本发明涉及食品技术领域,具体涉及一种木瓜果酱粉。
背景技术
木瓜是大家熟悉的水果,不但味道又香又甜,而且还有保健、美容的功效。在木瓜里,包含各种酶元素,维生素(维他命)及矿物质,而最丰富的维生素是维生素A、复合维生素B、维生素C及维生素E。一般来说颜色越深的水果和蔬菜营养价值就越高,木瓜的肉色鲜红,含有大量的胡萝卜素,胡萝卜素食一种天然的抗氧化剂,能有有效对抗破坏的身体细胞,常吃木瓜还可以达到防癌的功效。木瓜还有润肤美容的功效,木瓜性温不寒不燥,可以使人体吸收的营养更加充分,让皮肤变得光洁柔嫩,减少皱纹让面色更加红润。木瓜还能结解暑气,也具有生津止渴的作用,在夏天燥热的时候可以吃木瓜,既可以防暑还能止咳,也可以补充人体的水分。但由于木瓜不好储存和运输,而将其制成木瓜果酱后则可长时间储存,而且便于运输。
果酱是以水果为原料加工而成,营养丰富、食用方便,基本保持了水果的营养,还具有开胃、增进食欲的特点,果酱可以长期保存而不会腐败。如果将木瓜加工成果酱,既可以保留木瓜的营养成分和口味,又可以保证消费者常年食用。

一种木瓜果酱粉,包含如下重量份数的原料:木瓜粉70-100份、苹果酸1-4份、山梨酸钾0.5-1.5份、果胶0.3-1份、蜂蜜20-30份、玉米淀粉6-12份、羧甲基纤维素钠0.1-0.4份。
进一步地,包含如下重量份数的原料:木瓜粉70份、苹果酸1份、山梨酸钾0.5份、果胶0.3份、蜂蜜20份、玉米淀粉6份、羧甲基纤维素钠0.1份。
进一步地,包含如下重量份数的原料:木瓜粉85份、苹果酸2.5份、山梨酸钾1份、果胶0.65份、蜂蜜25份、玉米淀粉9份、羧甲基纤维素钠0.25份。
进一步地,包含如下重量份数的原料:木瓜粉100份、苹果酸4份、山梨酸钾1.5份、果胶1份、蜂蜜30份、玉米淀粉12份、羧甲基纤维素钠0.4份。
