Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于产生电能的风力系统。
更具体地,本发明涉及这样的一种用于产生电能的风力系统,即,其包括:塔架(tower);机舱(nacelle),安装至塔架,以围绕第一轴线旋转;毂,安装至机舱,以围绕第二轴线旋转;以及至少一个叶片,安装至毂,以围绕第三轴线旋转。
背景技术
在实际使用中,风吹到叶片(特别是叶片的一个表面)上,使毂相对于第二轴线旋转,因此将动能从风传递至毂。作用在叶片上的风致使电荷沿叶片的外表面(特别是尖端)积聚。由于击中风力系统(特别是叶片)的闪电,也使大量的电荷积聚在叶片上。
在这两种情况下,都必须使电荷接地,这产生流过风力系统的电流。
风力系统具有对电流高度敏感的区域,诸如滚动轴承,因此必须防止电流流过这些区域。
风力系统通常在叶片与毂之间具有至少一个滚动轴承;在毂与机舱之间具有一滚动轴承;并且在机舱与塔架之间具有一滚动轴承。当经受由叶片上的电荷产生的电流且特别是由击中叶片的闪电产生的强电流时,这些滚动轴承会劣化。
因此必须提供一种用于远离风力系统的敏感部件来引导电流的装置,如在文献DE 4436290、DE 19826086、DE 19501267、DE 4445899、WO00/14405、WO 96/07825、WO 2004/044419中所描述的。
上述文献中的每个都描述了一种设计成沿不经过风力系统的任何敏感部件的路径来引导电流的安全装置。但是,所描述的装置都不允许公差、余量(slack)和由叶片和机舱两者所经受的变形引起的风力系统的尺寸变化。此外,将叶片设计成围绕第三轴线旋转,以调节叶片的迎角;在这种情况下,叶片与毂之间的距离且因此风力系统安全装置的电连接也改变,从而不再充分地保护风力系统。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种设计成减少现有技术的缺陷的风力系统。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种设计成安全地运作的风力系统。
根据本发明,提供了一种用于产生电能的风力系统,包括:塔架;机舱,安装至塔架以围绕第一轴线旋转;毂,安装至机舱以围绕第二轴线旋转;至少一个叶片,安装至毂以围绕第三轴线旋转;以及至少一个安全装置,与机舱的第二区域和位于叶片的根部处的第一区域相接触地定位以将叶片电连接至机舱;并且其中,安全装置是可变形的,以补偿第一区域与第二区域之间的距离的变化。
根据本发明的安全装置是可变形的,即使与风力系统的第一区域与第二区域之间的距离的变化同时,也能保持电连接。
在一优选实施例中,安全装置是可弹性地变形的,从而补偿是自动的。
在另一优选实施例中,安全装置是可选择性地调节的,以允许对安全装置的位置和/或长度的微调。

具体实施方式
图1中的标号1从整体上指出风力系统,其包括塔架2、机舱3、毂4、三个叶片6、以及三个安全装置8。
三个叶片6安装至毂4,所述毂安装至机舱3,所述机舱又安装至塔架2。更具体地,机舱3安装成相对于塔架2围绕轴线A1旋转,以逆风地定位叶片6,并且毂4安装成相对于机舱3围绕轴线A2旋转。
每个叶片6均安装成相对于毂4围绕轴线A3旋转,以调节叶片6相对于风的方向的迎角。在所示实例中,轴线A3大体上垂直于轴线A2并相对于轴线A2是径向的。
参照图4,每个叶片6均包括连接装置10,所述连接装置将叶片6可调节地连接至毂4,即允许叶片6围绕轴线A3(图3)旋转,并且所述连接装置包括至少一个滚动轴承(在图中未示出)。
参照图6,其中用虚线示出了叶片6和机舱3的一部分,安全装置8位于叶片6与机舱3之间,并且所述安全装置包括:具有开口15的玻璃纤维支撑结构14;金属导电箍(strap)16;以及将导电箍16电连接至叶片6的至少一个导电构件17。
在图4-图6的实例中,每个安全装置8均包括四个导电构件17。
参照图4,导电箍16由导电材料制成,由支撑结构14支撑,并具有表面12;并且机舱3在机舱3的由机舱3的靠近毂4的一端所限定的区域中具有环形表面13。
导电箍16被支撑结构14弹性地挤压在机舱3的接触区域上,以分别沿表面12和环形表面13在导电箍16与机舱3之间建立接触。在实际使用中,该接触是滑动接触。
每个导电构件17均沿支撑结构14设置,可由嵌入或连接至支撑结构14的导电体限定,直接连接至导电箍16,并接触叶片6的一区域,以在叶片6的该区域(大体上由叶片6的根部限定)与导电箍16之间形成电接触。
参照图1,叶片6包括:局部用玻璃纤维覆盖的金属芯(未示出);以及嵌入到玻璃纤维中以将电荷从叶片6的尖端传递至根部(所述根部通常完全由金属制成)的导电体(未示出)。
参照图5和图6,支撑结构14包括设计成使支撑结构14可弹性地变形的连接臂20,并且所述连接臂在叶片6外是凹入的。一般而言,整个支撑结构14在叶片6外是凹入的,以增加支撑结构14的弹性。
参照图6,安全装置8包括用于将其紧固至叶片6的紧固件11。在图2、图3、图4和图6的实例中,紧固件11是插入到支撑结构14中的狭槽9内并用螺钉固定至叶片6的螺钉(图5)。参照图6,狭槽9平行于轴线A3延伸,以允许对支撑结构14相对于叶片6和机舱3的位置的微调。换言之,安全装置8在一侧上可调节地安装至叶片6,并在相对侧上,与机舱3的接触区域滑动接触。
安全装置8因此在叶片6与机舱3之间建立电连接,由此将由环境引起的电荷产生的电流直接从叶片6传递至机舱3。
参照图2,基于与风力系统1的效率有关的参数来控制叶片6,以围绕相应的轴线A3旋转,从而调节每个叶片6的迎角。
在实际使用中,叶片6因此可呈现不同的运作构造,在每种运作构造中,由安全装置8建立的电连接必须通过确保安全装置8一直与机舱3的接触区域保持接触而得以保证。
参照图6,导电箍16沿围绕第三轴线A3的圆弧延伸,以确保安全装置8与机舱3之间的电接触,而不管叶片6的运作构造是怎样的。
支撑结构14设计成围绕轴线A3延伸90°。
图2示出了使机舱3的接触区域与处于一种运作构造中的叶片6相接触的安全装置8。
图3示出了由叶片6的节距(pitch)的变化导致的处于不同运作构造中的叶片6。不管叶片6的运作构造是怎样的,安全装置8仍保持与机舱3的接触区域相接触。
图7至图11示出了本发明的第二实施例,其中使用与图1至图6中相同的参考标号指出与第一实施例类似的部件,并且用安全装置25代替安全装置8。
参照图7,安全装置25包括:包括构件27和构件28的臂26;螺钉29;金属导电箍30;包括梳状件(comb)34、中心体35、隔离件36和滑动件39的臂33(图10);以及臂43。
参照图8,臂26由导电材料制成,从毂4延伸至叶片6,并在一端处由构件27限定,且在相对端处由构件28限定。构件28的弹性保持其一直与固定至叶片6的一区域的导电箍30相接触;同时构件27通过螺钉29刚性地固定至毂4。叶片6的接触区域位于叶片6的根部处,从而臂26在叶片6与毂4之间形成电连接。实际上,构件27和28由导电材料制成。
参照图8和图9,构件28设计成具有比构件27、叶片6和毂4高的弹性度,从而使得构件28的弹性补偿由余量、公差、变形或叶片6围绕轴线A3的移动引起的毂4与叶片6的接触区域之间的距离的任何变化。
参照图11,臂26包括通过螺钉46紧固至构件28的滑动件45,因此滑动件45是可容易地更换的。滑动件45由导电材料制成,并承受当叶片6围绕轴线A3旋转时由滑动摩擦产生的磨损,因此滑动件45的容易更换极大地缩短了风力系统1的停机时间。此外,构件28具有多个围绕滑动件45的翅片(fin)47,以避免当叶片6围绕轴线A3旋转时对导电箍30的阻碍。
特别地参照图11,臂26包括调节螺钉31;构件27和28每个均具有相应的狭槽32;并且构件28通过调节螺钉31固定至构件27,所述调节螺钉容纳在狭槽32中,以允许对构件28相对于构件27的位置的微调。调节螺钉31的位置取决于期望的构件28相对于构件27的位置。实际上,臂26的弹性度可通过调节构件28相对于构件27的位置来调节;并且构件27和28每个均具有实现不同的紧固构造的八个狭槽32。
参照图7,臂33由导电材料制成并位于毂4与机舱3之间。更具体地,臂33的中心体35在一端处通过螺钉29刚性地固定至毂4和臂26,并在相对端处固定至隔离件36和梳状件34。臂33的游标(cursor)39(图10)固定至隔离件36并与机舱3的环形表面13相接触地定位;并且中心体35、隔离件36、梳状件34和游标39全都由导电材料制成。
参照图10,隔离件36相对于轴线A2径向地位于梳状件34外;并且隔离件36和梳状件34关于轴线A2径向地对准。
梳状件34位于距离机舱3的给定距离处,并设计成形成与机舱3的接触区域的电连接。
参照图10,隔离件36和梳状件34两者都通过形成臂33的一部分的调节螺钉37并通过中心体35中的狭槽38可调节地固定至臂33的中心体35。调节螺钉37允许对隔离件36相对于机舱3的环形表面13的位置以及梳状件34相对于机舱3的接触区域且因此也相对于隔离件36的位置的微调。
臂33由臂43支撑,所述臂43在一端处通过形成风力系统1的一部分的螺钉44刚性地固定至毂4,并在相对端处固定至臂33。更具体地,臂33包括调节螺钉41以及形成在中心体35中的狭槽42。调节螺钉41穿过狭槽42安装,以将臂33的中心体35固定至臂43。通过调节调节螺钉41在狭槽42内的位置,通过调节螺钉41和狭槽42的组装允许对臂33的弹性度的微调。
隔离件36包括螺栓40,所述螺栓将滑动件39固定至隔离件36,从而使得滑动件39面向机舱3的环形表面13。在实际使用中,臂33与机舱3滑动接触。更具体地,滑动件39与机舱3滑动接触,并承受由滑动摩擦引起的磨损,因此通过螺栓40的滑动件39的组装使得所述滑动件容易更换,并大大地缩短了用于维护的风力系统1的停机时间。
对臂33的弹性的精确微调和对隔离件36相对于机舱3的位置的精确微调确保了隔离件36的滑动件39与机舱3的环形表面13之间的接触(特别是滑动接触),从而使得由摩擦叶片6的空气微粒形成在叶片6上的任何电荷经过滑动件39。
对梳状件34相对于机舱3的位置的精确微调还确保了,而且由于隔离件36,梳状件34总是位于距离机舱3的接触区域的给定距离处;该给定距离设计成确保当闪电击中叶片6时,所产生的电流主要经过梳状件34而非隔离件36接地。
对隔离件36的位置、梳状件34的位置和弹性的微调既可在初始组装阶段进行也可作为风力系统1的日常维护的一部分。
由摩擦引起的电荷产生的电流和由闪电产生的电流具有不同的频率,以及因此沿着两条不同的路径,至少在梳状件34和隔离件36区域中如此。因此,梳状件34的形状、尺寸和位置设计成使得由闪电产生的电流能流过它并使用它作为到达机舱3的优选路径;同时隔离件36和滑动件39的形状和尺寸设计成使得由空气摩擦叶片6产生的电流使用它们作为从叶片6到机舱3的优选路径。
在第二实施例的变型(未示出)中,臂26被通过弹簧彼此连接的两个刚性导电构件代替,因此通过弹簧保持两个刚性构件中的一个一直与滑动支撑件相接触来保证滑动接触。
参照图12,风力系统1包括壳体(shell)48,壳体48由毂4支撑并容纳叶片6的根部和毂4。壳体48由支撑构件49保持在距离毂4和叶片的给定距离处,通常由玻璃纤维制成,并具有气动形状。
壳体48具有如在图15中更好地示出的面向机舱3的环形边缘50以及每个均被叶片6的根部占用的开口51。特别地,在每个开口51处,壳体48包括围绕叶片6的根部延伸的套管52。
风力系统1包括用于每个叶片6的安全装置53,以用于将每个叶片6电连接至机舱3。

Claims (26)

19.根据权利要求18所述的风力系统,其中,所述安全装置(25)包括第一滑动件(39);所述第一滑动件(39)弹性地挤压在所述第二区域上,与所述第二区域滑动接触,并能电连接至所述机舱(3)以限定用于由空气摩擦所述叶片(6)产生的电荷的优选路径。
20.根据权利要求19所述的风力系统,其中,所述安全装置(25)包括隔离件(36)以及至少一个第一调节螺钉(37);所述第一臂(33)包括具有至少一个第一狭槽(38)的中心体(35);所述隔离件(36)通过所述第一调节螺钉(37)和所述第一狭槽(38)可调节地固定至所述中心体(35),以调节所述隔离件(36)相对于所述机舱(3)的位置;所述第一滑动件(39)固定至所述隔离件(36)并且是可互换的;并且调节所述隔离件(36)的位置,以使所述第一滑动件(39)接触所述机舱(3)的环形表面(13)。
21.根据权利要求20所述的风力系统,其中,所述梳状件(34)可调节地连接至所述中心体(35),优选地通过所述第一调节螺钉(37)和所述第一狭槽(38)连接,以调节所述梳状件(34)与所述机舱(3)之间的给定距离。
22.根据权利要求21所述的风力系统,其中,所述梳状件(34)与所述机舱(3)之间的给定距离是预定的,以形成用于由击中所述叶片(6)的闪电产生的电荷的优选路径。
23.根据权利要求16至22中任一项所述的风力系统,其中,所述安全装置(25)包括位于所述第一区域处的第二导电箍(30);所述第二导电箍(30)与所述第二臂(26)滑动接触以将所述叶片(6)电连接至所述第二臂(26);并且所述第二导电箍(30)沿围绕所述第三轴线(A3)的一圆弧延伸。
24.根据权利要求23所述的风力系统,其中,所述第二臂(26)包括第一构件(27)、第二构件(28)以及至少一个第二调节螺钉(31);所述第一构件(27)和所述第二构件(28)每个均具有至少一个第二狭槽(32);并且所述第二构件(28)通过所述第二调节螺钉(31)和所述第二狭槽(32)可调节地连接至所述第一构件(27),以调节所述第二构件(28)相对于所述第一构件(27)的位置,并调节所述第二臂(26)的弹性度。
25.根据权利要求24所述的风力系统,其中,所述第二构件(28)包括第二滑动件(45)以及至少一个螺钉(46);所述第二滑动件(45)通过所述螺钉(46)固定至所述第二构件(28),并且是可互换的;并且所述第二构件(28)的位置和所述第二臂(26)的弹性度是可调节的,以使所述第二滑动件(45)保持接触所述第二导电箍(30)。
26.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的风力系统,包括多个叶片(6);每个叶片(6)均装配有相应的安全装置(8;25;53)。
