Abstract
【課題】活性水をモーターに適用して、モーターの冷却効率を上げることにより、電気自動車等に適用できるモーターを提供すること。
【解決手段】活性水においては、分子のクラスターがばらされており、分子が集団化している状態にくらべ熱伝導率が上がることから、電気自動車等に使用される大型高出力の水冷式のモーターの水冷システムの系にこれを応用することで、冷却水や不凍液等の液体のクラスターを細分化または/及び活性化させることで冷却効率を増すことが可能となる。活性水においては、分子のクラスターが小さくより均一であるから、循環ポンプの負荷が非常に軽くなり流速をより高くでき、単位時間あたりの熱放散を高めることが可能になる。

Claims (5)
- 媒体流路に対し、流方向とほぼ垂直に磁力を発する磁力部材を設置したことを特徴とする、媒体流路。
- 前記磁力部材とともに、遠赤外線を発生する遠赤外線発生部材を設置したことを特徴とする、請求項1の媒体流路。
- 前記磁力部材により、前記流路の中心部の磁束密度が500〜5000ガウスであることを特徴とする、請求項1の媒体流路。
- 前記遠赤外線発生部材により発生する遠赤外線の波長が、分子が共振共鳴反応を起こす波長に対して±10%の範囲内及びその1/N(Nは自然数)であることを特徴とする、請求項2の媒体流路。
- 前記磁力部材は、前記冷却流路に接する部分において、相互に同一な磁極が並列するように配列されている、請求項1の媒体流路。
