目前市场上出售的饮料种类繁多,有碳酸饮料、果汁饮料、乳酸饮料、茶
饮料等等,不同的饮料具有不同的优点,其中果汁饮料由水果榨汁制成,含有丰富的维生素,尤以维生素C最多,同时还含有钾、钙等矿物质,而橙汁除了含有上述营养成分外,还含有钾、核黄素等,可增加人体内优质胆固醇的含量,预防心脏病等。
蜂蜜也是我们日常生活中常见的一种饮品,它含有人体所必需的多种氨基酸、维生素、矿物质及微量元素等营养成分,不仅可饮用,而且还具有药用功能,《本草纲目》中讲到:蜂蜜具有清热、补中、解毒、润燥、止痛等功效。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了提供一种同时将蜂蜜和橙汁相结合的新型饮料,该饮料兼具了蜂蜜和橙汁的营养成分,可发挥蜂蜜和橙汁各自的优点和功能。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种蜂蜜橙汁饮料,其中各原料的重量百分比为:7.300%的浓缩橙汁,11.000%的蜂蜜,0.246%的柠檬酸,0.050%的羧甲基纤维素钠,0.050%的黄原胶,0.020%的Vc,0.032%的香精,0.027%的脱氢醋酸钠,其余量为纯净水。
其中所述的蜂蜜为荆花蜂蜜,荆花蜂蜜为蜜中上品,气味清香、微酸,具益气补中、祛湿散热、健脾养胃的功效。
所述的浓缩橙汁是指将100kg纯的鲜榨橙汁脱水浓缩到13~14kg后的橙汁;柠檬酸为一种调味剂,可以使饮料的口感更好;羧甲基纤维素钠可以使饮料均匀饱满,色泽鲜艳、醒目,并可延长饮料的保鲜期;黄原胶起增稠悬浮作用,使饮料的口感滑爽、风味自然;Vc作为抗氧化剂,可以防止饮料成分因氧化而变质;香精可以使饮料具有相应的香味,是饮料口感更好;脱氢醋酸钠作为防腐保鲜剂,可以延长饮料的保质期。
本发明饮料将纯天然的蜂蜜和橙汁合二为一,使其在饮料中可以发挥各自的优点和功能,使饮料的营养更加丰富,长期饮用可增强体质,有利于人体健康。此外,本发明饮料还具有芳香适口、稳定性好、储存时间长等优点,是居家旅行的必备饮品。
