部外壁面的装饰线法线上的所述帘布层与所述侧壁部外壁面之间的橡胶厚度设为Ga,将所述帘布层法线上的该帘布层与所述侧壁部外壁面之间的最大橡胶厚度设为Gb时,Ga与Gb的关系为0.65Gb<Ga<0.85Gb,将所述装饰线法线上的所述帘布层与轮胎内壁面之间的橡胶厚度设为Gc时,Gc与Ga的关系为0.85Ga<Gc<1.00Ga,同时,在所述侧壁部的外壁面一侧埋设填胶,该填胶沿轮胎直径方向延伸,且在所述帘布层与侧壁部外壁面之间橡胶厚度最大位置处最厚,并往轮胎直径方向上下而逐渐变薄,
构成所述填胶的橡胶的100%拉伸模量Ms与构成所述侧壁增强层的橡胶的100%拉伸模量M的关系为0.7M≤Ms≤1.0M,构成所述胎圈部外壁面一侧轮辋护胶的橡胶的100%拉伸模量Mc与构成所述填胶的橡胶的100%拉伸模量Ms的关系为0.7Ms≤Mc≤1.3Ms,所述胎边芯的剖面积Df与所述填胶的剖面积Ds的关系为Df≤0.4Ds,所述填胶的剖面积Ds与所述侧壁增强层的剖面积D的关系为0.2D≤Ds≤0.6D。
进而,上述构造中,优选采用以下(1)及/或(2)记载的结构。
(1)所述剖面为新月状的侧壁增强层由在轮胎直径方向上相连的内侧橡胶和外侧橡胶构成,同时构成该侧壁增强层的橡胶的JIS-A硬度为内侧橡胶大于外侧橡胶。
(2)所述带罩层由复合纤维帘线构成,该复合纤维帘线由弹性模量不同的低弹性纱和高弹性纱捻绞而成。
发明的效果
根据本发明,将装饰线法线上的帘布层与侧壁部外壁面之间的橡胶厚度Ga、与帘布层法线上的该帘布层与所述侧壁部外壁面之间的最大橡胶厚度Gb的关系设定在规定范围内,并对帘布层外侧的轮胎直径方向橡胶厚度变化比例进行了限制,因此,随轮辋接触压力而产生的局部集中应力得到缓解,在零压行驶时,可抑制轮辋护胶附近橡胶的断裂故障,同时通过确保胎圈部上方区域的橡胶厚度,在通常行驶时,可改善乘坐舒适性。
此外,对装饰线法线上的帘布层与轮胎内壁面之间的橡胶厚度Gc进行了较大确保,并将该橡胶厚度Gc设为接近上述橡胶厚度Ga,因此,可以缓解在帘布层的主体侧与折返侧之间作用的切断应力,减少随之引起的断裂故障,尤其在零压行驶时,将提高耐久性,同时通过在受轮辋压力变形较大的区域确保橡胶厚度,可提高通常行驶时的乘坐舒适性。
进而,在侧壁部的外壁面一侧埋设填胶,该填胶沿轮胎直径方向延伸,且在所述帘布层与侧壁部外壁面之间橡胶厚度最大位置处最厚,并往轮胎直径方向上下而逐渐变薄,然后将该橡胶的100%拉伸模量Ms与侧壁增强层橡胶100%拉伸模量M的比值设定在规定范围内,因此,可避免对通常行驶时的乘坐舒适性造成不良影响,同时尤其在零压行驶时,可抑制帘布层受到的切断应力。
此外,将胎圈部外壁面一侧轮辋护胶的橡胶100%拉伸模量Mc设定在了与填胶橡胶100%拉伸模量Ms同等程度的规定范围内,因此,可避免对通常行驶时的乘坐舒适性造成不良影响,同时尤其在零压行驶时,可进一步切实抑制帘布层受到的切断应力。
进而,将填胶剖面积Ds与胎边芯剖面积Df的比值设定在规定范围内,同时将填胶剖面积Ds与侧壁增强层剖面积D的比值设定在规定范围内,因此,可高水平兼顾通常行驶时的乘坐舒适性和零压行驶时的耐久性。

图1是在侧壁部内面侧配置侧壁增强层的零压轮胎的构造剖面图。
图1中,零压轮胎1具有至少一层帘布层5,该帘布层5面对埋设于左右一对胎圈部2、2中的胎圈芯3、3外围,通过包围配置于胎圈芯3、3外周侧的胎边芯4、4的方式,从轮胎内侧向外侧卷回,在胎面部6的外周侧配置多个带束层7,在带束层7的外周侧配置带罩层8,同时在侧壁部9、9中的帘布层5和内衬层10之间配置剖面呈新月状的侧壁增强层11。
进而,本发明中,如图2所示,将胎圈部2外壁面的装饰线13法线X上的帘布层5与侧壁部9外壁面之间的橡胶厚度设为Ga,将帘布层5法线上的帘布层5与侧壁部9外壁面之间的最大橡胶厚度设为Gb时,Ga与Gb的关系为0.65Gb<Ga<0.85Gb,优选为0.70Gb<Ga<0.80Gb。另外,在图2中,Y表示帘布层5与侧壁部9外壁面之间的橡胶厚度为最大位置处的帘布层5法线。

此处,如果将装饰线13法线X上的橡胶厚度Ga设为帘布层5法线上的最大橡胶厚度Gb的0.85倍以上,则帘线形状会产生变形,或者橡胶容积会整体过大,从而成为妨碍耐久性的因素。另外,上述装饰线13是指为了能从外部判断轮胎与轮辋的嵌合状况,而设置于胎圈部2外壁面的沿轮胎周向延伸的细线。
进而,本发明中,将装饰线13法线X上的帘布层5与轮胎内壁面之间的橡胶厚度设为Gc时,该橡胶厚度Gc与上述橡胶厚度Ga的关系为0.85Ga<Gc<1.00Ga,优选为0.90Ga<Gc<0.95Ga。
如此,对装饰线13法线X上的帘布层5与轮胎内壁面之间的橡胶厚度Gc进行了较大确保,并将该橡胶厚度Gc设为接近上述橡胶厚度Ga,因此,可以缓解在帘布层5的主体侧与折返侧之间作用的切断应力,减少随之引起的帘布层5主体侧与折返侧之间的断裂故障,尤其在零压行驶时,将提高耐久性,同时通过在受轮辋压力变形较大的区域确保橡胶厚度,可提高通常行驶时的乘坐舒适性。
进而,本发明中,在侧壁部9的外壁面一侧埋设弹性较高的填胶SF,该填胶SF沿轮胎直径方向延伸,且在帘布层5与侧壁部9外壁面之间橡胶厚度最大位置处最厚,并往轮胎直径方向上下而逐渐变薄。然后,将构成填胶SF的橡胶的100%拉伸模量Ms,调整为构成侧壁增强层11的橡胶的100%拉伸模量M的0.7~1.0倍。
如此,通过在侧壁部9的外壁面埋设在轮胎直径方向上厚度发生变化的填胶SF,可避免对通常行驶时的乘坐舒适性造成不良影响,同时尤其在零压行驶时,可有效抑制帘布层5受到的切断应力。此处,如果填胶SF的橡胶拉伸模量Ms低于侧壁增强层11橡胶拉伸模量M的0.7倍,则帘布层5受到的切断应力会过大,耐久性会降低,如果超过1.0倍,则纵向弹性常数会增加,乘坐舒适性会降低。
此外,本发明中,上述100%拉伸模量是指在23℃温度下依据JISK6251标准进行测量时,100%伸长后的拉伸应力。以下亦同。
进而,本发明中,将构成胎圈部2外壁面一侧轮辋护胶RC的橡胶的100%拉伸模量Mc,调整为构成填胶SF的橡胶的100%拉伸模量Ms的0.7~1.3倍。
如此,将轮辋护胶RC的橡胶100%拉伸模量Mc设定在了与填胶橡胶100%拉伸模量Ms同等程度的规定范围内,因此,可避免对通常行驶时的乘坐舒适性造成不良影响,同时尤其在零压行驶时,可进一步切实抑制帘布层受到的切断应力。此处,如果轮辋护胶RC的橡胶拉伸模量Mc低于填胶SF橡胶拉伸模量Ms的0.7倍,则帘布层5受到的切断应力会过大,耐久性会降低,如果超过1.3倍,则纵向弹性常数会增加,乘坐舒适性会降低。
进而,本发明中,将胎边芯4的剖面积Df调整为填胶SF剖面积Ds的0.4倍以下,同时将填胶SF的剖面积Ds调整为侧壁增强层11剖面积D的0.2~0.6倍。
由此,可高水平兼顾通常行驶时的乘坐舒适性和零压行驶时的耐久性。此处,如果胎边芯4剖面积Df与填胶SF剖面积Ds的关系、以及填胶SF剖面积Ds与侧壁增强层11剖面积D的关系在上述范围之外,则会失去轮胎整体的应力平衡,导致耐久性降低,同时会由于纵向弹性常数增加而导致乘坐舒适性降低。
本发明中,帘布层5的卷回终端5a位置并无特别限定,优选如图2所示,可将帘布层5的卷回终端5a位置配置在帘布层5与侧壁部9外壁面之间橡胶厚度最大处的附近。由此,可抑制由帘布层5卷回终端5a导致的断裂故障,尤其在零压行驶时将提高耐久性。
此外,胎边芯4的外周端4a位置也无特别限定,优选如图2所示,可使其位于较胎圈部2外壁面上的轮辋装饰线13法线X更靠近轮胎直径方向内侧。由此,在零压行驶时,可使胎边芯4的外周端4a远离易受轮辋接触压力所致较大应力的区域,因此能抑制作用于胎边芯4外周端4a上的切断应力,并可抑制其附近的橡胶断裂现象,提高零压行驶耐久性。
图3是根据本发明另一实施例的零压轮胎1的侧壁部9构造剖面图,本实例中,为强化胎冠部刚性,在帘布层5的外周侧配置第二帘布层12,其横跨胎面部6的宽度方向,且在胎边芯4的轮胎内壁面一侧具有终端12a。
如此,沿帘布层5外周面配置终端12a不抵达胎圈芯3外周面3a的第二帘布层12后,不会因施加于帘布层5的张力而产生切断变形问题的第二帘布层12,将强化胎冠部的刚性,因此,在通常行驶时,能发挥良好的操纵稳定性及乘坐舒适性,同时在零压行驶时,可抑制胎面部6产生变形,从而在确保良好操纵稳定性及乘坐舒适性的同时,进一步提高零压行驶耐久性。
本发明中,更优选如图3所示,上述侧壁增强层11由在轮胎直径方向上相连的内侧橡胶11a和外侧橡胶11b构成,同时这些橡胶的JIS-A硬度为内侧橡胶11a大于外侧橡胶11b。由此,通过在胎面部6一侧配置柔软的橡胶,可利用胎肩部附近橡胶的弯曲来降低从轮辋处接收到的应力,进一步提高通常行驶时的乘坐舒适性。
本发明中,更优选带罩层8由复合纤维帘线构成,该复合纤维帘线由弹性模量不同的低弹性纱和高弹性纱捻绞而成。如此,通过将由低弹性纤维帘线和高弹性纤维帘线捻绞而成的复合纤维帘线用作带罩层8,可对低弹性纤维帘线在高热下变形难以恢复的缺点、以及高弹性纤维帘线在压缩疲劳性和粘合性方面存在困难的缺点进行相互弥补。
然后,通过适当选择该复合纤维帘线的种类和物性,可确保胎冠部的刚性,从而在通常行驶时发挥良好的操纵稳定性及乘坐舒适性,同时在零压行驶时,可抑制胎冠部6产生变形,从而提高零压行驶耐久性。
如上所述,本发明所述零压轮胎对侧壁部上以帘布层为中心的内外橡胶厚度关系进行指定,同时在侧壁部的外壁面一侧埋设沿轮胎直径方向延伸的填胶,并对填胶拉伸模量与侧壁增强层拉伸模量的关系、轮辋护胶拉伸模量与填胶拉伸模量的关系、胎边芯剖面积与填胶剖面积的关系、填胶剖面积与侧壁增强层剖面积的关系进行指定,由此,高水平兼顾了零压行驶耐久性和乘坐舒适性,因此可广泛用作近年来安装在高性能车辆中的零压轮胎。
实例
<常规例、实例1~4以及比较例1、2>
制作常规轮胎(常规例)、本发明轮胎(实例1~4)以及比较轮胎(比较例1、2),其轮胎尺寸为245/45R17,左右侧壁部的基本构造如图2所示,并且使侧壁部9的橡胶厚度比(Ga/Gb、Gc/Ga)、填胶的100%拉伸模量Ms/侧壁增强层的100%拉伸模量M、轮辋护胶的100%拉伸模量Mc/填胶的100%拉伸模量Ms、胎边芯的剖面积Df/填胶的剖面积Ds、填胶的剖面积Ds/侧壁增强层的剖面积D、侧壁增强层的JIS-A橡胶硬度、以及带罩层的材料分别如表1所示各不相同。
另外,表1中,各部件的100%拉伸模量仅表示为拉伸模量。此外,各轮胎中,帘布层5使用人造纤维帘线、带束层7使用钢帘线、胎边芯4使用JIS-A硬度为80的橡胶。
将这7种轮胎分别安装到发动机排气量1800cc、前置前驱型车辆的前后轮上,并通过以下试验方法,对零压行驶耐久性及乘坐舒适性进行评估。
零压行驶耐久性
将各轮胎组装到轮辋(尺寸:17×8.0J)上,将气压设为230kPa,将4个车轮中驱动轮右侧(1个)的气门芯拔去,在柏油路面试车跑道上,以平均80km/h的速度行驶,由驾驶员一直行驶,直至感觉到因轮胎问题而产生振动,并根据其平均行驶距离,评估零压行驶耐久性。然后,由3名熟练的测试驾驶员实施该评估,计算其结果平均值,并以常规轮胎为指数100,一同记入表1。数值越大,表示零压行驶耐久性越好。
〔乘坐舒适性〕
将各轮胎组装到轮辋(尺寸:17×8.0J)上,将气压设为230kPa,在干燥的柏油路面试车跑道上,以平均80km/h的速度行驶,由3名熟练的测试驾驶员进行感官评估。以常规轮胎为3分,用5分法对该评估结果进行统计,其平均值一同记入表1。数值越大,表示乘坐舒适性越好。

Claims (3)

1.一种零压轮胎,其具有至少一层帘布层,该帘布层面对埋设于左右一对胎圈部中的胎圈芯外围,通过包围配置于该胎圈芯外周侧的胎边芯的方式,从轮胎内侧向外侧卷回,在胎面部的外周侧配置多个带束层,在该带束层的外周侧配置带罩层,同时在侧壁部中的所述帘布层和内衬层之间配置剖面呈新月状的侧壁增强层,其特征在于,
将所述胎圈部外壁面的装饰线法线上的所述帘布层与所述侧壁部外壁面之间的橡胶厚度设为Ga,将所述帘布层法线上的该帘布层与所述侧壁部外壁面之间的最大橡胶厚度设为Gb时,Ga与Gb的关系为0.65Gb<Ga<0.85Gb,将所述装饰线法线上的所述帘布层与轮胎内壁面之间的橡胶厚度设为Gc时,Gc与Ga的关系为0.85Ga<Gc<1.00Ga,同时,
在所述侧壁部的外壁面一侧埋设填胶,该填胶沿轮胎直径方向延伸,且在所述帘布层与侧壁部外壁面之间橡胶厚度最大位置处最厚,并往轮胎直径方向上下而逐渐变薄,
构成所述填胶的橡胶的100%拉伸模量Ms与构成所述侧壁增强层的橡胶的100%拉伸模量M的关系为0.7≤Ms≤1.0M,构成所述胎圈部外壁面一侧轮辋护胶的橡胶的100%拉伸模量Mc与构成所述填胶的橡胶的100%拉伸模量Ms的关系为0.7Ms≤Mc≤1.3Ms,所述胎边芯的剖面积Df与所述填胶的剖面积Ds的关系为Df≤0.4Ds,所述填胶的剖面积Ds与所述侧壁增强层的剖面积D的关系为0.2D≤Ds≤0.6D。
2.如权利要求1所述的零压轮胎,其特征在于,所述剖面为新月状的侧壁增强层由在轮胎直径方向上相连的内侧橡胶和外侧橡胶构成,同时构成该侧壁增强层的橡胶的JIS-A硬度为内侧橡胶大于外侧橡胶。
3.如权利要求1或权利要求2所述的零压轮胎,其中,所述带罩层由复合纤维帘线构成,该复合纤维帘线由弹性模量不同的低弹性纱和高弹性纱捻绞而成。
