本发明涉及蜂蜜饮料技术领域,尤其涉及一种易于食用的蜂蜜饮料。
背景技术
蜂蜜是一种黏稠的透明或半透明的胶状液体。蜂蜜的主要成分中含水量在20%以下,糖类包括葡萄糖、果糖、蔗糖和麦芽糖等,总含量为75-80%,灰分0.03-0.09%左右,还有微量的维生素、氨基酸类、酶类、酵母花粉粒和蜡质等物质,是一种营养丰富的天然滋补品。蜂蜜是一种呈酸性的胶状液体,吸潮性强,易发酵变质,不便于储藏和运输。虽然采用将蜂蜜固体化就能很好地解决这个问题,但不易食用,口感差。

基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种易于食用的蜂蜜饮料,所得蜂蜜饮料食用和携带方便,不仅营养全面,易于被人体吸收,而且口感好,易于食用,既保留了蜂蜜的清香可口,又保留了蜂蜜的特有成分。
本发明提出的一种易于食用的蜂蜜饮料,其原料按重量份包括:蜂蜜160-180份,雪梨80-100份,包覆剂15-20份,食用盐1-2份,氯化钙3-5份,酸度调节剂4-6份,防腐剂3-4份,水1800-2800份。
优选地,包覆剂按重量份包括:黄原胶10-16份,透明质酸4-8份。
优选地,酸度调节剂为柠檬酸。
优选地,防腐剂为山梨酸钾。
本发明充分利用各组分各自的优点,优势互补,不仅营养全面,易于被人体吸收,而且口感好,易于食用,既保留了蜂蜜的清香可口,又保留了蜂蜜的特有成分,可调动机体内在的抗病能力,提高机体的免疫功能,更加符合现代人的口味和需求,深受人们喜爱。
本发明采用黄原胶、透明质酸配合,可有效保护蜂蜜的活性物质,其中透明质酸可有效对蜂蜜包覆,可牢牢留住蜂蜜内的活性营养物质,而黄原胶可增强包覆能力,可保证蜂蜜高温保持原有形状的能力,经匀质处理可有效增加蜂蜜在体系中的分散性,并最大程度防止蜂蜜营养物质的流失,保证营养价值的多元化,而且食用和携带方便,同时配合加入的雪梨增加了饮料的自然清香汤色清澈明亮,饮后具有润肺止渴的功效,符合目前人们的饮用需求。
